Villa Nespereira is a fantastic property with a privileged location in Montechoro, Albufeira, and just 2km from the most famous Algarve beaches, such as Oura, Santa Eulália, or Praia dos Alemães. The villa is close to all the necessary amenities for your holiday, including supermarkets, a selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, bars, and banks, making it the ideal space to gather family and friends.



This house, composed of 5 spacious bedrooms with a maximum capacity for 10 + 7 people, offers air conditioning and free Wi-Fi in all rooms.



The property consists of 5 bedrooms: 1 double room on the ground floor, 2 double rooms on the first floor (with private bathroom), and 2 double rooms on the ground floor (with private bathroom).



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, ironing board, and iron, ideal for family/friends meals. It also has a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine. The living/dining room is spacious and fully furnished, and provides access to the outdoor area, where you will find the fabulous pool (heatable for an optional extra) where you can enjoy sunbathing and relax with family or friends while preparing your barbecue.



On the lower floor, there is a very comfortable games room, equipped with a snooker table and table football to entertain during summer nights.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests

From the 11th to the 17th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
