Me rakastamme Myrtle Beachia!

Myrtle Beach tarjoaa jokaiselle jotakin nauttia. Kauniista rannoistamme ja golfkentistä, ostosmahdollisuuksista, yöelämästä ja viihteestä. Ainoa ongelma on löytää tarpeeksi aikaa tehdä kaiken, mitä haluat tehdä loman aikana.

Nauti kauniista itärannikon auringonnousuista suoraan merinäköala-parvekkeeltasi tai vain rentoudu ja nauti valtameren ääni ja anna rauhallisen tuulen rentoutua. Tämä huoneisto nukkua jopa 5 henkilöä kuningas makuuhuoneessa ja queen vuodesohva ja hengen vuodesohva olohuoneessa. On täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset ruokailuun näinä päivinä, kun haluat vain rentoutua rannalla.

You can see the ocean from the balcony and we did see several dolphins. We enjoyed the stay there.

It was “OK”

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs a lot of upgrades. I don’t expect for the condo to have everything nor be furnished with the most updated appliances and furniture (we don’t spend a lot of time inside) however, here are a few things I noticed. The tub has some typical mildew or mold in the caulking and it looks like it was caulked over around the entire tub. It wasn’t very clean. The couch and recliner (although very comfortable) needs to be cleaned. They both look worn out and are very dirty. The condo did not have a pleasant smell either. It smelled old and dirty. The oven door broke off while we were there and when the oven was on. Maintenance did come quickly to fix but that moment was a little scary. The dehumidifier was awesome and kept the room cold and the bed was comfortable. The PM that managed this condo can do better. $50 for a missing pool bracelet is ridiculous. I understand these things cost money but $50 is insane. I didn’t even know we had a bracelet missing and when I called them the response I got was “we take pictures of everything before you came in so it was there” All the rules of the “DO NOT DO THIS” was too much. If the linens were not placed in the bag they dropped off then you were gonna be fines for that too. Everything had a consequence if we didn’t follow the rules. I’d rather deal directly with the owners than deal with another vacation rental property. When leaving the condo I read through the 10 emails received numerous times to make sure I did everything right. These things were not talked about nor mentioned when booking. Again, owners are trusting these companies to care for their units so they have a job to do but my goodness I felt like I was being reprimanded the whole time.

Week long Baseball Tournament

The description was accurate; the room was clean; it was perfect for what we needed. I only wished I could have seen dolphins but our stay was both enjoyable and memorable.

Could have been a lot better

Nice little apartment

The place was clean with plenty of room except the bathroom and it was very small. The main bed slept great! The balcony view is good.

Great Family Times at the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time at this location. Arrival was fantastic, with the company providing the entry codes timely. No issues with the condo and we were able to access right at the given time. The pools were in great shape and had quick access to the beach. The NY Pizza place and bar in the hotel was a luxury. Great to just grab a pizza and on-the-go drink and return to the room. The trash chute being at the end of the hall was great, rather than having to go all the way down to a dumpster like other resorts. Parking at the tower was minimal, but we were able to find parking next door at the non-oceanfront villas easily. Only had to use the structure once. Checkout was easy as well and communication about all the steps in the process was well-communicated. Would definitely make a return trip.

Great vacation despite the weather

Fantastic property and location 👌 Excellent communication from property management. Friday Night Karaoke poolside is a blast!!! Parking garage needs more lighting for safety, but alternative adjacent parking - first come first serve was great!!! Amazing experience highly recommend property/location. Beach condo

This condo was decent for our stay. Communication with management was very easy. Easy to get check in information. Very easy access to get to the beach. Only small issue is the floors were not swept before we got there. There was lots of sand on the floor, not a huge deal considering they had a broom and dust pan, so just did it myself.

Laid on bed and my t shirt got damp, same with couch and recliner, not quite as bad as bed. Place needed to be aired out. Shut off ac and opened door with fans running took some dampness out of condo. My phone detected moisture as well and I had to run hair dryer for half hour in order to be able to charge it.

Very disappointed

The resort itself was very nice!! Our condo itself was terrible!! It smelled musty and was not clean. We almost packed up and came home.I went and bought Lysol and air freshener and cleaning products.We ended up staying but left everything in bags and suitcases. It was our first time to rent a place like this and it was a very bad experience. It cost us over 1000 dollars, definitely not worth it!! It was also very small. More like a suite and no washer,dryer or dishwasher. We should have gotten our money back. We came home on Thursday.

Ocean vacation

The condo was as described. Beautiful view and on the beach. Condo had a musty odor. Furniture especially matress needs updated. Stove and oven wete mini sized. Contacted management about not having parking pass and they didn't call me back. Not enough towels for 3 people for a week.

I loved everything about my stay. The condo was clean and met all of our needs. View was beautiful. The amenities were great, the pools, outside lido bar and restaurant were all fantastic. The beach is beautiful. Security was nice and helpful. We also met alot of nice people staying there. lido bar was great and staff nice to talk too. Will definitely be back.

Ooh that smell

When I first entered I was overwhelmed by a fragrance. Then I realized it was covering up a musty smell that permeates the apartment. I rated positive because the location is awesome and the price reasonable. However, the management company puts little effort into it. I read the repetitively threatening emails so I was prepared but there was literally no supplies except 3 sheets of toilet paper I’m sure was left by the previous occupant. They don’t even make the bed. The sheets are left for you to do it. Also, I have no tolerance for a company that won’t let you occupy early even when the property is ready.

Myrtle Beach family vacation

My family enjoyed our stay at blue water resort. After a long drive it was nice to arrive at the resort and walk into a clean pleasant room. Stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My only suggestion would be to offer more areas to hang all our wet towels/ bathing suits after being by the pool and beach all day. We saw some coat racks on other balconies. Thought that was a great idea. Also, we were missing a dust pan. Bringing sand in we'd try to sweep but no dist pan. Very minor little things. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. We would definitely return to this resort and stay in this condo again as well as book through Ocean Breeze. They made the process so easy. Thank you
