In the outbuilding guests will find a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with a small living room and a large dining area capable of accommodating the entire group, with access to a beautiful panoramic terrace, perfect for outdoor meals.

Outdoors and swimming pool
Access to the property via a private road which leads to the entrance gate. The 2000 sq. m. garden is completely fenced, with a large lawn hosting the beautiful enclosed, panoramic swimming pool (accessible via a disabled-friendly path), measuring 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.2 m, an outdoor shower and an area for dogs. The stone-paved bathing area boasts modern furniture, a gazebo, beach umbrellas and sunbeds. The farmhouse is divided in six apartments and is furnished in classic rustic Tuscan style, with typical country house elements which create an intimate, calm atmosphere. The house is on two floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor and leads to three apartments, each with a living room with satellite TV, a dining room and a cooking corner with outdoor access. On this floor guests will also find three double bedrooms, one bedroom with two beds, four bathrooms with shower, and two bathrooms that are disabled-friendly, as well as a washing room with washing machine, sink, iron, ironing board, and small bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 apartments, 2 of which are composed of: living room with satellite TV, dining and cooking area, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds, 2 bathrooms with shower; 1 apartment is composed of dining and cooking area, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds, 1 bathroom with shower. All the bathrooms have a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The outbuilding features: a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a large dining area capable of accommodating the entire group, a small living room and outdoor access to a panoramic terrace complete with tables, chairs and umbrellas.

The farmhouse is part of a family farm and is surrounded by 27 hectares of land, in a quiet, panoramic position, making it a paradise for nature lovers. Guests will find an oasis of calm and relax.

The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (changed weekly), internet, electricity (air conditioning not included), water, gas (heating not included). Upon request: dinner service, hired help and extra linen changes.

The swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th and is accessible via a disabled-friendly avenue.Activities and distances
The farmhouse is perfect for nature lovers who want to alternate relaxing moments with walks and outings. We suggest visiting San Gimignano with its famous medieval towers, or the Etruscan beauty of Volterra. Florence and Siena are both just over a half hour’s drive away. Hiking and mountain bike lovers will also enjoy the many gravel roads in the surrounding countryside and woods. The Etruscan coastline and its many beaches are also worth a visit, just an hour’s drive away.
