Welcome travellers! Step into our chic one-bedroom penthouse located right at the bustling centre of Gzira, with a large private terrace!

This designer apartment features a cosy living area with a super comfy sofa bed which can accommodate another extra guest. Enjoy the free access of the private terrace, perfect for relaxation and gatherings!

During your stay, enjoy the convenience of complimentary Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and a super comfy bedroom, perfect for long/short term rentals

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| A sunny private terrace equipped with tables, chairs and loungers where our guests can enjoy and relax. Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining area and sofa looking at the TV.

Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek countertops, modern appliances, and all the necessary utensils, allowing you to whip up delicious meals while admiring the captivating sea vistas. Dine with a view at the stylish dining table, creating memorable moments against the backdrop of Manuel Island.

Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom, with a double bed. For over and above 2 guests, a sofa bed is available in the living room which can fit another guest during the stay.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

Located on the eastern coast of Malta, Gzira is a charming town that offers a perfect blend of urban convenience and coastal tranquility. With its scenic seafront promenade, lively restaurants and bars, and easy access to the rest of the island, Gzira is a popular destination for both tourists and locals alike.

One of the main attractions of Gzira is its beautiful seafront, which offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Valletta skyline. The promenade is perfect for a leisurely stroll or jog, with plenty of benches and seating areas where you can relax and soak up the sun. There are also several cafes and restaurants along the promenade where you can enjoy a coffee, a snack, or a full meal while enjoying the view.

For those who enjoy shopping, Gzira has several small shops and supermarkets where you can buy groceries and essentials, as well as a few clothing and souvenir stores. If you're looking for more extensive shopping opportunities, the nearby Sliema and St. Julian's areas offer a wide range of shopping malls, boutiques, and department stores.

One of the most popular modes of transportation in Gzira is the bus. The area is served by several bus routes that connect it to other parts of Malta, including Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian's, and the airport. The bus stops are located within walking distance of the penthouse, making it easy to explore the island without a car. The buses are frequent and reliable, and tickets can be purchased from the driver or from various outlets around the town.

Another popular option for getting around is by taxi or private car hire. There are several taxi companies and car rental agencies in Gzira and the surrounding areas that offer affordable rates and reliable service. The penthouse provides guests with the option to rent a car or book an airport transfer for a hassle-free and convenient way to get to and from the airport.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
