Farmhouse Cottage Close to Padstow & Wadebridge

Based at 'The Laurels Cottages' between Padstow and Wadebridge in North Cornwall. Bus route on the doorstep.
3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 people (plus 1 infant under 2 in a travel cot) and 2 dogs* accepted by prior request only (you must message before booking with a dog).
Large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer.
2 double bedrooms & a twin.
2 bathrooms one with bath other with shower, both with toilet and sink.
Enclosed private back garden.
Situated next to our campsite with children's play park.


The space:
Farmhouse cottage is packed with Cornish charm and is ideal for those seeking a self catering holiday in North Cornwall.

With 2 double bedrooms and a twin, a wash basin in each bedroom and 2 full bathrooms (one with a bath the other with a walk in shower) there is plenty of room for families or couples / friends to holiday together.

The entrance takes you into a porch with shoe rack and coat hooks. This then leads into a fully fitted kitchen stocked with everything you need for a self catering stay plus a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a breakfast area. The slate flooring helps to enhance the cottages classic appearance.

The traditional lounge/dining room with its low beamed ceilings and feature fireplaces add to the true character of this lovely cottage.

There is a large dining table with 6 chairs and the lounge has both a 2 seater and 3 seater leather sofa and extra bean bag.

WiFi available and smart TV in the lounge (note you must log into your own streaming accounts like netflix, prime or now tv).

The lounge then leads you to the small rear porch that overlooks and leads to the private enclosed garden with picnic bench.

Bedroom and bathrooms are all located on the first floor. For your convenience all beds are made up on arrival.

Bed linen & one bath towel per person provided.

At the front of the property there is also a communal sunny courtyard shared with our 2 other cottages with picnic bench and rotary line.

Dogs are accept by prior request only as we require additional terms to be agreed to in advance. Maximum 2 dogs allowed charged at £35 per dog plus we require an additional damage/extra cleaning deposit paid direct to us which is fully refundable if the accommodation is left how you find it.
We do not accept puppies under 1 year.

There are 2 designated parking spaces for Farmhouse cottage, if you have additional vehicles you must talk to us prior to arriving as in the middle of summer with all cottages booked and campsite full it is unlikely we will have additional parking spaces available. No EV charging available.

Our campsite 'The Laurels Holiday Park' is right next door so if you have children then are more than welcome to use the play park (April-October).


Guest access:
The rental is for the whole cottage with parking for 2 cars, if you have additional vehicles you must talk to us prior to arriving as in the middle of summer with all cottages booked and campsite full it is unlikely we will have additional parking spaces available. No EV charging available.


Other things to note:
Here at The Laurels we have 3 holiday cottages and also run a campsite (The Laurels Holiday Park)
Guests are welcome to use the campsite facilities (play park for the children April - October, tourist information & laundry).
If you are travelling with children and need a travel cot or high chair please check availability first as thee items are shared between our 3 rentals so are not always available.
We live on site so are available if needed.
We are situated 2 miles from Wadebridge and 6 miles from Padstow and within easy access of lots of local attractions and beaches.
Bookings for workmen must be requested first as we have additional terms relating to workmen only which must be agreed to before a booking can be accepted.
