TÀmÀ hiljattain remontoitu ja hiljattain sisustettu talo on 3 makuuhuonetta, joissa on oma kylpyhuone ja patio nÀköalalla veteen. Jokaisella on oma mini-sviitti! KeittiössÀ on kaikki perusominaisuudet ja siinÀ on uusi sÀhköinen kiertoilmauuni. Rantapyyhkeet, kylpypyyhkeet ja vuodevaatteet tarjotaan. Rentoudu kuvaruudulla ja nauti nÀkymistÀ jÀrvelle kupin kahvia (tai muuta suositeltavaa juomaa). Taulukko turvatarkastus-kuistilla on tÀydellinen keskustelu perheen ja ystÀvien, ruokailu, ja hallituksen / korttipelejÀ. My family enjoyed this lake house for the 2nd time! It is in the perfect location and the dock and deep water are excellent! We couldn’t ask for more! The house is very comfortable and feels like “home”-(the master bed was exceptionally comfortable)! The house had everything we needed from kitchen gadgets to plentiful family games! We love that each bedroom has a bathroom. The screened-in porch overlooking the lake and the firepit are such a bonus! We can't say enough positives and we are planning on renting again.

Clean and comfortable

Property was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. Great views of the lake. The double decker dock was a hot as well. The teens jumped in the lake on the lower level, but grownups could observe and stay dry, from above. The fire pit area was also nicely equipped - including firewood. The owners were very responsive to the basic inquiries I had.I hope we get an opportunity to stay here again.

Great Weekend!

My family had a great weekend stay at the lake house. The views were spectacular, and we enjoyed fishing off the dock. We brought our boat, and found the dock convenient.

Exactly as listed

The home was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It had all of the necessities and then extra. The stairs out back were a much needed exercise, but be mindful of that if you have any type of handicap. I did unfortunately injure my foot while staying here (no fault of the home) and I wasn’t able to check behind people upon check-out like I normally would due to being unable to walk down the stairs. I’m guessing someone overlooked something being cleaned and we got 50 knocked off of the deposit for extra cleaning so just be mindful of that as well. You pay a cleaning fee, but more may be taken out. Overall I would definitely rent here again if they’d be willing to have us.

2023 vacation

This was our annual family lake vacation. We booked a little early this year so we could celebrate my husbands 50th birthday, and unfortunately we had a cold front move in for a couple of the days, but we still had fun. We enjoyed a trip to a local safari and spent some time shopping in town. The house was perfect for us. Loved that they had fans for all the rooms because we forgot ours and we can’t sleep without them. We also loved the dart board set up downstairs, that was something new for us. We love lake Hartwell and look forward to coming back.

Best Lake House.

It was amazing being at the lake. The owners told us about one of the marinas near the lake house and we ended up staying a extra day and renting a boat and stayed on the lake all day! They were very helpful especially letting us add another day to our visit. My family of 6 were comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a armadillo that scared us the 1st night there lol. It made so much noise we thought it had to be a big animal but it wasn't. Geat property, beautiful views, and helpful owners made it a great weekend getaway!

Lake week
the absolute BEST week of the year!!!

This was our second year renting this amazing house, and we definitely want to make this our annual tradition 😍 This year was even better with the beautiful new back porch lights/fans and the addition of a TV upstairs so that while some were playing X-box downstairs, others could be enjoying a movie upstairs. As for the location, I don’t think you could find a house with a better view on Lake Hartwell as you can watch both the sunrise AND the sunset from the screened in porch or from the top of the two story dock! And speaking of the dock, it has room for both of our boats, our kayak & our paddleboard, and the water level seat makes getting on and off the paddleboard & kayak a breeze. The lake is like glass in the morning, and a super long cove is right around the corner if you don’t want to go out on the big water. The top deck is perfect for sunbathing with a white floor that never gets hot, and there’s rope to tie up your floats to the dock if you just want to relax in the water without floating away! We love the super comfy beds, and having a private bath in every room is so nice. Our kids can enjoy puzzles, games, X-box and darts downstairs while mama & I enjoy relaxing and reading upstairs on the porch or out back on the swing and the guys are catching tons of fish. We love eating all together on the screened in porch, and the open floor plan upstairs is SO beautiful. The hosts are AMAZING and so helpful. They are super quick to respond if you need anything and gracious to share if you’ve forgotten something too! There’s plenty of parking space as we usually bring multiple cars as there’s so much to do in nearby Hartwell. Shopping, eating, a great Crossfit gym (shout out to Contemporary Athletics!) and even a downtown celebration this year to enjoy! We also love that there’s hand-dipped ice cream, boiled peanuts, food, gas, shopping and more less than 5 minutes away. And although it was too hot to enjoy a fire this year, we loved making s’mores last year and sitting around the fire at night 😍 I also love that you’re not rushed to check out in the morning on the last day, as that way you can fully enjoy the sunrise one last time and some time on the lake before packing up to head home after lunch. Love lOvE LOVE this place!!!

Need some update for the bathroom. Since the weather was not good to have meal in the screen room, we had to bring all the food downstairs, no Tv in the livingroom either. Overall the environment is nice and view is great.

This house was pretty much as advertised. Nice views, nice dock, nice lake location, clean, etc. was all as stated in the listing and other recent reviews. Our family feels the 50 steep steps to get to and from the water should be pointed out. I would suggest checking on that factor for any house. I know we will from now on. It plays a role in your decision for your activities for the day and could be a deal breaker for people of a certain age or with any type of physical impairment. We also would have liked a TV upstairs. Other than that, we thought it was great. We really did enjoy our time on the screened-in patio.

Beautiful expansive view

The best thing about this property is the view. From the screened in porch, you can see a 180 degree view of a wide part of the lake. The worst thing about the property is that there is no kitchen table at all. When you want to sit down to eat as a group, you have to go to the table on the screened in porch. Sometimes the weather doesn't permit you to go out there, like when it's 95 degrees.

Quiet and Secluded Dream Lakehouse

We absolutely loved this lakehouse!!! We love Lake Hartwell and this is the perfect house for this lake! We loved fishing and swimming. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful from this house! We cannot wait to come back to this house! ❀

Beautiful lake views

Excellent communication, very well stocked home. Loved the views, the adorable town with great restaurants, the quiet neighborhood , the dock on the lake. House needs a bit of tlc. Quite a few cobwebs, bath tubs were not squeaky clean, needs some work on the ceilings. We had a very lovely time though! So much fun. Super sweet owners.

Recent visit

This is a great location on deep water with great views of the lake. It is in a good, quiet neighborhood, and there is plenty of off street parking space. The bedrooms are well sized & have comfortable beds. There are lots of games and puzzles for guests to use. The owners are very accommmodating and great hosts. Great Place!

Lovely lake property

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is perfect. It is at a great location on the lake with an amazing view from the screened in porch. I spent most of my time there despite the temperature. My husband fished from the dock and we just really enjoyed every minute of it. We will stay here again. It was a very peaceful couple of days.
