Welcome to IVA apartment -cosy and inviting place located in one of the most beautiful parts of Belgrade.

We offer you:

Bathroom: Walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, towels, hairdryer, toiletries
Living/dining: Comfortable sitting and dining furniture

Guests have the entire property at their disposal, with their own entrance and no sharing of space with other individuals - following these rules:

Free parking spot for one car is available in front of the house - reservation is essencial. Also, there is free parking in the street and area where the house is located.

The property is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from a market, bakery, currency exchange office, as well as a bus station where direct bus line takes you to the city center in just 15 minutes.

Furthermore, just a 10-minute walk from the accommodation is the Danube promenade - offering a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, as well as places where you can rent bicycles or get a boat transfer to a Lido "war island" (spring and summer).

Gardos home is the house i grew up in. Aldo renovated, it kept it's warmth and cosiness. Cute kitchen that looks over at the open space living and dining area, two seperate, comfortable, bedrooms, clean and functional bathroom and designated work space is just what you need to feel right at home. I made an effort to decorate the space to be as light and airy as it could, without any clutter that would get in the way. House is spacious and it is suitable for 2 to 4 people. Kids are welcome.
