Rantaelämä ~ Lumilintu erityinen tammi-helmikuulle! 1800 dollaria kuukaudessa + verot ja palkkiot

Tervetuloa rantaelämään! Upea rantatalo, jossa tilaa koko perheelle. Tämä hiljattain rakennettu duplex tarjoaa yhteisen palo kuoppaan, lentopallo ja suuri uima-allas. Olohuoneessa on iso taulutelevisio, ruokailutilassa on kuusi paikkaa, lisäksi baarissa on lisäistuimia. Keittiö on katettu graniittiset työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu avuksesi. Yläkerrassa on pinottava pesukone ja kuivausrumpu omaan käyttöösi.

Tässä yksikössä on kolme parveketta ja edessä oleva kuisti, jossa mukava oleskelualue, katettu pysäköintialue. Alakerrassa on yksi makuuhuone ja yksi kylpyhuone. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja oma parveke. Yläkerrassa isäntä on oma kylpyhuone. Master on kalustettu parisängyllä, suurella taulutelevisiolla ja omalla parvekkeella. Aivan aulan alaosassa on ylimääräinen makuuhuone, jossa kaksi kerrossänkyä. Jokainen pohjakerros on täynnä ja jokainen ylin kerrossänky on parivuode. Tässä huoneessa on myös taulutelevisio, oma kylpyhuone ja oma parveke.

Olet oikeassa keskustassa lyhyen ajomatkan tai kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta, mikä tärkeintä rannalla! Olet vain kadulla ylöspäin parhaista matkamuistomyymälöistä ja herkullisista merenelävistä. Joten tule tee “Rantaelämä” rantaelämästäsi!

Ennen 1. lokakuuta tehdyt talvikauden (tammi- ja helmikuu) varaukset vaativat vähintään 60 päivää (kaksi kuukautta). Varaukset, jotka eivät täytä tätä kriteeriä, johto peruuttaa. 1. lokakuuta jälkeen varauksia voidaan tehdä talvikuukausiksi vähintään kolmesta tai seitsemästä yöstä yksikkömäärityksistä riippuen.

Great location! Outstanding accommodations!

The house was great and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to the beach, restaurants and plenty to do in the area within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Family Time in Gulf Shores

Our families met in Gulf Shores to celebrate Thanksgiving. The property was perfect for our group. We had ample space, and were located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the backyard sand volleyball court and gas fire pit.

Great family vacation

Location is great, so convenient to get to the beach and tons of restaurants. Grocery stores are just a short drive. The spacious bunk beds made traveling with kids easy, and the pool was a big hit! I cant wait to stay at this property again.

Wonderful Place

The interior was better than promised. The kitchen was fully equipped. A wonderful place for a getaway about 2 blocks from the beach.

Awesome property

The condo was wonderful. Very well maintained and extremely clean. Could have used a few more dish towels. Great location to restaurants, the beach and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

My girlfriend and our 4 friends all stayed here. Plenty of room, across from the beach with a liquor store in the middle. Great restaurants near by. The property was clean. Had a pool and beach volleyball. Just a great lovely time. I will look at booking here again for sure in the future

Loved this place!

We had a great stay at this property and the back hangout area was perfect! My boyfriend asked me to be his wife in the sand area by the fire pit! The rooms were all spacious for all 9 of us. We will definitely be back!

The property was neat and clean and bright and cheerful. 4 decks, 2 of which had a view of the Ocean. There was a pool in the back and volleyball.

Great location!

We stayed here this past week and thoroughly enjoyed it. You cannot beat the location. The place was clean. Could walk everywhere which we loved. Check in could be updated with adding keyless entry and use a code. They could give you a few more bath towels and dish cloths but not a biggie dollar general is right up the road. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Awesome place!

We lived the unit. We were there for a girls weekend. We had 9 people, very comfortable. Pool was so nice! Location is awesome, walk to everything (most importantly the beach!). Parking for 4 cars. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Beach house vacay

It’s one block off the main road and the view on one side of the house is a parking lot. But it was very enjoyable for us. About a quarter mile walk to the public beach entrance and they had chairs and umbrellas you could rent. Pool was very small and not clean.

Senior Trip

We had 3 adults and 7 newly graduated seniors. Location made it easy to walk to beach, stores and restaurants. Sand Volleyball area was a big hit. The townhouse was clean but just a little run down. The pool area was nice with cabanas and seating although we were usually the only ones there. If everything was booked probably could have been crowded. The downsides: the pool was pretty dirty, you need to bring everything (garbage bags, laundry soap, salt and pepper, etc). There was only one dish towel.

Great escape!

Beautiful property close to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Loved having a pool for the kids and being able to sit on deck and listen to music from down the street. Only complaints would be trash left out front because it had been missed. The air conditioner unit stand by the guest back room was faulty causing wall to shake. The couple in that room had a hard time sleeping. Management was quick to respond but was not fixed before we left.

Beautiful condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Each of the 3 bathrooms had plenty towels and they even supplied small packages of kleenex, shampoo/conditioner, and toothbrush/toothpaste in each bathroom. The queen bedroom is on the main living floor with a bathroom adjacent. Upstairs are the master bedroom and bunk bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Each bedroom has a balcony. The public beach is just a short walk and the condo even has a beach buggy to bring items to the beach. Their is a snowball stand and a liquor store with ice machines right in front of the condo. The location is very close to several restaurants and shops that are within walking distance. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I would say the only drawback is the noisiness on the street with the number of cars and scooters.

Not bad, but felt a little deceived by the pictures

The interior was just as presented in the pictures, but the outside wasn't represented well. The view from the front is a massive parking lot, and the view from the back (while it does overlook the sand volleyball) has a super trashy house right in the backyard. The pool was in a terrible state of disrepair - not even sure it was safe for the kids to swim in. Tons of sand and junk in the pool. Also it's shared with 8 units (not 4 like I was told). The unit lacked all the basic things required for daily life. Trash bags, paper towels, tissues, etc. were not there. The broom was just the bottom part of the broom (no handle). No vacuum. Also, not the best location for a family. All the other units were rented out by college kids that partied until the early hours of the morning. On the good side, the interior was pretty nice as shown in the pictures. It's a short walk to a pretty nice beach. And there are several restaurants within a short walk. All in all, I'd probably find a different place to stay next time...

Poole Properties Scam.

Poole properties does not provide their guests with a hassle-free vacation. To check-in, guests must fight traffic to a remote location to pick up the keys and parking pass. Since we were a late check-in, our keys were left in an envelope on the front door of the property. Any thief could have taken our keys and parking pass. All of our stay our road was blocked by road construction. Poole properties failed to mention that. So our front porch view was nothing but road work. Poole properties does not provide 2 parking passes for a house that holds 10 people. They charged us for an additional parking pass. That is a low life scam in our eyes. They would only allow 2 vehicles on the property. The driveway could easily held 3 vehicles with plenty of extra room. Poole properties boasted that we would save money if we booked directly with them. Felt like they were trying to get us to cancel our reservation and short change VRBO. The ice maker in the fridge would clog every 3 hours. The fridge or freezer does not stay cold. Instead of replacing a fridge, they are aware it has a cooling problem. They just hope guess think it's their fault. They accomplish this by a snarky framed note on the fridge. Everyone in our group read it and laughed. All appliances are outdated in the kitchen. You can easily tell by the 1990s utensils and coffee maker. A simple Keurig coffee machine and a decent microwave would have gone a long way. Check-out was same as the check in.

False Advertising

False Advertising Your Comments Well, let's start with the positives. Great location! The grounds are perfect with the sand area, volleyball, firepit, grills, hammocks, cabanas and.....supposedly the pool. We booked Beach Life in February. There were at least 3 emails between us & Poole & nothing was ever mentioned about pool not working. One of the reasons we picked Beach Life was because of all that I mentioned above for older kids & adults & because we had a young child who needed the pool. I felt sorry for the family next to us who had a disabled child in a wheel chair who could have greatly benefit from the pool. I called as soon as we arrived & was told that a piece was coming this week. She also stated pool was usuable last week. No one came to repair pool & as filthy as it was with dead lizards floating in it, I seriously doubt that. I have photos if you are interested. A lady who lives in Beach Life year round came over & shared that at the February board meeting, fixing the pool was discussed. "George" who owns the units is aware but doesn't seem to care. She stated no one has used the pool that she has ever seen, since February. I would be furious if I paid $600.00 in maintenance each month, couldn't use the pool & nothing was being done.This amenities failure was not the result of the hurricane. It is the result of lack of human concern. The resident stated that other residents who rent through VRBO took their units off the site because pool was unavailable. This is what George should have done or we should have been notified!I have read the clauses about amenities & system failures. Two months is not a "temporary failure"!Do I think we should be at least partially refunded? You bet I do! I am filing a complaint with the BBB, Chamber of Comerece & VRBO. The unit itself is fine other than no dresser to put clothes in downstairs bedroom & kitchen cabinets need a deep clean. If pool was working we would consider returning, as it stands now, I feel we have been cheated & parties involved were aware. If you were not aware, someone is negligent in supervising property.
