Beautiful 3-Bed Town House with garden in Sax

Welcome to our beautiful house in Sax. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. Also a washing machine and dishwasher.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television which shows Spanish channels but you can connect to your own firestick. Also has fast internet access and an Alexa upstairs and downstairs for music etc.

This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are twin beds.
The third bedroom contains a single bed. There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

A great place to unwind, cycle, write, read - get away from the world.

Sax has a great indoor and outdoor pool in the town. There will be a splash pool installed in the property in time for summer.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 12pm. Smoking is not allowed inside the house but fine outside - There is free parking at the end of the road- Pets are allowed at the property but all mess must be cleaned up. Please keep the oven and microwave spotless. Also rinse dishes before placing in the dishwasher. VERY IMPORTANT-do not put anything down the toilets apart from toilet roll, if it gets blocked you will be liable to pay plumber costs if anything is put down which should not be.

Thirty minutes to the airport and beach. The house is ideal for relaxing, biking, walking and families. Loads of lovely bars, restaurants, market day Monday. Walk into town in 5 minutes.
