TÀmÀ kiinteistö sijaitsee San Sebastianin sisÀÀntulon reunalla kaupungissa Saint Augustine. TÀmÀ on 2 kerroksinen talo, huoneisto sijaitsee kodin toisessa kerroksessa. TÀmÀ huoneisto on tÀydellinen yksikkö erillinen alakerrassa. Huoneisto on sisÀÀntulokerroksesta ja portaikko, joka johtaa toiseen kerrokseen. Toisen kerroksen tilasta voit nauttia panoraamanÀkymistÀ ja monista venesatamista ylisuurten ikkunoiden ja esiportaan kautta. The property was very comfortable, beautiful gardens, gorgeous views from our unit, a neat, walkable area, great location from downtown. We had a couple questions throughout our stay and the hosts always responded very quickly and helpfully.

The apartment was very spacious and exactly as portrayed in the photos. The property was really pretty with lots of foliage. The kitchen was well appointed and had what we needed. Michael and Hyacinth were excellent hosts and communicated very well throughout the process. We walked everywhere! Once we parked at the apartment, we never drove again! The walk to the downtown area was easy 1 mile walk.

It was just as the listing depicted. Clean and comfortable. Loved the landscaping, all of the plants and two lovely fountains. Back balcony was wonderful for watching beautiful sunsets, front porch was a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the lovely sound of the fountains.Communication with the hosts was always quick. I will be back soon.

This was a delightful find on the second story of this cottage facing the west over the swamp area of Saint Augustine. Lush landscaping in the yard and the upstairs apartment looked newly refurbished and quite interesting – like being in an art gallery. The kitchen was well stocked, communication was excellent both with in the house, but with the host as well. In a quiet neighborhood away from the business of old Saint Augustine, but easily accessible with a trolley or walking. Also close to current day amenities on the other side of the water. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location and close to all the sites. Made it very easy to do little trips. The restaurants/bars down the street were a fantastic! Bed was comfy, kitchen a good size. Would recommend!!

A good-sized apartment in a quiet setting, yet close to historic town. It was peaceful overlooking the marsh to the west and also watching the sunset. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage to unpack clothes. The kitchen was well supplied. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Leather recliner furniture in the living room with a beautiful fully loaded everything you need. kitchen and A dining Room Table set For a king. The bedroom furniture is made of wood with a modern bathroom. with washer and dryer. And comfortable mattress and king size bed. The house is air conditioned with temperature control system. You will be impressed the moment you arrived very safe and quiet neighborhood We never meet the owners but we communicate with test messages and they are very friendly and respectful.

We had a great stay! The property was close to everything yet still quiet and peaceful, which made it the best of both worlds. The hosts were solid communicators, very flexible, and offered a fair price—everything felt easy and stress-free. The garden was absolutely beautiful and added so much charm to the experience. Beautiful views, very clean and comfortable. Hosts reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to returning. Although the house is within walking distance, it was mid-July in Florida. We Ubered most days - very reasonable costs as parking downtown would have been more than the Uber rides.

Good location with excellent views

Marina Sunsets was conveniently located close to restaurants and other attractions in St. Augustine. The apartment was clean, roomy and well furnished. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very accommodating to special requests. Nice views from both front and rear porches. Designated assigned off-street parking place is convenient and saves cost of downtown parking. Will check availability of Marina Sunsets first when making any future visits to St. Augustine. Highly Recommended!!

awesome location

Our first time in St Augustine and this home was the perfect place to stay. The location couldn't have been better, we were able to walk downtown everyday and the history and architecture was so much more than we expected. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including two porches where we could relax and enjoy the sunsets. We will be back! P.S. Thank you so much for making the effort to get my hair dryer back to Charlotte!

The photos are a great barometer of what you get. Most comfy bed ever (if only the pillows were the same but nothing to take any points away). Go visit all the cool stuff in the area. The marina, distillery, but all the cool little shops. Get the peach cobbler and learn some history at “the corner store”.

Fantastic Oasis

What a gorgeous property tucked in the marshes of the Saint Sebastian Marina. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we knew we had something special. The manicured garden greeted us with lush flowers and foliage plus a small cascading water fountain where a little crab skittered in and out of the water flow. Hyacinth and Michael provided easy-to-follow directions to the entrance for this upstairs apartment. The photos showed a lovely interior but they don't do justice to the bright, open space. Colorful artwork adorns every wall, providing so much eye candy and food for the soul. And then you see the view: what a view! The marsh grass, the blooming bushes, the sparkling water at high tide; there's something to soothe every soul. We delightedly discovered reclining chairs comprised the sofa: exactly what we needed after a long day walking to, through, and from Old Town (yes, you can save 15 in parking fees by walking there). We loved watching the sun set from the comfort of the sofa and also from bed (we're early to bed, early to rise people). Speaking of the bed, it provided the best night's sleep we've had in a while. No outside noise to burst our little bubble of bliss. Lovely shower in a well-appointed bathroom (love the shower). Super-clean kitchen with everything you need. Thank you to the wonderful hosts Michael and Hyacinth, who painted all that gorgeous artwork. We cannot wait to come back and we highly recommend this gem.

My favorite place to stay when vacationing in St. Augustine. I love everything about this spot! Great location, everything is walking distance or a short drive. The home is beautiful and I just love the personal touch their paintings give the home. The views are absolutely breathtaking, definitely one of my favorite things about the house! Check in and out is a breeze.The hosts are hands down the best. Have booked with them several times and never had a problem. They are attentive and check in with you to ensure your stay is going well. Can’t wait to come back and book again!
