Tule yöpymään ylellisessä 3. kerroksessa, WRAP-AROUND CORNER OCEANFRONT -huoneistossa, ja et koskaan halua lähteä! Se on erittäin tilava, jossa 1400 m² sisällä, joka koostuu 2 bdrm 2. 5 kylpy ja on täysin varustettu kahdella uudemmalla AC yksikköä. Huoneisto sijaitsee aivan maailmankuulu Kahana Bay, 5 minuutin ajomatkan joko Kaanapali Beach tai Kapalua Bay ja vain etelään Napili.

Huoneisto tarjoaa upean 40 jalka WRAP AROUND LANAI joka on saatavilla olohuone / ruokailuhuone ja makuuhuone. Tämä tarjoaa 270 asteen näkymän saarille Molokai & Lanai, myös näkymä allasalueelle. Tämä sijainti sopii erinomaisesti valaiden katseluun (kausi) tai havainnoimalla kilpikonnaa toimintaa matalissa vesissä. Se ei ole rakennuksen tuulisella / varjostuneella puolella. Se on myös esteettömät näkymät, joten et tuijota toista rakennusta, vain kaunista vettä, saaria ja uskomattomia auringonlaskuja ja sateenkauloja.

Uusittu huoneisto on uusi kaapit, graniittiset työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet, valaistus ja kalusteet keittiössä ja kaikki 3 kylpyhuonetta sekä laattalattiat ja matot. Master kylpyamme suihkulla on suuret laatat, mukaan lukien istuin sisällä suihku! TV: lle ja elokuville 60-tuumainen FLAT-SCREEN olohuoneessa ja 50-tuumainen taulutelevisio master bdrm: ssä, jossa on Blu-ray. Myös 50-tuumainen taulutelevisio huoneessa. Se on myös täysin maalattu, kaunis olohuone ja makuuhuone, sekä uusi olohuone, ruokailuhuone ja makuuhuoneen kalusteet.

Royal Kahana Resort sijaitsee kauniilla Maui-länsirannikolla Kahana Bayssä, ja sitä ympäröi Mauin mahtava luonnonkauneus. Aulassa on kokonaan uusittu, jossa on näkyvä CONCIERGE DESK, joka sijaitsee suuressa oleskelutilassa, joten voit varata kaikki hauskanpidon! Great view and all the amenities that we needed were provided along with a very thoughtful welcoming basket of goodies. Renee was very helpful in getting questions answered and communicated very promptly on maintenance repairs that were scheduled during our stay but did not impose on any of our activities. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect Place to Stay

This condo was amazing. The third floor location right on the ocean gave us amazing views. It is updated inside and very well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the welcome basket too. My husband and I enjoyed waking up every morning and sitting out on the balcony. The beach access was perfect and we were able to go in whenever we wanted.

Girls trip. Ages 55-66. Wonderful condo. The views are everything the ad stated.

We loved our views and the lanai going around the corner with room plus every window had the view of the water. We saw Whales daily blowing and rolling. Diving. Be sure you have binoculars!! Also the Old LaHaina Luau is rebuilt and better than ever. The show &food was spectacular. Our trip to Hana, whale excursion, & the sunrise At Haleakala was the highlight.

Perfect in Paradise!!!

This condo was amazing!!!! We had everything we could have possibly needed. The view every morning was something to wake up to. The whales were in season and we watched the blows all over the place any time of the day. At night we watched the beautiful sunset!!!! The condo was very up to date with new renovations and extremely clean!!! We would highly recommend this condo in the future.

Excellent View!

Excellent deck view for those Maui sunsets. Unit is conveniently located right outside of elevators and you never hear anything in the hallway. BBQ and pool area is very well maintained and probably the cleanest BBQ I have ever seen everyday. Parking was easy, check in and staff are delightful. Quick response by owner with all questions even during the stay. Beds are comfortable and linens provided. Will stay here again when we return to Maui. Malaho!

Perfect home base for a Maui vacation!

Our family of four spent ten amazing nights in this condo. I researched different options extensively before booking, and know that we made the right choice. Here are the highlights. Condo - The condo itself is very nice. Everything is in very good condition, clean, comfortable etc. With the two bedrooms and three bathrooms, we had plenty of space to spread out, which was an important consideration for us. We spent more hours than I can count on the lanai, we saved a ton of money on food by having a full kitchen, and in general we loved the physical condo. The only annoyance was that the wifi was sub-par, but other than that, everything was great. The best way I can sum this part of the review up is that for 10 nights we managed to almost completely avoid any crankiness among two parents and two teenage daughters. Royal Kahana - This condo is located in the Royal Kahana, which I would describe as nice, but not "take your breath away" nice. If it were a car, it would be a pretty well maintained eight year old Honda Accord. Not going to blow you away, but more than adequate. We used the pool pretty frequently, which was clean and nice. Clientele of the Royal Kahana fell into the "comfortably middle class" category. No hint of snobbiness or pretentiousness, just normal people enjoying a Maui vacation. Location - Going back to the condo itself, you are so close to the water that it's basically like being on the beach while you are in the condo / on the lanai. I can't overstate how fantastic this was. We relaxed on the lanai, watched the turtles swim by, watched the sunset and generally LOVED being so close to the water. While there are a lot of fancier resorts on Maui, virtually none of them have you staying right on the water like this. In front of the condo was a small beach. We swam there several times, but also went to other local beaches, each of which were unique and worth visiting. The condo made a great home base for us. We could walk to the shopping center, or take the ~10 - 15 minute drive to Lahaina or other Maui locations. I'm running out of characters, so here's my summary. I would highly recommend this condo, especially for longer stays. Really nice condo, plenty of space, convenient location, ridiculous views. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. Wonderful stay! Stunning views off huge balcony. Great location. Contacted host regarding coffee pot problem & she promptly had a new coffee pot delivered. Great supplies in the kitchen. Amazing Condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Communication from the host was top notch and the location was perfect. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The condo had a pool that overlooked the ocean, so you got to enjoy both worlds. I loved that there was a concierge on site to assist with tours. I will definitely book again anytime on my next trip to Maui

Lots of room for the family. We have 3 teens and plenty of room for all. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus. The beach was great for fishing, swimming, and snokeling. Would go back again for sure.

Magnificent Ocean View!

We have nothing but positive things to say about this vacation rental. Check in was easy, (aside from me inadvertently deleting our welcome packet)! Though we had to pay, parking was never an issue. The condo was very clean, nicely stocked with kitchenware and beach accessories as well. Our mattresses, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. For us, the location was perfect. But the best part of this unit is the huge lanai with the breathtaking views and sounds of the ocean! We enjoyed our morning coffee watching and listening to the birds in the Palm trees and spotting the sea turtles coming up to the surface for air. There is nothing like falling asleep and waking up to an ocean breeze and the sounds of crashing waves! Air conditioning is available if needed. The pool is heated and we cooked on the available grills to make a few delicious dinners! We all agree, we will stay here again when we return.

Great communication with owner prior to trip.Easy "late arrival" access. Parking no problem.Excellent location on the oceanfront.Clean, spacious condo.Very nice and much appreciated welcome basket of goodies.Well appointed with all you need. (Except a cooking sheet)Nice to have a reliable refrigerator ice machine that churns out the cubes. (very important in this hot weather location!)Beach toys and umbrellas available for use although some could use a little repair.We experienced a half day interruption in power having occurred throughout the building, which was well communicated with the owner, and which we acknowledged was out of their control.Restaurants and grocery stores were a short drive away and very useful for us.All in all a very delightful vacation and exactly as advertised.

March 2025 Stay

Came here during spring break in March 2025. Here’s what I would say. Like in many other reviews, the building and condo are older, we knew that going in. it could use a new coat of paint and a refresh for some of the furniture. My daughter complained that her bed was super squeaky and would wake her up. The air conditioning didn’t work all that well, it is not central air. It struggled to keep up and the temps were high 70s and lower 80s. Pool was basic, but nice. Beach was a little bit of a disappointment because it’s sandbagged which took away from the beauty of the beach views IMO. Balcony was a wrap around which was great for looking out at the ocean, but you really couldn’t keep the windows open at night because the air conditioning would get overloaded. Also there are many windows in the condo so you really had to make sure curtains were pulled to manage the heat in the afternoon. The beach access is the next building over. So you would need to carry supplies about 50-100 yards or so, not that big of a deal, but something to consider.. Kitchen was well appointed, Communication with owner was good, had an issue checking in and she was quick to respond. Location overall was good, there’s a few restaurants, dive shop, convenience store, liquor store, and coffee shop all with walking distance which was great.Quick drive to Kaanapali beach and Blackrock. This is not luxury or the 4 Seasons, but it was a large unit with plenty of room for the 4 of us.

Comfortable condo with spectacular views

Overall we had a great experience here. The view was facing westward towards Lanai and Molokai, so sunsets were especially nice. Lots of outdoor seating on the balcony. Although it is oceanfront, the beach was small at the property and there were large sand bags to prevent erosion (we were aware of this before booking). To get to a larger beach you could walk down the road or take a short car ride. This was not a big deal to us, but easier beach access might be important to some. The pool area was nice, with an area to barbecue. The condo was comfortably furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was a nice welcome basket. The owner was responsive and gracious. Parking was easy. There are a few restaurants and basic shopping within walking distance. It is a very easy drive to popular areas such as Kaanapali, Kapalua, and Lahaina.

Perfect location for watching whales and turtles from a wonderful ocean front wrap-around balcony. Very clean and spacious. You definitely want to book another stay here.

Space and Location

It was extremely easy to book, arrive, and enjoy this property and I'm disappointed I hadnt stayed here earlier. The 2.5 baths are a plus for larger groups and the huge lanai is amazing during whale season. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee and the coded door lock was quick to learn. Recent updates are noticeable and appreciated. Someone did back into our rental car while we were there and there are no cameras of that area, This is the first time this has happened to us, but be mindful of the narrow parking spots.

Great views in Kahana, Maui

We rented this oceanfront 2 bdrm condo in Kahana, Maui for 2 couples. The layout was perfect and the views were some of the best we've had in several trips to Maui. The unit truly is oceanfront with a wrap-around deck. The kitchen is a small galley style but fully functional. There is a small dining table and a large common area with lots of seating. The bedrooms worked well for 2 couples (we had the twins arranged as a king in the 2nd bdrm and it was quite comfortable).There was no beach in front of the condo (there were large sandbags to prevent erosion) but there is a nice beach within a couple minutes walk. We visited in January so there was a lot of whale activity to watch and several sea turtles swimming below the balcony. We spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings enjoying watching the whale and turtle activity from the balcony.The condo complex doesn't have a lot of amenities you might find at a resort but there are restaurants and bars within a close walk. The owners did have a couple boogie boards and 4 beach chairs that we took advantage of. There is also a activities concierge downstairs in the lobby (we booked an awesome snorkeling trip to Molokini with Four Winds). Whalers General Store across the street had most of the essentials at surprisingly reasonable prices. For more variety you can drive to Safeway in north Lahaina or further afield is Walmart and Costco in Kahului near the airport (a good place to stock-up after leaving the airport).

The town of Kahana is the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of other areas. It is located within a few minutes drive or walk of restaurants and shopping at the Kahana Gateway Center. Including great drinks and food at the Maui Brewing Company, Dolly's Pub Sports Bar with great Pizza, and there is even a Mc Donalds. There is also a well equipped general store and gas station.
The condo is situated half way between kaanapali and Kapalua/Napili. Within 10 minutes to the north or south is access to 10 of the best beaches on Maui: Napili, Kapalua, Oneloa, Honolua Bay and DT Fleming to the north and Kahekili, Black Rock ( excellent snorkeling), Honokowai, Ka'ananpali and Hanakaoo to the south.

This condo is located 10 minutes away from Lahaina and all of its shops and night life. Be sure to visit "the tree of life" in the middle of the town of Lahaina. There is always things to do in town, but there are plenty of adventures right in the town on Kahana. You will fall in love with this destination and want to return year after year as many of our guests do. Come visit and you will never want to leave!

There are no hidden costs! No resort fees, no parking fees, no internet fees! All the amenities of home at your finger tips will help keep the costs down. This makes the idea of staying in a condo on your tropical getaway quite appealing to many. It is often a much cheaper way to enjoy your visit to the lovely island of Maui. This opportunity is a must see, you won't be disappointed.

***The resort has gone to great lengths to istitute hand sanitizer, social distancing and contact free check in. Our condo is cleaned with soap and water, then disinfected with lysol. The bathrooms are cleaned with bleach. Finally the surfaces of everything are treated with UV light.

There is now indoor dining at restaurants, but many places will deliver and take out is easy as well. The Island of Maui is ready to welcome visitors back as of 8/1/20. There is no further quarentine as long as visitors show up with a valid covid screen that shows a negative result within 72 hours of flying. Masks are still required when you enter establishments. Gatherings are limited to no more than 10 people. The outdoor mask mandate has now been lifted. Hopefully soon the island will be fully open with no mask, distancing or gathering size limitations. Will update this part of the site as more information comes available.
