Our brand new apartment designed in a contemporary style is located in a newly constructed building with the community swimming pool. It feels peaceful and secluded, perfect for families and remote workers.

Located 15-20 min on foot from the historic center and its main attractions: calle Larios, the Cathedral, Atarazanas market. You will find various shops and businesses in the neighbourhood.

As you enter the apartment, there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a smart TV, and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and everything you need.

The master bedroom has a big closet, a queen-sized bed, access to the patio, and the en suite bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, and a sink.

The second bedroom has a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful building with an elevator.

You will have the entire apartment, a private patio, a parking spot, and the community swimming pool at your disposal. Make yourself at home.

IMPORTANT: The swimming pool is only available from May until the 31st of October.

The flat is located in a residential area near the city center. In the vicinity, there is a wide range of supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, clubs, and tourist activities.

The city center of Malaga has a wide cultural offer that will allow you to discover Andalusian culture and customs. This city is the birthplace of artists such as Picasso and has developed its potential to offer the visitor unique experiences.

El Corte Ingles, a large shopping center, is 800 meters away. The apartment is just 15 minutes on foot from the old town, where you will find the main attractions of the city, such as La Alcazaba, Málaga Cathedral, Calle Larios, and Picasso Museum.

You can get to and from the airport by bus, train, or taxi and the trip will take you 20-50 min depending on the transport you choose. The nearest bus stop, for buses 8, 21, 23, and 38, is 2 minutes on foot. The nearest taxi stop is 5 minutos on foot, in Avenida San Sebastián.

- Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 00:00. In the case of check-in after midnight, we will send you the directions to pick up the keys.
