Nauti aivan uudesta 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneistostamme Rio Guadalupe Condominiumsissa, joka sijaitsee luonnonkauniilla Guadalupe-joen rannalla, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät ja suora pääsy joelle! Ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneisto tarjoaa suuren yksityisen terassin, jossa on mukavat huonekalut ja oma grilli. Nauti kuppi kahvia aamulla tai lasillinen viiniä illalla nauttien joesta ja kauniista kanjoni-näkymistä. Haluat viettää iltapäivänne putkia, koskenlaskua, melontaa, melontaa, kalastusta, uintia tai vain rentoutua tuolissa vedessä katsomassa mukuloita. Tässä huoneistossa on 6 putkea käytettäväksi! Meidän huoneisto ei ole vain vuokra, se on kotimme poissa kotoa. Se on täysin kalustettu taulu-tv: llä makuuhuoneessa ja olohuoneessa, WiFi, täysin varustettu keittiö, johon kuuluu leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin, kahvinkeitin ja paljon muuta. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode premium-lakanoilla ja vuodevaatteilla sekä oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi täyttä sänkyä. Vieraskylpyhuone sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä olohuonetta ja toista makuuhuonetta. Laadukkaat liinavaatteet toimitetaan kaikille vuoteille ja kylpyhuoneille. Huoneisto nukkuu kuusi mukavasti. Tämä huoneisto on ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, josta on upeat näkymät Guadalupe-joelle.

Vieraiden on oltava vähintään 25-vuotiaita varauksen tekemistä varten ja heidän on oltava majoituksena hotellissa. Tässä huoneistossa on 2 pysäköintikorttia ja 6 rannekkeita. Two month stay at RG 108 Happy Cow Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were happy with our experience staying in Unit 108. This was our third year in the unit. But there are small things, simple things that need to be addressed by the owner or the property management that have been ongoing for three years. We don’t know who is responsible to correct these things. One would not notice these things if you only stayed a few days or a week. An example would be the in the kitchen drawers. There are bowls and lids but the lids don’t fit anything. There are items that are not useable. Another example is the speed chain in the living room fan has been pulled out for the three years we’ve been there. We don’t know who is responsible but feel it should be corrected !

The Rio raft company will shuttle you up river even if you have your own tubes for $15 per person.

Amazing

This condo was perfect! Such beautiful decor. The location was awesome, the river was low so we could just put our chair out in the water and enjoy the beauty of the river, the cliff and the sunshine. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was clean and all the neighbors were so nice. I would recommend this condo to anyone and we can not wait to stay here again!

The property was somewhat secluded in finding it at first but once you were there the gated community was nice. Also, being right on the Guadalupe was great! It was a convenient location to get around the Hill Country Area. The Condo was decorated well and had all the amenities we needed as well as being nice and clean. I would recommend it to a friend or relative.

Great River Spot

We had a great time on the river. The Happy Cow Condo was well appointed and very clean. The river was right there, beautiful, and a blast. There was wild water fowl and deer to see too. It had was a perfect place to tube with little ones, we could tube from the condo, down to a ramp a sort distance away, and walk back. The kids had fun at the pool too, which was clean and had a bathroom. The property is noisy though. While everyone was respectful of quiet hours, non-quiet hours can be noisier than ideal if you are looking for some solitude away at the river. Its a great way to make new vacation friends though.

Get Away with Plainview friends on the Guadalupe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay on the Happy Cow Condo and enjoyed the beautiful area and the Guadalupe River. Even though the water flow was not ideal, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day visit. The condo was as presented, and the staff of New Braunfels Escapes was very helpful and hospitable through the process. The only issue we had was with the beds in the condo. As soon as you sat on the bed to lay down, there was noise with every movement. Every time you moved, the beds made a loud screeching noise. This was the case with all 3 beds in the 2 bedrooms. Everything else was great, and we will definitely try the condos again, and work with New Braunfels Escapes again.

Nice weekend stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a nice stay. The condo needs attention for a few minor things. The kitchen. Is in desperate need of a restock. There was no frying pan and only two tiny cutting boards. The mattresses in the guest bedroom are absolutely horrible. The grill would not turn up past the lowest flame setting and it took about an hour for hamburgers and hotdogs to cook. We finally had to take them inside and finish on a griddle that we brought (thank goodness because there was no pan to cook them in). That being said The rental was clean and the location was great! Love the condo complex and convenience to the water. If your looking for privacy though the patios and balconies are open to the neighbors.

Great place to relax

My family and I needed a little get away, and this condo on the Guadalupe did the trick. The condo was nice and cozy, and the view was lovely. Everyone who was on the property followed the rules and pretty much kept to themselves. The river is right there and is perfect for fishing, swimming, kayaking, or just a place to sit by and meditate. Very serene. Soooo, I only have a few complaints that are not deal breakers. 1. The beds and pillows were not comfy. If you love a firm mattress, you’re in luck! The bed in the master was so loud. Every time one of us rolled over my kids in the other room could here it. Lol! 2. As lovely as the patio is, there is no privacy. The way the condos are designed makes it so you can see and hear everything from the patios on each side of you. Unless you’re familiar with the people in the condos adjacent to yours, it can be a bit awkward. 3. This one may not matter to most people, but it’s one of the first things I notice…the baseboards in the master and master bath were filthy. I know, it’s a bit silly, but hopefully the crew that goes in and cleans can take a few extra minutes and run the broom, vacuum, or mop over the baseboards each time they clean. So would I come back again? Absolutely! Would I recommend it to a good friend…Absolutely! The fact that were able to relax and not have to deal with the stressors we would deal with at home made the stay well worth it…despite my goofy complaints.

66 day stay in Happy Cow Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed 66 days in the Happy Cow. Overall the furnishings were adequate but some sure getting to the point of needing to be replaced ( the chairs and sofa). The coffee table has needed work the last two years. I tried to help it but couldn’t help it much. I also put pads on kitchen chairs as they made such a noise when scooted! I replaced the sink drain stopper as it was broken. We brought our own sweeper this year as there wasn’t something to clean the carpets. The main carpet in the living room area is OK but the carpet in kitchen and hallways need to be cleaned or replaced. We are glad for these carpets. The coffee pot makes coffee but the carafe doesn’t keep it hot. We appreciated the new set of pans Amanda replaced. The new set was very useful. Obviously the owner s don’t visit this condo very often or they would see some of these needs.

Great spot for floating and close to Whitewater

Rio Guadalupe Condominiums are a fun little spot right on the river. It's perfect for enjoying the Guad and very close to the amphitheater. The condo is spacious and they make it easy by providing tubes. A great way to enjoy the water and a show.

Excellent condo on the Guadalupe River

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location, very clean & nicely furnished. Condo has an great view with just a short walk to the river. looking across the river you see nature, not houses or other buildings. Rental company very helpful & easy to work with. We loved our stay & will return again.
