decor that perfectly balances modern aesthetics with homely warmth. Ample natural light
filters in through the large windows, adding a sunny charm to the space and opening up
huge double doors onto a spacious long balcony.
There is super speed internet (1GB - ultra gamer speed), a work station for those travelling
on business as well as a floor bolted safe for your valuables.
The dining area is an inviting corner where meals and memories are made. Our new open-
plan kitchen is fully outfitted with what need with Fridge/Freezer, Microwave,
Oven, Hob, Toaster and Instant Filtered or Boiling Water from our Quooker Tap. Coffee
lovers will enjoy our Premium ‘Morning Coffee’ machine (nespresso capsule compatible) and there also are some great artisan coffee options within a short walk.
The flat comes with two tastefully arranged bedrooms with an abundance of wardrobe
space. The first bedroom is a haven of relaxation with a super king-size bed, while the
second bedroom offers a cozy double-sized bed. Each bed is dressed in fresh linens,
promising a tranquil and restorative sleep.
Bask in the elegance of our modern full bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and a
separate bath (with TV!) — ideal for soothing soaks after a long day of exploration while
watching your favourite show. Fresh towels are always provided for your convenience.
Step out onto the balcony to soak in the city's dynamic rhythm. Here, you can enjoy the lively
street view—a delightful place for morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink.
An underground car parking space is available for those arriving by car. The fob will be on
your keys.

wealth of city experiences right at your doorstep.
Sightseeing enthusiasts will find themselves a short walk away from the iconic Queen
Elizabeth Olympic Park. Enjoy a leisurely stroll in its beautiful parklands, take a swim at the
Aquatics Centre, or brave the heights of the ArcelorMittal Orbit, the UK's tallest sculpture.
The vibrant Westfield Stratford City, one of the largest urban shopping centres in Europe, is
less than 10 minutes walk away. Here, you'll find a vast array of high street and designer

TRANSIT DESCRIPTION
Getting around London from our flat is a breeze thanks to the city's extensive public transit
system.
The nearest station is Stratford High Street DRL is just 2 minutes walk away. Stratford Bus
and Train station is just a 7-minute walk and from there, you have access to Overground,
DLR, Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth Lines as well as bus access for all of London including
transfers directly to/from Stansted Airport.
If you're planning a day trip out of the city, the Stratford International Train Station, also
nearby, offers high-speed rail services to various destinations across the UK such as
Margate. It’s also only a 5 minute journey into London's Famous Kings Cross Station (with
platform 9 and ¾).
Taxis and rideshares like Uber are also readily available in the area. These services can be
particularly convenient for late-night returns or when you're laden with shopping bags.
Lastly, for those who prefer an active mode of transport, cycling is a fantastic option.

• A £500 refundable security deposit is required for this property, with an alternative option of a £45 non-refundable deposit waiver. The security deposit is refunded within 14 working days post check-out, assuming no damage to the property.
