The La Latina neighborhood is one of the most endearing and lively areas of Madrid thanks to its narrow streets, typical of its origin as a medieval Islamic fortress, with numerous tapas bars and taverns. Two of the most touristic spots in this area are the Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudejar tower. On Sundays, both the El Rastro market and the cafeterias and food stalls are filled with visitors. Steeped in culture and history, Madrid de los Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighborhood in the city.
Although the apartment is located in an area full of life, full of services, bars, restaurants and theaters, enjoy a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to the good insulation of the property and its location in the interior part of the building.

Apartment:
The best choice between comfort and location. Comfortable, cozy and with the perfect lighting, this apartment in Madrid de los Austrias invites you to linger as soon as you enter. It is located on the second floor of a residential building.
The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The living room area, which in turn integrates the dining room for an open and comfortable space, has a comfortable sofa that can become a double bed if necessary, a Smart TV and a pleasant decoration that invites you to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave among other appliances.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May): from 13:00 to 23:00h.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
