Perched at the edge of the Espasante bluffs, it is a mere 3 minute walk to one of Espasante's three beaches, and a 5 minute walk to shops, cafés and restaurant. Quiet, sunny and spacious, this home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy the sunset from the wrap-around terrace, or take a snooze in the enormous, private, walled garden while you listen to the waves lapping against the shore below.
Pleas bear in mind that, although the house is 3 levels, the part that is accessible to guests is the ground floor(garage and washing machine room), and the 1st floor(3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room. The top floor has more rooms but is not accessible to guests at this time. The whole property is private and exclusively for guests to use. No one else shares the space.
