The location of the villa is excellent due to its proximity to beaches, the city center and numerous taverns, while at the same time providing enough privacy. The house is a one-story house surrounded by a fenced yard, a lawn and a terrace with a heated swimming pool that also contains a special children's area. The covered terrace consists of a dining area next to a brick fireplace, perfect for socializing with Dalmatian specialties and a glass of wine with the pool view.
The interior of the house contains a modern kitchen with a dining island and equipped with all appliances, including an ice maker. The dining room leads you through the open space to the living room with a view of the pool. The private part consists of four bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a hydromassage bathtub, and a separate toilet. An added bonus for those eager for activities is the trampoline in the yard, as well as 5 bicycles that you can use for free to explore the city, sandy beaches and numerous attractions that Nin and its surroundings offer.
