Äskettäin uusittu Tilava kattohuoneisto, king-vuode, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä gondoli

Tämä tilava 780 neliön jalka 1 makuuhuone, 1 kylpyhuone kattohuoneisto nukkuu kuusi ja sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla River Run Villagessa, joten olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä ostosmahdollisuuksista, ravintoloista ja nopeasta gondlista. Remontit valmistuivat kesällä 2018. Siinä on holvikatot, king-size-vuode, kvartsitiskit ja kaunis laattatöitä. Koko alueella on uusi lattia. Omasta parvekkeesta on näköala Dercum-aukiolle, jossa on talvihalli ja kesällä minigolfrata.

Sisäänkäynnissä on kiinnitetyt koukut ja penkki avuksesi ja tulossa koko päivän. Olohuoneessa on holvikatot ja taulutelevisio kauniin kivikaasutakan vieressä. Siellä on queen-size-Murphy-sänky, joka voidaan vetää alas yöllä ylimääräisiä nukkumisjärjestelyjä varten ja uusi kuningatar-kokoinen vuodesohva. Lisävuodevaatteet ja viltit ovat kaapissa. Omalle parvekkeelle pääsee olohuoneesta ja näkymä Dercum-aukiolle, jossa on talvihalli ja kesällä minigolfrata. Sen takana on kauniit vuoristomaisemat.

Täysikokoinen keittiö on varustettu kaikilla välttämättömillä keittiö- ja ruokailuvälineillä, jotka tekevät aterian poissa kotoa, ja siinä on kvartsilaskurit ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Ruokailutila mahtuu mukavasti neljään ja aamiaisbaarissa on kolme lisäpaikkaa. Täysin varusteltu kylpyhuone sijaitsee aivan oleskelutilan ulkopuolella, ja siinä on yksi pesuallas-turhamaisuus ja suihku / amme-yhdistelmä laattojen ympäröimänä. Se on varustettu pyyhkeillä ja ensimmäisillä kylpytuotteilla. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja taulutelevisio. Ikkunan lähellä on myös oleskelualue, josta on kauniit näkymät.

Great Location.

My daughter and I only stayed on night. We loved the location. Close to the lifts, restaurants and ice skating. Hot tub was nice and the pool was warm enough to stay in for a while on a cold night. The condo was clean and bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Keystone experience

The condo was very clean and updated. The check in process was actually very easy. You go to a specific location to get a packet for your stay. Very easy. Our unit was even ready earlier than the 4:30 time that was in the rental agreement. Summit County Mountain Retreats did a great job! Once you park, you don’t have to leave. Relax and enjoy everything River Run has to offer. Laundry is 1 floor down if you need to wash clothes. Cheap and fast as well. Overall, this was a great experience for our whole family!

5 star property with 1 star management

This condo is fantastic, great location, lots of room and quality furnishings (beds, mattresses, couch etc). It's always unfortunate when a nice place is poorly managed, I always feel bad for the owners. We arrived after driving all day, insane traffic delays etc. The condo didn't have enough towels for the number of people booked. When I messaged the management company about the shortage, they told me I had to get back in the car and come and get them at their office up the road!!!! It was New Years Eve and the village was a giant traffic jam. I wasn't going anywhere after driving all day. I asked if they could just drop them off the next morning when they had staff on site and they refused and said I had to come pick them up. I escalated the issue to VRBO, wasting an hour of my vacation time, only to have them tell VRBO that they'd be happy to drop them off the next day. Why couldn't they just have done that in the first place? Why is customer service so hard to find these days?

Beautiful condo, great location!

It's a great condo. Very clean and comfortable. Both the main king mattress and the murphy bed queen mattress have firm memory foam pads on them that are pretty comfortable. My husband didnt sleep as well due to the firmness but I was good. We were grateful for two humidifiers to use while sleeping, as it's super dry in Keystone. There are also several big box fans we used to pull in the cool outside air, which was great due to there being no AC. (We stayed in July and the unit was definitely quite warm, being 5th floor. But we were comfortable.) The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The pool and large hot tub were wonderful! Would stay here again. Very positive experience.

Loved the beanbag chair under the skylight. Spent a lot of time there looking at the clouds. Beds were super comfortable! Pool and hot tubs were located on 1st floor and have a beautiful view of the mountains.Only negatives were the screen door wouldn’t open and close. The elevator in building sounded like it was breaking when it got to the 5th floor.This was the second time I booked a place with Summit and have good experiences both time. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect, as it is just next to the village, so walking to the gondola, or to get food, etc. is just a few steps. Observations:1. Dedicated indoor parking in a heated garage is an amazing feature.2. There is only one elevator, so it can get crowded at times. Just remember, you are on vacation. 3. The management company was excellent. We had two minor issues, and both were resolved with a simple text message. A humidifier and the hair dryer died mid week and both were replaced within an hour.4. The view is fantastic, especially if you like people watching with your morning coffee.5. The mattresses were great. For reference, we are a family of three.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo. It was very clean and plenty of room to move around. My husband and I loved the king bed. Many condos don't have beds bigger than a queen. The kitchen had everything it needed for at least 4 people. The rental company was very responsive via text and the check-in process was clear. There are two things that would've made it betterL 1. Since we rented in the off season, I wish Summit County Mountain Rentals would've warned us that all of the restaurants/grocers would be closed in Keystone during our stay. This was our first time in the area and we didn't know where to go or where the other mountain towns were. Fortunately, Dillon is only ten minutes away. 2. This is minor but I wish they would've supplied a larger shampoo/conditioner-enough for two showers. Again, it's a small thing.

It is a good size.I had a problem the first night as I arrived late, and found the property freezing cold. I noticed that the door to the balcony was open, so closed that. I found the switch to turn on the fire, but the fire was set to low, and there were no instructions on how to turn up the heat. The first night I was quite cold. I only discovered the next morning when I could see that one of the bedroom windows was open. I could not see that in the night as there were only 2 bedside lights in the bedroom, no main light.Other than the problems of the first night, I had a good stay. I worked out how to turn up the fire, so the property was then very comfortable.But it would be a good idea to ensure that all doors and windows are closed for each new guest in future.

Summit County Mountain Retreat Property Management Needs Work

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is great. It is not "a penthouse", it just happens to be on the top floor. My issue began when I opened the property door and a splinter went into my hand. The next day I discovered that there were no oven mitts. I had to use dishtowels to pull a hot glass casserole dish out of the oven and it slipped and shattered all over the floor. When I text Summit County prop mgmt, regarding the splinter from the door, the broke screen door and lack of oven mitts, dustpan and mop & requested housekeeping to clean up the broken glass, they stated that they would send up some mitts and a dustpan. I received a broken broom with a dustpan 8 hrs later but never received the oven mitts. The prop mgmt co was less than stellar. The condo was great, but the prop mgmt made my stay a bit miserable. My family stepped on glass more than once & the company should be thankful I do not pursue damage costs. I will never rent from the Summit County Mountain Retreat property company again.
