The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four.

There is also a terrace with a private pool to relax and cool off during the hot days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a clothes dryer, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms feature queen beds adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring maximum comfort. Each bedroom has an ensuite, guaranteeing convenience and comfort for all guests.

The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, a crib is available for your convenience if you are travelling with a baby.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Santo António is a civil parish located in the heart of Lisbon. It is known for its central location and vibrant atmosphere, making it a popular area for residents and visitors.

Santo António is characterized by its historic buildings, charming streets, and lively squares. One of its most famous landmarks is Avenida da Liberdade, a broad boulevard with upscale shops, cafes, and theatres. This avenue serves as the area's focal point for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The parish also has several noteworthy attractions, including the Botanical Garden of Lisbon. Its diverse plant collections and peaceful ambience offer a tranquil escape from the city hustle. The Parque Mayer, a cultural and entertainment hub, is also located within Santo António.

With its central location, Santo António provides easy access to other parts of Lisbon, including the historic Alfama district, the bustling Baixa district, and the scenic waterfront area of Belém.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Picoas, is just a 6-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 14-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
