April Cottage minehead

This four-star, semi-detached cottage spans two levels, featuring one king-sized double room and a twin room, each with their own ensuite. Should the need arise, the twin bedroom can accommodate a Z bed. The cottage features a spacious downstairs kitchen/living area. Upstairs, there are a king-sized double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both equipped with private en-suite facilities. Outside, a well-maintained lawn with outdoor seating connects to the extensive gardens, which house the games room, a children's play area, putting green, and laundry facilities. These gardens are also filled with valuable information on local attractions and detailed guides for walks that start right from our property.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, and toaster. The dining area accommodates up to five guests, and the living space ensures comfort for all with a flat-screen TV and DVD player.

Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi. Please note that dogs are not allowed.

In this twin bedroom, you'll find two full-size single beds, along with a wardrobe, dressing table, and wall-mounted convector heater. There's ample space to accommodate a third full-size Z bed if needed. Additionally, there's an en-suite shower room furnished with an electric shower, wash hand basin, and WC.
