This studio has open living, dining, bedroom, and kitchen areas. The living space features a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There is also a comfy sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a table for two.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, including a stovetop and an oven.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Ajuda is a charming neighbourhood located in the western part of Lisbon. It is known for its historical significance, stunning architecture, and picturesque surroundings. The area is named after the iconic Ajuda National Palace, which symbolises the neighbourhood's grandeur and history.

The Ajuda National Palace, originally a royal residence, is a major attraction in the neighbourhood. It features impressive neoclassical architecture and houses a rich collection of decorative arts, furniture, and historical artefacts. The palace is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens offering a peaceful retreat for locals and visitors.

The neighbourhood is characterised by its hilly terrain, providing various viewpoints that offer breathtaking panoramic views of the city, the Tagus River, and the iconic 25 de Abril Bridge. One of the most famous viewpoints is the Miradouro da Ajuda, where visitors can enjoy a stunning vista of the city and the river.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
