Lovely holiday home to really enjoy on Joels udde, Öland with proximity both to the sea and to Färjestaden where you have nice restaurants, ice cream cafes and shopping. The house is located in a nice cottage area with a high holiday feeling, where you can walk down to the nice shallow sandy beach with a beautiful view of the Öland Bridge in the distance. There is also a larger playground, beach volleyball court, restaurant and kiosk. The house has a pleasant garden with a nice patio deck where you can enjoy sunny days. On the veranda with a roof you can enjoy delicious meals in the shade. You have an open living room with sofa furniture in front of the TV or the beautiful fireplace where you can light candles. Burning in the fireplace is not permitted. Here there is a beautiful dining area that leads into the open kitchen where you have a dishwasher and most everything you might need. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower cubicle. Here you are really close to Öland's Zoo, which with its animals, water park and amusement park is usually popular with children. If you want to enjoy a day at the spa, Skansen Spa is nearby. Here you are perfectly located to be able to make nice excursions both on Öland and the mainland. Please note that the house is not rented out to youth groups. Not allowed to charge electric cars.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
