The unit was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.It was close to everything and we really appreciated the parking.Just a couple issues:No spatulaNo hot water in the kitchenThe sofa bed is in bad shapeAnd finally, as with most places, not enough towel racks in the bathroom and no shelf in the shower.

Very Nice Place To Stay

This property is very nice. It has all the accommodation's that is needed to stay. The location is pretty central to anything you want to do in Key West. The staff communicated with us before and after check in I would highly recommend staying here

Fabulous Location

Everything you want to see is within walking distance. Parking costs everywhere you go so the off street parking is a big plus.

Great stay but…

This apartment was just right. Great location. Within walking distance from everything. The only issue, which I know maybe out of the property management company, but we had to kill a roach 😞 and there were very small ants that would bite. Overall though it was a great stay.

Great spot

Everything was clean and nice. Very close to the popular Duval strip. We walked everywhere instead of driving. Highly recommend. Will definitely book again.

Perfect!!

Cute apartment in the perfect location to walk everywhere during our stay. No need for an alarm clock--the roosters take care of that! We'd stay here again for sure!

Great location!

This was a great place to stay for a few days in Key West! The location is great being close to Duval street and we could easily walk to either end. We didn't have to use our car once after we arrived. The space was great and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Close to everything!

This house is close to everything and walking around town is easy. It fit all four of us very well. It was a little noisy while we were there as there was construction going on next door and the house isn’t very soundproof. The balcony porch was a great place to drink coffee in the morning and also to sit and read.

Great Experience

Great little space in an awesome location. The street lights are very bright, if you're a light sleeper bring a sleeping mask. But don't let it stop you. Very comfortable, clean, a block from the free Duval loop bus and a parking spot included.

Good place for active people

Booked for one night and didn’t plan to spend much time there. Clean enough for us! Toilet needed a long hold on handle. TV was a bit messed upon arrival but my husband figured it out pretty quickly. Close to fire house several calls on a Thursday night but we were pretty tired from an active day and didn’t bother us much. Perfect location we rented bikes and kept our bags at the Vacasa main building after checkout. Thanks for offering this service!!

Maintenance needed

Wonderful location. Walking distance to many things. Has parking if needed. Coffee pot was broken. Door knob fell off bedroom door. The pull sting for ceiling fan was broke and found in bedside table drawer. The ceiling fan could not be used unless light was on. Very thin walls you will be awake early. The side balcony with the chairs and table looks as if a person is going to fall through it. The wood is very soft. Would of been nice to sit out there in the AM while drinking coffee. I would definitely stay again because if the location and price.

The apartment was basic, and covered all of our needs. Sleep is very important to me especially on vacation. There are no drapes so the thin mini blinds did not keep out the morning sun at all. Unfortunately, there is a big garbage container at the neighbors yard, and a lot of smaller containers for our units. We were there during fantasy fest for five nights. 4 out of five nights The garbage / recycle trucks came around 4:00 a.m. to empty the containers. The trucks were the kind that compress trash so it made extra noise and took extra time to get all those containers. It was ridiculous. Perhaps the owners could consider installing carpets, drapes, and better windows sound.

Great location, minimal amenities

Amazing location. For those who like to walk, this place is in the middle of the island with both coasts being a 15-20 walk on either direction. A grocery market is a 2 minute walk away and that is very convenient. The fire station is within an earshot and sirens can be heard if there is an emergency call. Not constant, but noticeable and can wake a light sleeper. The on-site parking is KEY and a nice benefit to the rental. The kitchen does not have the amenities to cook a meal, so be prepared to dine at a restaurant. The unit was relatively clean upon check in. The floors were dirty and did not appear to have been swept or vacuumed from the previous rental. There was also garbage left on the front deck that made it look unkempt. There is more than enough room for two people, the bed is comfortable and the Wall unit A/C is a big plus. It may be hot and humid outside, but this rental is always cool and comfortable. We would stay here again and I recommend it to any couple that is happy dining out for Breakfast and dinner. I recommend that the property owner reevaluate their cleaning service and make them aware of the subpar turnover service. Enjoy.

5 Stars for the Property - 2 Stars for Local Management - I Don't Think It's Fair to Punish the Property Rating for Lack of Service from Management Here's Why. Property - Parking is Great. Walking Distance to Everything, Including the Marina. We Stayed Sat - Wed & Only Took the Car Out to go to the Catholic Church & to the Southernmost Point. Clean Grounds, Clean Interior, Fresh Sheets and Towels. Definitely Has Everything We Needed. Felt Safe, Nice Neighborhood and Surroundings. Here's Why Local Mgmt Gets 2 Stars...... We Always Cook Our Breakfast in the Morning on Vacation & Drink Coffee and Try to Enjoy the Place We're Staying a Little Before Getting Out. The Suite Has an Induction Cooktop - Which Requires a Very Particular Type of Pot. Sunday Morning I Could Not Cook Breakfast because We Did Not Have the Correct Pots. We Reached Out to Mgmt at Noon to Request the Correct Pots. When we Left for the Day, I Left on Note on the Door Letting Housekeeping Know We Had Enough Towels etc and We Didn't Need Anything from Her at This Time. We Ran Into her in the Parking Lot and Let Her Know, We Didn't Need Any CLEANING. I did not Discuss the Pot Situation with her because We Called and Made that Request by Phone. All they Needed to do was Leave the Pots on the Chair or Table on Our Porch Outside Our Door. When We Came Back About 4 that afternoon, the Pots Were Still not There. I Made Another Call to VACASA. Local Mgmt Could Not be Reached. Made Another Call Again at 6, Asking if I Would Have Pots in the AM to Cook Breakfast. No Reply from Local Mgmt. We Didn't Get the Pots Until 10am Monday Morning, Well After Breakfast. Which for Us, After Grocery Shopping for Breakfast Items, We Wanted to Utilize the Convenience of Having Breakfast in Our Room - That's Part of the Vacation Experience We Enjoy, That's Why We VRBO Instead of Hotel. Lack of Communication is What was so Frustrating. All I Needed Were the Right Pots for the Stovetop. They Easily Could Have Been Dropped Off ANYTIME During the day Sunday on Our Porch While We Were Out. VACASA People that I Spoke to Were Helpful and Tried Their Best to Help Us. Local Mgmt is the One Who Let Us Down.

Cozy and great location

My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay in the Jamine suite. The place was super clean and we never heard or saw any neighbors. The "slow" season is a great time to visit Key West. Plenty to do without all the crowds. The house is on a beautiful street very close to all the fun on Duval Street. We appreciated the parking space since we parked there and then walked everywhere. We would happily stay there again. Check-in and out were easy and contactless. The VACASA staff were great with communication. The house and property are beautifully maintained. If you plan to do any actual cooking, be sure to bring all ingredients with you as there are no basic ingredients available. The Publix or Winn Dixie stores are not far though. You just need to drive to get there. The bed was very comfortable. No complaints!!!

Great Place

This place was close to everything, but far away from Duvall street. Very clean and neat with all the amenities. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Key West.
