The Space:
The property is a small studio just a few steps from the city center, but with a private garden!
Garden studio is completely fenced and private, the only ones you will have to share space with are two small turtles that live in the house garden.
Garden Studio is on one floor, and all rooms in the house overlook the private garden, which is equipped with an umbrella, chairs and table for outdoor dining, and garden chairs.
The house consists of a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, table and chairs, dishes, and everything needed for cooking. In this space, there is also a sofa from which you can watch TV.
A small hallway starts from the kitchen. On the left we find a French door that opens onto the garden, and on the right we find access to the bathroom. The bathroom is complete with toilet and shower. At the end of the hallway is the bedroom, with a large closet, double bed and the possibility of adding an additional single bed.

La proprietà è un piccolo studio a due passi dal centro della città, ma con un giardino privato!
Garden studio è completamente recintato e privato, gli unici con cui dovrete condividere gli spazi, sono due piccole tartarughe che abitano nel giardino della casa.
Garden Studio si sviluppa su un piano e tutte le stanze della casa si affacciano sul giardino privato, dotato di ombrellone, sedie e tavolo per cenare all’aperto e sdraio da giardino.
La casa è composta da una cucina attrezzata con fornelli, frigo, tavolo e sedie, stoviglie e tutto l’occorrente per cucinare. In questo spazio, c’è anche un divano da cui si può guardare la TV.
Dalla cucina parte un piccolo corridoio. Sulla sinistra troviamo una portafinestra che si apre sul giardino e sulla destra troviamo l'accesso al bagno. Il bagno è completo di sanitari e doccia. In fondo al corridoio si trova la camera da letto, con un ampio armadio, letto matrimoniale e la possibilità di aggiungere un ulteriore letto singolo.
