The apartment for holidays in the old town centre of Manduria is a lovely and charming unit in an ancient but finely renovated building. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and it promises relax and comfort.

The holiday home consists of a living room with open kitchen, double sofa bed and access to the courtyard. A spacious corridor takes to the double bedroom and bathroom with shower, hydromassage tub and heated furniture.

The apartment is in the old town centre of Manduria, on a small street, within walking distance from restaurants, shops and the beautiful town square.

origins of Manduria are ancient, dating back to the Messapians. The
town offers many cultural and tourist events, in addition to its main
town services.
The beaches on the Ioanian coast are a short drive away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory extra price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioning in the kitchen and in the bedroom.
