Welcome to my apartment!
This beautifully designed 180 m2 property offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. It is located on the 3rd floor and has lift access.
The modern living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. It has a cosy sitting space and a dining table that comfortably seats six. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals and spending quality time. It features all the essentials, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
The property boasts three ensuite bedrooms to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests. The first features two cosy single beds and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, tasteful decor, and a private bathroom for added comfort. The third bedroom is a luxurious space with a king-size bed, ample storage, and a personal bathroom. A service bathroom near the entrance adds extra convenience.
Step out onto the charming balcony to soak up the sunlight and enjoy stunning views of the historic city centre.
Guests can also take advantage of the building amenities, such as an indoor pool, a gym and a children's play area.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Please note: The building is undergoing construction from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and scaffolding is present on the balconies, bedroom windows, and the building entrance. Also, the pool will be unavailable for maintenance between 13/03/2025 and 10/04/2025.
Guests will have access to the entire home!

With its proximity to Gaia’s riverside promenade and the Luís I Bridge, Santa Marinha offers easy access to Porto’s historic centre while maintaining a more tranquil atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy scenic river views, sample world-renowned wines, and discover cultural gems like the Serra do Pilar Monastery. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, Santa Marinha is the perfect gateway to experiencing the best of the Douro region.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Guests have a private parking spot in the building's garage; the remote is inside the apartment.
The nearest train station, Vila Nova de Gaia - Devesas, is 1,2 km away. The bus station, Rotunda Eng. Edgar Cardoso (lines 901 and 906), is 30 meters away.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
