The house is located almost on the beach, which you will find just outside the house, just 20 meters away. Outside the house, you will find the free beach and nearby there are also equipped beaches. You are in the “Bosco e Paludi Di Rauccio” natural park where you can go for beautiful walks either on foot or by bike, given the presence of cycle tourism routes. A little further south, the “Idume basin” lake is populated by aquatic birds. Minimarket, bar, bakery and fishmonger are just 3km away, in Torre Chianca, another of Lecce\'s marinas. Lecce is 5 minutes away by car. Here, you can appreciate baroque art in all its beauty and take a stroll through the streets of the historic center. Traveling along the coast road towards the south you will find the marinas of Frigole and San Cataldo about 5 minutes away, until you reach San Foca, Roca Vecchia, where you can take a dip in the natural pool of the Grotta della Poesia and Torre Dell\'Orso.
