The 75 m2 apartment, on the 3rd floor with elevator access, is located in the center of Lungomare, and walking distance from the beach, about 2 min, on the first line of the road.
The space
This apartment was furnished with new furniture in June 2023, equipped and carefully decorated.

Fitted with a comfortable sofa,a flat-screen TV and a dining area that comfortably seats 4, relax in the open living room after a long day on the beach and with a long balcony of approximately 4m, where you can enjoy the sun's rays in the early hours of the morning.

The attached kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you will need including an oven, hot water kettle, and a refrigerator.

There is a bedroom with two beds (one double bed and one single bed) and a Sofa bed in the living room, where 2 other people can sleep.

In bedroom is a clothset wardrobe for your belongings.

No need to bring towels or sheets everything is on site.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.
