Charming and comfortable 1 bedroom villa located in the exclusive "Aldeamento de Pedras d'el Rei" (Santa Luzia), with a very typical architecture, situated in the Natural Reserve of Ria Formosa.

The property is part of a condominium surrounded by beautiful gardens properly maintained by the Aldeamento de Pedras d'el Rei.

The Villa has capacity for 4 people, with 1 bedroom (for 2 people), living room with two beds, private terrace with outdoor table and grill. It is equipped with A/C system in the living room and bedroom, and has a kitchenette equipped with microwave, Delta coffee machine, toaster and citrus squeezer.

The fridge freezer is small. The fridge is recessed under the kitchen counter. The villa does not have a washing machine or dishwasher.

Regular cleaning services are not included, and the villa will be delivered in a clean condition.

Its wonderful and quiet location also offers, from its terrace, a beautiful view to the gardens and to the sea as it faces south.

The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture (dining table, chairs and parasol) and also has a grill.

In Aldeamento de Pedras d'el Rei you can find a small supermarket, a laundry service in front of the supermarket, a kiosk selling magazines and newspapers, restaurants and bars, and also a wonderful swimming pool and a fantastic tennis court (the tennis court must be booked at the reception and paid directly at the reception).

Next to the reception you will find an ATM machine and a small shop selling beach clothes.

Pedras d'el Rei holiday village has access to Praia do Barril beach, one of the best beaches in Portugal (it has been ranked first several times), located in the famous Tavira island. The beach can be reached on foot or by train.

In the rentals are included 4 cards that allow access to the use of the pool and the train to Barril beach.

In Santa Luzia (octopus capital), which is about 1 km from Aldeamento de Pedras d'el Rei, you can find several restaurants and cafes, and also the access to Terra Estreita beach, another of the wonderful beaches of the island of Tavira, which access is by boat, and you can buy tickets near the pier of access to the boat that makes this connection.
