The apartment is located in the 'Gardesana Active Apartments' run by the Monaci family since 1977. It is located in the centre of Malcesine with private parking only 100 metres away. The property is strategically located: in just a few steps you are already in the old town centre, the harbour, the beaches, the long cycle path that runs along the lake for 30km and the Funivia-Monte Baldo cable car. Carolina and Pietro Monaci have wished to reflect their passion for outdoor sport in each flat and to offer their guests various types of flats, from small to large. The price also includes bike rental (also for children), bike and E-bike storage (indoors or outdoors with key), wifi and air conditioning, heating, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels. Animals are welcome.

Elegant, comfortable, spacious: the front location of the WINDSURF apartment is favoured by many guests for the view from the two balconies not only of the old town and the castle but also of the 'Italian' life running below. Upon entering the apartment, the living room / kitchen will welcome you: equipped for your stay, it has a microwave oven and a large table with satellite TV. The sofa can be transformed into a bunk bed or a single bed, to best accommodate a large family. This room is illuminated by a large French door that leads to the balcony (7sqm) equipped with a table and chairs. The large and elegant bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer. The price includes 2 towels per person (face and shower): if you stay longer than 8 days, the towels will be changed. The bedroom has a double bed (or two beds) and a bunk bed (or single): large and comfortable, it is equipped with a safe and duvet sheets. In the background the image of a windsurfer: Federico, Carolina's son, practiced this sport from an early age recognizing the good fortune of living in this uncontaminated place. Through the French window you can access the balcony (7sqm): from here you can observe the entrance to the medieval historic center of Malcesine. If you stay longer than 14 days, the apartment will be cleaned with a change of sheets and towels.
