Nice apartment on the third -top floor, without a lift. The living area is in the large hall (with a fan, no air conditioning), a semi-open space are with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. One step down to the sleeping area where there are two double bedrooms (with separable beds), each room has    air conditioning. From the bedrooms you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Dome of the Florence Cathedral, one of the two bedrooms has a lovely loggia balcony. The modern and stylish bathroom has an easy access shower. The apartment is very bright and has a pleasant-cozy style. It is located 800 meters from the Accademia Gallery, 3 minutes on foot from Piazza Duomo, 10 minutes on foot from the San Lorenzo market.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required . City Tax: € 5,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
