Nauti tuoreesta trooppisesta ilmasta, kun istumme patioillamme ja hyödynnä virkistävää uima-allasta panoraamanäkymillä ja ympäri vuoden kesällä. Tulet tuntemaan itsesi hyvään elämään, mitä me kutsumme Pura Vidaksi. Nestled on 2 hehtaarin teaming w alkuperäiskansojen kasviston ja eläimistön saat kokenut lähellä laskurit lukuisia värikkäitä perhosia, eksoottisia lintuja, iguaaneja ja joukkoja höyhenpehmä apinoita.

Casa Aguinaldo oli vuonna 2012 rakennettu puku, jossa on nykyaikainen trooppinen arkkitehtuuri, jossa on karkea lehtipuu kaikkialla ja avoin pohjaratkaisu. Voit nauttia avoimesta ilmasta, jossa on kaksirivinen ovi, joka on täysin avoinna ulkona viehättävän viehätyksensä ympäröimänä. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on AC, jos haluat jäähtyä. Allas on yksityiskohtaisesti puu telakka, luonnollinen lava rock ja turkoosi espanjalainen laatta. Casa on myös 11ft yhden lankku kova puu ruokapöytä, saari keittiö tapan-tyyliin keittiön ja graniittiset työtasot, täydellinen kerätä ja ruoanlaitto ateriat yhdessä.

Yläkerrassa on alkuperäisiä parkettilattiat ja katot, parvekkeet pois jokaisesta makuuhuoneesta, ylempi patio ja mukautettu kylpyhuone kylpyhuoneella, jossa on kvartsilattia ja korotettu kulho. Kaunis valkoinen hiekkaranta on noin 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä 7: n surffaustapahtumasta alkaen aloittelijasta edistyneisiin, uskomattomiin vuorovesialtaisiin, joissa on runsaasti meren elämää ja satunnaista pesimistä tai haudottavista merikilpikonnista.

Great place for the Pura Vida lifestyle!

Our group of 9 (two families) enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and clean. We loved hearing the howler monkeys in the AM and had everything that we needed in the home. Perfect place for a beach stay.

Incredible Costa Rican Christmas for our entire Family

We had a family of 12, including grandparents, adults and small children at the house to celebrate Christmas and a great time was had by all! The layout and size of the home and property was perfect, we were able to experience many of the sites close by as well as a few trips into Tamarindo for suTamarindo

Lovely spot

This is a wonderful large house, easy to access but also a bit of the beaten path. We were a group of three families and had plenty of room. The bedrooms were all air conditioned which helped during our hot stay. The living areas all stayed a comfortable temp with the fans and windows open. There were plenty of towels and extra sheets and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and we easily cooked severtlarge meals. Jennifer was very quick to answer questions help out if needed.Playa Avellanas was an easy walk and was beautiful. We loved boogie boarding, playing in the waves and watching surfers. There are also a couple great restaurants. We also found a great nearby snorkeling beach. The pool was a heavenly on hot afternoons and we enjoy it far I to the evenings. Overall just a super fun house for a large group.

Great Location

We loved our privacy and easy accessibility to great eating and great surfing. We loved the area and the slow pace of the community. Great beaches and great place to walk or drive. The home had all that we needed. Thanks Jennifer for a great week.

Costa Rica 2024

What an amazing property. If you are looking for a less touristy trip to Costa Rica with enough amenities to make it comfortable this is your spot. It was amazing waking up to the sounds of the jungle every morning and being a 5 minute drive from the ocean. Jennifer was extremely accommodating the whole time and we had an amazing trip.

Fantastic time with my family

We were in a group of 13, 8 adults and 5 children ( age between 6m - 13y . The house was excellent for spend time together, good neighborhood for the children explorer, monkeys and couple reptiles. I definitely would go back for a remake.

a great stay in a great house

We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids (6yo and 9yo). The house was very spacious and comfortable (it can host bigger groups than ours). Jennifer was super responsive and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. An SUV is definitely needed to reach the house (bumpy road, even for Costarican standards). The beach close by (less than 5 minutes driving) is one of the best in Costa Rica and is very well organized (easy parking, nice restaurants, lounge chairs for hire).

Jungle Paradise

Jennifer was helpful in every way. She gave us many suggestions that enhanced our stay! Maria came to the house and cooked delicious meals for us. Hire her. She was fantastic. We loved the private pool. The beach was so much fun. We had perfect snorkeling and surfing and swimming and shelling all in Avallanas Beach near the home. The roads were the biggest challenge. Dusty and rugged. We loved our stay in this beautiful home.

Highly recommended

Our family of 8 stayed at this property for 9 nights and enjoyed it very much. Some general comments and information. 1. The house is exactly 1 mile from the beach down a dirt road so you can walk it in 15-20 minutes or drive it in about 4 minutes. The beach is uncrowded and has great waves. 2. The bedrooms all have air conditioning while the main floor has ceiling fans. It was very hot during our time there (mid 90sF). Even so with the ceiling fans running and the windows and doors open the heat was never oppressive though some floor or table top fans would be an appreciated addition. We did run the A/C every night in our BRs. 3. The pool is very nice and stays at a comfortable temperature. As mentioned by other reviewers there is a constant battle to keep leaves out of the pool. I never minded skimming the pool but it is just something to realize that you will need to contend with. Also the owner had someone come by to clean the pool and monitor the chlorine but even more visits would be helpful to maintain the pool in optimal condition. Regardless it was never a big issue for us and we enjoyed it immensely. 4. The house has a small zipline. It is very basic but still lots of fun for the kids. The platform you start from though is a bit rickety so just be careful on it. 5. The roads in this area of Costa Rica are gravel with lots of washboard areas and can be aggravating. In trade for that aggravation though there is much less congestion. While we would have like to have better roads for our family it was a worthwhile trade to stay out of the craziness of Tamarindo. 6. The owner Jennifer is wonderful. She is always willing to help and offer guidance. She recommended a horseback ride (Guti tours which I highly recommend), zip lines (Pura Aventura which I also highly recommend) and other attractions. She is always willing to help you in any way. 7. We also hired Ana (per Jennifer's recommendation) to cook and clean for us several days. She is friendly and only charges around $4.15/hr (though we always paid her more because she did great). She only speaks Spanish but with my limited Spanish and Google translate we got by. She was willing to walk to the house but we always gave her a ride. In the end, there are a few improvements that the owner could make to make the home even better (which I will email her) but we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home and would high recommend it to others. Pura Vida!

La maison était parfaite pour notre famille de 9 personnes. De beaux grands espaces pour vivre au quotidien, une grande cuisine bien équipée pour préparer nos repas, une piscine pour nous rafraîchir, etc... Nous avons profité de la magnifique plage Avellanas à tous les jours. Des parasols sont disponibles pour nous protéger du soleil, le restaurant Lola's offre un menu diversifié avec ses tables directement sous les palmiers... Tous ont adoré leurs cours de surf. La randonnée sur le bord de la mer à cheval, au coucher du soleil demeurera inoubliable. Bref nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette magnifique propriété avec cet environnement luxuriant. Nous avons pu vraiment expérimenter la Pure Vida! Et merci à Jennifer toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions.

Amazing time with family

Jennifer is amazing and so is her property. We flew into Liberia and she helped us coordinate transportation, with Christian at SeaStars SurfCamp (highly recommend), and the pickup was flawless. Their team was awesome, insightful and even helped us with groceries on the way to Jennifers place. The property is about an hour and a half from the airport and looks exactly like the photos on here. Check in was easy and Jennifer was easily accessible by text, even though she was not in Costa Rica at this time. The first morning we realized the coffee maker was not working properly, I texted Jennifer, and it was replaced within hours. This is how good of a host she is. She made some great recommendations on places to visit, things to do and restaurants to eat at. We spent our mornings at the Playa Avellanas beach, which is about a 15 minute walk, and afternoons around the pool. It was amazing seeing wildlife this close (monkeys, birds, iguanas, etc.) I highly recommend getting Anna in to cook for you. Her meals were amazing and very affordable. If not check out Lola's, Il Rustico or Blu. All great places to eat. Also, there is bread deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays (I think), that I would definitely take advantage of. In all, my entire family (8 adults, 4 children), thoroughly enjoyed their time here. The property is amazing and Jennifer is a phenomenal host. Not only was she helpful during our stay, she was extremely helpful in the months leading up to our stay. Book this property while you have a chance.

Great for families.

We stayed in this gorgeous home with two families with little kids. The house is the perfect size for a large group with kids, complete with air conditioning in the bedrooms. Having a big pool was so fun for the kids we barely needed to leave. Monkeys cruise through the tree tops every day and iguanas roaming around kept it all very exciting for the kids. The house is also only a few mins drive or 10 mins walk to the beach and the famous Lola's Restaurant. Jennifer is also a a lovely host and super responsive. She also helped arrange a cook and cleaner to come to the house each day which made our trip all the more relaxing. We will be back as soon possible!

Nice house

The property was very nice. Jeniffer was a always in contact with us, asking if we were ok. If you get there you can have the luck to see monkeys in front of the pool. Or you can see momotidae birds every morning. Beaches were a few minutes of distance. Yo can get to Avellanas, Playa negra and Junquillal. If you want to go out at night in 30 minutes you can go to Tamarindo beach.

Beautiful home just minutes from avellanas

House may be slightly difficult to find but once you do you will be stoked. It’s spacious clean and relatively secluded. The only issues we encountered was that the refrigerator really struggles to keep food/beer cold but this was mentioned to the owner and should hopefully be fixed soon. The best part about this house is Anna who cooked incredible dinners and cleaned the place each day. She is a gem .

The eight of us had a really good holiday.

Pool was great and very well used. The large shaded area by the pool was perfect. The living area of the house is open and worked well for all of us. The downstairs bedroom stayed cooler as did the one with twin beds upstairs. The master bedroom is spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioner in one of the smaller bedrooms did not work well and so that room was not used. The shower in the common upstairs bathroom was very low but the other two were good. Jennifer and Marcel were great about filling the few requests we had and we enjoyed meeting them. We had a very good holiday at the home.

Perfect for our family!

This house was amazing for our family celebration.  The open concept first floor allowed us all to be together and the gorgeous dining room table was perfect for all our family meals. The pool and the deck were great for morning dips, lazy afternoons reading and star gazing at night. The monkeys, beautiful birds, frogs and resident iguanas gave us all lots of enjoyment watching, photographing and identifying. The closest beach had wonderful waves to play and surf in when we could tear ourselves away from the pool. We hired the catering company, Belly FedBetter, from Tamarindo for our celebration dinner. The meal was fantastic as was the service of owner and executive chef, Frank Carroll. We highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Perfect place to relax with family or friends

We spent a week in this property on a family retreat to celebrate our mom's birthday. There were 3 families with 4 kids total and the house was big enough for everyone. The open concept living space was perfect to share meals and drinks. The sliding doors connecting these spaces to the deck and pool were great for hanging out inside the house while supervising the kids, who were constantly in the pool. The pool itself was very nice, and although it was very windy and the pool got constantly covered with leaves, there was a net that we used to clean it. Speaking of cleaning, we opted to hire a wonderful house cleaner while we where there. She came daily to tidy up the place, but also cooked for us too. We recommend her 100% Finally, Jennifer was very approachable throughout our stay. She answered texts quickly and provided great suggestions and solutions.

A perfect place to hang out with the family

I felt in love with this house, spacious with lots of natural light. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood even when the monkeys were letting us know it was time to get up and to start enjoying the day. We were a group of 7 adults and we cooked most of the time at the house. I appreciated the big and beautiful island in the kitchen, room enough not just to prep the dishes but also to hang around it and sharing the memories of the day. We are not used to the type of oven, but we manage to make use of it a couple of times. The master bedroom is super nice and so the huge bathroom! The pool was perfect after spending the day at the beach. We were expecting for the cleaning lady to show up once but I guess because of the holidays she was not able to make it, but we all manage to keep the place neat and clean. The location of the house is great, just 15 minutes walk from the beach and close to two of the best restaurants of the area. We had to share part of the living room area and kitchen with very angry ants but we got to solve the issue after a couple of days. We spend lots of time hanging out with the iguanas and Lola, the cutest, sweetest Great Dane that lives with her very nice owner Jess just down the road. We have built great memories with my husband, our 3 kids and 2 girlfriends around the beautiful dinning table and specially the entire house. LOVED IT EVERY MINUTE!!!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and conducive to a big family with lots of kids - large, open kitchen with big dining table; all five bedrooms were laid out very well and had air conditioning; pool and outdoor zipline provided hours of endless fun; and the washer and dryer was a huge plus. Home is only a few minutes to drive to the beach. Definitely made memories on this trip that will last a lifetime.

Great house!

Our group of 8 friends spent about 1 week there and had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable. 10 minute walk to the beach. Roads weren't bad at all. You're in the forest so be prepared for wildlife (monkeys, bugs, frogs, scorpions). A/C worked well in the bedrooms. The pool was clean and the pool cleaner even came half way through the week to clean it again. You're kind of close to a couple of other houses but it still felt private. Definitely would recommend this house!

Beautiful home, highly recommended! Great to get away from it all and experience the true Costa Rica

Our two families had an absolutely wonderful stay here, we wanted to experience natural Costa Rica without all the Western influence and this was the place for us! The home was lovely, clean and well stocked. It had beautiful custom wood doors, windows and wood floors and cielings that made it feel warm and cozy yet modern at the some time. Great open floor plan, plenty of space for the 10 of us. Jennifer was a wonderful host, attenative and sharing with us all of her insight from living in Costa Rica for 10 years. We saw countless butterflies, birds, iguanas and monkeys daily just sitting on the porch... also some very interesting insects. We loved the unique design of the pool and we're in and out of it all day. We felt very safe here and enjoyed the easy 12 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of epic surf for us surfers while the rest enjoyed beach walking, yoga and relaxing on the practically empty beach. I definitely recommend staying here and hopefully we will make this an annual trip. Thanks again Jennifer!
