Villa Margarita has some of the most stunning views over the bay of Roses and the surrounding Pyrenees mountain ranges. With private pool (approx 4 x 8m) and a hot tub, it is the place to come and disconnect and totally relax!

The space
Large spacious, modern villa with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom all with ensuite bathrooms
Bedroom 1 - The principle suite is very large and has double jacuzzi bath and large shower, both enjoy sea views. Walk in dressing room. Bed is 160 x 200.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed 140 x 190 and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower and mountain views.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed 90 x 200 and smaller ensuite with shower.
There is a downstairs toilet and outside has an openair shower with amazing views.
Downstairs is over 80m2, all open plan, kitchen is fully equipped, large inside dining table and two leather sofas. TV has multi languages and is a smart TV. WIFI is fiber.
New gas BBQ and amazing outdoor area offering shade during daytime and romantic setting in the evening!
Private parking space on driveway.
Situated in a very quiet location, very little passing cars due to no through road at the top of the hill. The villa is backing onto the national park but close enough to wak down to the town and beaches of Roses (15 minutes walk down, add 5-10 minutes extra coming back up).
There is so much to do from visiting the many beautiful beaches and coves on offer to water sports, paddle, tennis, horse riding or exploring any of the Dali museums.

There is a separate apartment at the rear of the villa which we rent for only 2 people. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any of the villa spaces.
