This wonderful 4 bed house in Oldfield Park is in an ideal location, walking distance to Bath City Centre & all the local attractions; Bath Therme Spa, Roman Baths (evening visits are great), Bath Abbey and many more. I love Topping & Company Booksellers such a cosy place with coffee & water on offer.

Bath has an abundance of eateries, cafes to choose from, here are some of my favorites; Real Italian Pizza & Real Italian Ice Cream (the gelato is delicious), Bosco Pizzeria, Bath Pizza Co., Bandook (Indian) they have Jazz night on Thursdays, Bikanos (Indian) do a great lunchtime Thali, Peking Chinese (our go to family restaurant), Sala Thai, Charm Thai, The Raven (lovely pies & chips) and Lulu Coffee.

This Oldfield Park property is also walking distance to a vast array of local independent shops, small supermarket, cafes, takeaways on Moorland Road shopping parade. Recommendations on Moorland Road, Oyster Shell Fish & Chips, Velo Lounge.

A larger Sainsbury’s Supermarket 5 minutes walking distance.

Within 5 minute walk to Oldfield Park Railway Station (0.4 miles) with trains to Bristol Temple Meads (only 15 mins on the train) & Bath Spa Station (less than 5 minutes) where trains travel direct to London Paddington. Buses also running until 12 midnight.

The space
This entire house has 1 king-size bedroom, 2 double bedrooms located upstairs and 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with the bathroom also being located on the ground floor. (4 bedrooms which sleeps 8). The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

There is access to the rear garden area via the back door.

The living room boasts a 48” smart TV, sofa and a 6 seater dining table for a cosy night in watching your favourite shows.

If you fancy a meal in then the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of utensils, pots & pans to cook up a feast.

There are electric heaters throughout the house and plenty of wardrobe space.

There is a washer/dryer with iron & ironing board facility.
