Pysäköinti on heti huoneiston edessä, ja pesulapalvelut sijaitsevat kätevästi muutaman askeleen alas kävelytieltä. Koko kiinteistössä on ilmainen turvattu wifi. Mikä parasta, lähtöä varten ei tarvitse puhdistaa liinavaatteita, pyyhkeitä tai mitään muuta. Upea siivous- ja tarkastushenkilöstömme saapuu sisään ja tekee sen kaiken, ja tekee sen hyvin!

KUNINGASMAKUU
Nuku rauhallisesti king-size-vuoteella upoudella muistipehmusteella (2018). "Beach chic" -tyylisessä makuuhuoneessa on vastaava lipasto, kaksi yöpöytää, 32 tuuman taulutelevisio ja iso vaatekaappi. Kylpyhuoneessa on hiljattain kaakeloitu suihku, täysi pyyhevalikoima ja sisäänrakennettu hiustenkuivaaja.

Tuplaa makuuhuone
Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi uutta täysikokoista vuodetta, joissa on upouusi muistivaahtopatjaa (2018). Kampaaja, yöpöytä ja 28 tuuman taulutelevisio viimeistelevät huoneen. Kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme / suihku, täysi pyyhevalikoima ja toinen hiustenkuivaaja.

KEITTIÖ
Päivitetyssä, täysin varustetussa keittiössä on Corian-topit ja saari, jossa on baarituolit nopeaan lounaaseen. Uudempi astianpesukone ja tuotevalikoima täydentävät keittoalueen. Se sisältää kaikki mukavuudet, jotka tarvitset tuntemaan olosi kotoisaksi, mukaan lukien ilmainen kahvin ja teen aloituspakkaus.

Great family location

the property was clean, quiet, and in the perfect location. I actually prefer the bayside, as it was close to the best view from the pool. the pool area was pristine. the fishing pier was perfect for the family to do what they love while i hung by the pool and i could see them the entire time. The room was clean, and pretty with a beach vibe. The kitchen had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. HIGHLY RECOMEND and the property contact was quick to answer.

The condo was as pictured. The back pool was nice but crowded The beds in both bedrooms were hard as a rock. Memory foam sucks for overall comfort.

Girls Trip #301

Property was decorated nicely, beds were comfortable and the location was right next to a trolley stop. We really enjoyed the actual condo and the couches are so comfortable!! The private beach was enjoyable. We enjoyed both pools and the hot tub. The only downside was that you can hear absolutely everything going on in the condo above you. We were woken up both of the mornings we stayed by kids running and bouncing a ball at 6:00-7:00 in the morning. Other than that had a great time!

We loved being on the ground level with the main fountain just off the side of our patio. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals. The mattress on the king bed should probably be replaced sooner rather than later given the hill in the center. It would been nice to have a functioning light on the patio for reading in the late evening and early morning. Otherwise, everything inside the unit was marvelous. Overall, we would choose this unit/location every year if it was available.

Beach towels and cooler provided by owner. Easy walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Complex is quiet. Complex provides beach chairs, walk to the beach and you will see them on your right. Condo is on the bay side where you can spot dolphins and manatees, or just watch the boats go by. Conveniently located to enjoy the entire island. Trolley is available to catch a free ride. Will be back!

We were carelessly put into the wrong unit and then realized after hours that we were in the wrong place. Security helped us but we had to move in a hurry. Staff seemed short and not very helpful. Also bayside pool wasn’t working. That was very disappointing.

For me it is more quiet and relaxing, but you have to walk to get to the beach and also cross an street. The apartment was good overall. We loved that is in the first floor and corner. We got a lot of light coming in. But it needs renovations. I wouldn’t seat in the couch without pulling some towels first . It is dirty and almost broken. I saw other reviews that say the same and I don’t understand why the haven’t change it. One of the bathrooms also needs renovation. The curtain had mold and the water does not drain properly. It is nasty to take a shower there. Plus the lamp in one of the bedrooms is broken. It has tape around, not sure why it hasn’t been changed either. I hope these things get fixed, we would like to come back next year again.
