Tervetuloa Pacific Breeze, kotisi poissa kotoa Lincoln Cityssä! Valmistaudu upeaan upeaan vuokraan! Tämä uskomaton merenranta-kotiin kuuluu kaksi tarinaa, joissa on viisi makuuhuonetta, kolme kylpyhuonetta ja tilaa jopa 16 hengelle! Sijaitsee patiolla, löydät kylpytynnyrin näköalalla, joka tekisi ketään kateeksi! Rentoudu kylpyammeessa kylmän talvisen yön aikana ja katso auringonlaskua tai kerää palo-kuoppaan rakkaasi kanssa ja nauti hyvistä vanhanaikaisista s'moreista! Astu sisään ja löydät itsesi, joka sijaitsee pelihuoneessa, jossa on foosball-pöytä, biljardipöytä, ilmakiekko ja kaksi queen-size-vuodesohvaa. Autotalliin kuuluu myös pingispöytä asiakkaiden käyttöön. Löydät myös baarin, jossa on ulosteet, takka ja taulu-tv takan päälle. Päärakennuksessa on myös yksi makuuhuone, jossa on queen-size-vuode ja kylpyhuone. Quality time with coworkers

Gorgeous view and very spacious. Close to town and the beach. Plenty to do at the house. Remotes didn't work for the TVs though.

At ease in pacific breeze

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Walked in and were struck by the amazing view. The house was comfortable for our group offering plenty of space. From walks on the beach to hanging out at the fire pit- couldn’t have been more at ease!

Beach house

We were doing a memorial visit to the ocean and this house was perfect for our whole family to stay together. Coming upstairs the first thing you see is the view of the ocean! It was amazing. I doubt I will need a 5 bedroom house again in the near future but if I did I would certainly book this house again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house.

Perfect Beach Experience

We wanted to bring our girls team to the beach for a team bonding experience following camp. The views were breathtaking and it made it so worth the effort of getting everyone there! Plenty of rooms to stay and the downstairs entertainment room was perfect for casual hanging out! Everyone agreed next time we will have to book the same place but stay longer!

Pacific Breeze Visit

Overall we thought the property was a good fit for our combined family (seven adults, six children ranging 5-14). We loved the firepit, plenty of room, nice bedrooms, great room upstairs with a well-equipped kitchen, game room down stairs. All that was great. The house could use another bathroom - only three for thirteen guests, but we made it work. A couple minor issues - air hockey table didn't work, pool table needed chalk, and we ended up buying propane for the grill. We've stayed at half a dozen houses in Lincoln City over the years and this was easily one of the best!

Team Retreat weekend

Nice location and large house to accommodate large groups. Pictures are definitely better than what you get. House could use some upkeep but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our weekend there. Had a snafu with check in (unable to check in until 6 pm) but property management rectified the situation and was attentive to our needs.

Could be a nice place, but…

The property is centrally located and the view is beautiful. It is not easy to access the beach. Anticipate the need to walk many, many stairs to enjoy the local beach. The house was poorly cleaned. The counters and table left our cleaning cloth brown upon first wiping things down. We had to remove mouse droppings from behind the trash bin and under the kitchen sink…gross. We also had to borrow the neighbor’s lawnmower to cut the back grass (weeds) that were over a foot tall and intruding on the area to enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, and hot tub. The hot tub had a sharp piece near the jets that severely cut my granddaughter’s finger. We found a previous guest’s dentures under one of the beds; doesn’t provide any more faith in how the spaces were cleaned. The cookware left a lot to be desired. Very unorganized kitchen and the pans were old and warped. The living area furniture is in desperate need of an upgrade. Worn and uncomfortable. The refrigerator was leaking and struggled to keep our food as cold as it should have been. Several lights were missing bulbs or dim. Windows were filthy. I could go on with more concerns, but I think this paints the picture. We had been looking forward to this vacation for months and I was disappointed. The property management team was super communicative until I wrote directly with these concerns and now it’s crickets. Not worth the fees being charged for this property and very upset they weren’t willing to address these concerns directly.

Truly a must visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is exactly as the property owner described it to me. It's only a 9 out of 10 because it's not in Maui. He was spot on. Fun for a large group and amazing views

It was fun to have so may friends stay in one place. The views were amazing, and playing cards etc at the table in kitchen was great. LOVED that is has 2 fridges! There were a few down sides, the BBQ was really dirty and tried to catch fire, and there were not enough wine glasses and no serving bowls. I also did not see the key walking up as the correct lock box is behind you when you are standing at the front door.

Good stay

A lot of things did not work properly the barbecue is very dirty and not all the burners worked. One of the chairs was broken would not recline. Over all stay was good just need to spend time with repairing things

Great Location, View, Kitchen, Bedrooms, and Sauna

We had 9 people total. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were great! The view and location were fantastic. The sauna worked great as well. I was disappointed that the air hockey table and pool table were in a poor state of repair, and most of the pool sticks were broken (and no chalk). Also, all of the guests complained about how uncomfortable all of the furniture was in the main room with the view. Even with that said, I'd be very likely to stay here again.

The kitchen, bathrooms, sauna, bedrooms were great. Didn't want to leave. Hope to stay again next year! Views were also great, couldn't ask for anything more. When we got there, dishes weren't done and bunk beds weren't made. We could live with that.

Below expectations

The pictures and descriptions of the property did not match the in person experience. The house was dirty, the hot tub was filthy and needs repair work, the sauna didn’t actually get hot, the address shared after booking was for the incorrect house, and there weren’t enough blankets for the number of advertised beds. Overall the location and size of the home are the only things that were advertised accurately.

Needs attention

Let me start off by saying Gorgeous view! My family and I loved the 2 levels and having the fire pit in the back. Very spacious We all enjoyed sitting out by the fire at night. Several things that made the trip disappointing. 1. Very dirty!!! Wow!! Dishes in cupboards not clean and had to wash everything we used. Floors and countertops disgusting. 2. No garbage bags at all. Luckily I rent a lot of houses to know to bring big black garbage bags. 3. No paper towels. (I even know Better and forgot them at home) had to run up to the store and get some. 4. Only 1 dish towel and no dish rags. Luckily I brought Clorox wipes. We used them to wash dishes. 5. The cookware OMG! Not good at all. Burnt breakfast very disappointing. 6. No washer and dryer available. It must’ve been locked. We searched the whole house and all doors locked. We couldn’t wash anything. With having only 1 dish towel for the whole weekend with a big family. Not good!! 7. The windows very dirty and don’t open well and screens missing. 8. Carpet very gross. I didn’t even want to take my flip flops off. It just made me feel really gross. 9. Hot tub and sauna, every one loved, but no towels. We had to use the towels we used for showers. Ugh!! Just very disappointing…. 10. The garbage cans all 3 of them super full! We had to leave all our garbage sitting next to the can. Very gross!! Looked like we were pigs. I’m not trying to bash the house. It was very nice home. It needs some real love! Furniture pretty run down. So my suggestion go to Costco pick up beach towels, cookware, hand towels, paper towels, garbage bags and dish rags. Make sure the house is clean.. We found pistachios in our room… WTH!! I get it, it’s a rental why spend good money on things. But if you want returning renters or word of mouth, at least try! If the place had all these things we would for sure come again. But like I said, If you want a house with a view this is the house. But you must bring all these items with you. I’m writing this review to share with others what we went through so very disappointing.

Pacific Breeze Birthday Stay

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice but needs cleaning and repairs. Tack strips exposed at transition from tile to carpet. The furniture has not been moved in a long time to clean under. When our grandsons' toys rolled under things we discovered quite the mess. Water not working from the fridge. A sink in the master bath drains extremely slowly. No combo supplied for the hot tub lock. Cobb webs hanging from the lighting fixtures in the kitchen. The filters in the range hood were dripping grease. The chairs and couches are very broken. The beds are comfortable. The house has an amazing view and plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again but would like it to be cleaned.

Pacific Breeze rental house in Lincoln City

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally it was overall favorable. Our first impression wasn’t great because we were told it’d be ready at 4:00 but the housekeeper wasn’t finished until 5. After traveling 400 miles with 4 kids (2-2 year olds) they were very anxious to get out of the car. Customer service said we could get in at 3:30 so we were initially excited to get there and decided not to go to the grocery store. But after waiting over an hour in the driveway with crying kids we finally were allowed to go in. The family was excited to use the sauna but found out it wasn’t working and appeared to not have been working for some time. Also a number of light bulbs were burnt out so we felt with the amount of money we spent those things should have been fixed. We were also disappointed the pool table was only a small miniature size and not a standard size. We are really into pool and some of us brought our own pool sticks so that was another disappointment. If something is broken then it’d be nice for you to make some effort to get it fixed. One of the beds was in very poor shape and needs to be replaced. The carpet in the main living area is frayed and needs to be replaced. Probably most of the carpet should be thrown out and replaced. Apart from that the kitchen was beautiful and the views were amazing. I would suggest upgrading the coffee maker to a single use/ full pot style similar to a Keurig. Also the garbage disposal needs to be replaced. I don’t know if I’d come back again but in the end we had a wonderful time with our family gathering.
