Welcome to our completely refurbished home in Belfast's best area.
Mere minutes from the hustle and bustle of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars yet immersed in the peaceful riverside surroundings of the area.
Spend an afternoon meandering the tow path along the Lagan River and stop for a coffee (or a pint) at your leisure or relax at one of the surrounding beautiful parks.
Very easy access to the city centre on foot/bicycle/bus so whether here for business or pleasure, we have you covered.
The space
Bright and cheerful colours abound with a strong sense of airiness and light. The living room is perfect for relaxing and watching your shows on the smart TV. The house has two large double bedrooms and a master bathroom complete with shower and bath. The kitchen has been completely refurbished with lots of utensils so no excuses for not cooking up a storm (although when you see the range of range of cuisines available in the surrounding areas we wouldn't blame you for ordering in).
The Area
This area of Stranmillis has for a long time been the most desirable areas of Belfast to live in and the beautiful tree lined avenues and plentiful cafes, restaurants, bars and curio-stores certainly reflect that. We definitely recommend you get out and about during your stay and try some of our favorite nearby haunts - Cutters Wharf and A5 Cafe.
You are also right beside Botanic Gardens which is a wonderful place for a morning or evening stroll and just beyond that you will find the beautiful buildings of Queen's University.
The Lagan Tow Path runs right past the street and along the river - it goes for miles so please explore by foot or on bike.
Although this area of the city has enough things to keep you entertained for a long time, if you do need to get into the city centre you are just 10 minutes by bus to city hall.

Guests have access to the whole house.
Other things to note
No extra guests at any time without permission and no loud music. The stay may be cancelled immediately without refund for any infractions.
This is a residential area and we need to be mindful of our neighbors - for this reason, the above rule is strictly enforced.
Additional rules
We unfortunately do not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Excessive noise will not be tolerated, and noise complaints received will require quests to leave immediately.
Visitors are welcome to the quiet enjoyment of the house.
