Täysin poistettu, avoin lattiasuunnitelma, uima-allas, patiohuonekalut, valtameren pääsy, yksityinen saari, 50 tuuman levytulostimet KAIKKI huonetta, 250 kanavaa, joissa on kaikki ensiluokkaiset kanavat, 2 autotalli, polkupyörät, ranta-tarvikkeet ja paljon muuta ..... yksityinen saaren takana talo voit laittaa veneen tai paddleboard / kajakki. Hyvin lähellä kävelyetäisyyttä Deerfield Beachille, Best VIew in Deerfield Beachissä voit nauttia kaikista veneiden liikenteestä merelle ja merelle, kävellä rannalle ja laittaa veneen tai vesiskootterin 100 metrin rantakadulla takapihalle. Tarjoamme polkupyöriä, rantatuoleja, rantapyyhkeitä, kaikki keittiön ja kylpyhuoneen tarpeet, patiohuonekalut, breakfest ja ruokailutila. Vieraat varmasti nauttivat ikimuistoisesta lomasta tässä 3 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpyhuonetta / 2 auton autotalli / pienessä satamassa. Tila on mukava nukkua jopa 8 hengelle. Nauti upeista näkymistä rannikon sisäisen ja yksityisen Deerfield-puiston saaren kaikista huoneista suoraan tämän kodin takana. Hotelli on vain muutaman minuutin päässä kaikista parhaista nähtävyyksistä ja ruokailusta Deerfield Beachissä. Jos haluat olla vedessä ja lähellä rantaa, Deerfieldissä ei ole muuta kiinteistöä, joka vie sinut lähemmäksi rantaa kuin tämä. Beach Getaway

Overall great property! There was a lot of do’s & don’ts on signs all around the property. When we go on vacation we like to have fun, not follow a million rules. Be careful with the step ups throughout the property, as I broke my toe on one of them the first day.

New Year's Eve at the beach

We loved this property! Bikes were wonderful for our teens to get to the beach. All of us loved the pool and the canal side views. Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants!

Love this house!

Coffee by the pool and wine on the intercostal deck watching boats in the evening. Kayaking with our kids and shuffleboard competitions. Pool and house were AMAZING!! We hope to return someday.

This place was great. Scott was always responsive and very accommodating. The home is well appointed. Excellent location and setting. There were numerous amenities that you seldom find in a short term rental. We highly recommend it!

We had a great time. It was the first time our whole family was able to all get together since 2019 and we really enjoyed the home, ambiance, pool, and the whole experience. Highly recommend taking the kayaks out on the water. 10/10.

Perfect place

For a local living in South Florida this place was more than I expected. The house was cleaned and the property owner had everything you could think of for your stay. Evening item you would need for a little baby. I loved it and would recommend this home to any and everyone. I'm hoping in the future I'll be able to come back again. The host was quick on all responses as well

Best of Both Worlds

We had a great time @ this house. It lives bigger than 1600sf. Lots of outdoor space as well. There were 7 of us and it never seemed that we were on top of each other. The beach, Publix,etc in walking distance yet the house offers peace and privacy with lots of fun things to do. Our 8y/o grandson caught his first fish off the dock. Our bed was fine but our (adult) kids complained about theirs. Also, I would suggest an outdoor dining table. The only reason I’m not giving 5stars is bc of beds and there was an issue with trash. I would suggest the owner/host invest in a second trash can or recycling container like the neighbors have. Again, a great find😎

Lovely property with dock and great views.

My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a great time. The beach is a short drive or a longer walk away and we had the best time catching TONS of fish off of the private dock. We also brought along a kayak and SUP which we all used in the intercoastal waterway and in the ocean. Home was stocked with beach towels, some floats and beach toys if you have little ones, beach chairs and even a few fishing poles. Pool area has plenty of seating and a grill. Know that the pool is not heated (so if you're coming in the winter it might be a little chilly). The teenagers didn't mind but it was a little chilly for us wimpy adults. Pool gets full sun most of the day so it does warm up. Watching the big, fancy boats cruise by was a fun past time. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet - very bike friendly (you'll find two bikes in the garage). Would definitely consider another visit to this property.

A/c under rated for house . 74 degrees. Musty smell. Concrete floors . Ripped tobarly nothing rear awing. Giant hair ball under the bathroom door . Thought it was a rodent. Furniture stained and old . Bar stools ripped up. Should of been in the garbage 5 years ago. House is for sale. Owner not to interested in up keep. Looks like dollar store decor . Nasty house.

HORRIBLE TREATMENT

Plumbing was broken. We should have known by the huge signs over toilets said not to put anything in the toilets. Of course we did not. However, were accused by owner of putting wipes down the toilets which did not happen. In more than 15 years of renting homes across the US and Europe, this landlord was the worst we ever experienced. Any of the very few problems we experienced in the past were resolved immediately. We had to move out early because my 90 year old mother could not use the toilets. Landlord refused to refund us. We paid for 5 nights. Stayed 3. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE.

Inlet for the Intracostal Water View - Outstanding!

We had a wonderful time at this location. Not inexpensive, but you are paying for an outstanding view. A regular stream of boats come by, while looking across the waterway to one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Boca Raton. The house is in Deerfield Beach, but just across the waterway is Boca Raton. The house itself was very good. Clean, with a good size swimming pool. Note that one of the full bathrooms is accessible only from the pool area outside. We actually liked that as it became the guest bathroom for the few visitors who stopped by. The master bedroom is a good size with sliders right out to the pool area. For those, like me, who prefer the shade, there is plenty of awning space outside to accomodate those who prefer to avoid the sun. A shuffleboard court is on the property and there are many accessories available in the garage from bikes to kayaks and more! The house is a good one, the view out back is outstanding! Two items of note: 1. This property is handled very much like a business. Felt they nickle and dime you as we had to pay an additional $200 when we asked if we could get in at 1pm rather than the 4pm check-in time. (Based on our flight time.) All comm. was through a home mgt rep. Got the entry code 14 minutes before 1pm. Cleaners showed 4 min. before check-out (they were such nice people!) 2. This is a very small community with some VERY nice houses. Did not feel welcome. I don't think they like that this home is used for VRBO.

Amazing view, super clean, but a little warm for us

First, I have to say that the previous review is clearly some sort of renter retaliation. I was a little nervous after reading this a day before our arrival, but we experienced nothing like what they describe. Pros: - Amazing views - entire wall of windows in master, living room, and dining room - and lots of boat traffic to watch which is what really differentiates this house from many of the others that are on more of a "waterway cul-de-sac" - Entirely remodeled except 3rd "pool" bathroom - Super clean - Both drip and Keurig coffee makers - Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. - Plenty of outdoor seating, with chairs on the dock a nice bonus most houses there don’t have - Lots of sun or shade for whichever you prefer - Nice, quiet neighborhood - Neighborhood is directly across from a Publix - New W/D units - Shuffleboard was fun - Fishing right off the dock - Kayaks were fun - No bugs at all which is really unusual in FL Cons: - Air Conditioner stays at 72-73 even with us quickly closing the doors and keeping the blinds closed the entire time. (Probably due to the walls of windows that make the view so amazing) - Outdoor security light goes on and off during the night we think due to wind blowing a palm tree (kept waking my husband up). I timed it one night - 5 times in 9 minutes. - No outdoor dining table - 3rd bathroom is outside by the pool and not remodeled (we just looked at the 3 Bedroom/3 Bath description on VRBO and didn't notice the part in the detailed bath description where it says it is accessible off the pool) Tips: - Take fishing tackle (a few lures, bobber, and pliers) - Fill up floats at the Shell station on the corner because free air - If taking the kayaks out, try to do on a weekday so less boat traffic. We accidentally ventured onto a main thoroughfare on a Sunday and it was dicey. Also, take surf shoes to use so you don’t cut your feet on the barnacles on the dock ladder to get into kayaks. - Light switch for the fun pool lights is by the coffee maker

We had a great time and loved the location.

The house has been updated and the bathrooms were great and everything was clean. The closet in the master bedroom was quite large and nice which was good as there was not a dresser. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels provided. There is no place to put all the decorative and extra pillows from the beds and I couldn't find a way to wash the "body pillow" case so I did not use that especially knowing it had been stored on the floor. I was not tall enough to store the unused pillows on the top shelf in the closet. The sheets could be upgraded. The kitchen could use more dishes as there are only 6 coffee mugs and service for 8 therefore I had to run the dishwasher daily. My husband felt service for 8 was fine but he never loaded or unloaded the dishwasher. Minimal amounts of dish detergents were supplied although there was laundry detergent which was a plus. Most of the pots and pans are warped and therefore unusable on the glass top range. The stainless flatware needs to be upgraded. Coffee filters were provided for the coffee maker plus there is a Kurig for those who want one cup at a time. There are 2 eating areas but only one with 6 places. 2 of the four outdoor lounge chairs are broken. There are 4 light weight chairs to take to the beach which was quite useful and we purchased a small umbrella and donated it along with fishing poles for dock entertainment. There is only one TV in the main living area. The ac works well. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and the houses across the canal are beautiful to look at. The price I was charged is more than the price on the website for some reason so check that carefully. I would rent the house again for less money...maybe even for the "listed" price that I looked up again and found for less even over holidays. We did get our full deposit back.

This property is 100 feet of waterfront on the main intracoastal no wake zone centered between pioneer park which has a boat ramp, the Boca inlet only 1 mile North, the Hillsboro inlet only 2 miles south and a private beach island. You can paddle board / kayak (not provided) a short 50 yard distance to a private island, and walking distance to the beach. Very hard to get all of that in South Florida :) All hurricane proof windows and doors.
