Alle minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta sijaitseva ylellinen ja tilava koti sijaitsee Seagrove Beachissä, ja se on nimensä mukainen, ja sen "kaunis näkymä" Persianlahden neljännessä kerroksessa sijaitsevasta näköalatasanteesta ja olohuoneesta / ruokailutilasta! Kun astut kotiin, hissin ohi on ensimmäisen kerroksen olohuone, jossa on suuri taulu-tv, baarikeittiö ja pesutupa. Tämä oleskelutila avautuu uima-allasalueelle ja ylimääräisiä istuimia. Olohuoneen vieressä on kerrossänky, jossa on 3 kerrossänkyä. Tämä kerrossänky tarjoaa myös helpon pääsyn uima-allasalueelle. Lomakeskuksellinen takapiha on todella yksityinen keidas, jossa on suuri uima-allas ja suuri viihdyttävä tila. Täysi kylpyamme sijaitsee kätevästi kerrossängytilan ja pelihuoneen välissä.

Noudata portaita toiseen kerrokseen tai hissillä ja löydät neljä Buena Vistasin sviittiä, joista kaksi on king-sviittiä, yksi queen-sviitti ja yksi kerrossänky. Jokaisessa majoituksessa on oma kylpyhuone, taulutelevisio ja kaksi king-sviittiä, joissa on jaettu iso parveke.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa on täysin kalustettu gourmet-keittiö, joka on avoinna perheelle ja ruokailuhuoneelle. Tämä hyvin varustettu gourmet-keittiö sopii erinomaisesti episuurilaisille. Perhehuone avautuu ulkoterassille, jossa voit nauttia Persianlahden rannikon tuulista! Tässä kerroksessa on myös pesutupa, joka sijaitsee täydellisen kylpyhuoneen vieressä, joka yhdistää makuuhuoneeseen, jossa on kaksi täyttä vuodetta ja taulu-tv. Tämän tason viimeistely on toinen queen-sviitti, jossa on oma taulu-tv ja oma kylpyhuone.

Wonderful Home!

Our family of 10 stayed at this house for 6 days! And it was fabulous!! Home was bar far best rental we’ve ever had and the amenities were top-notch! Beautiful! Also the manager was so helpful and easy to work with. Any questions we had they were on it! We had a wonderful time!

Would Stay Again

Our Christmas ‘22 vacay was met with the coldest weather and snow all over the country but we made it to the property with no problems and it was exactly as pictured! We had amazing space for all 19 people. Each bedroom was furnished and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for our big family meal. The location is perfect, right between Destin and Panama City. The only downsides are the elevator stopped working a few times while there, the pipes froze on first night, and some of the lower bedroom sheets and blankets need replacing (stained) and dusting underneath beds. They were very responsive to the first 2 items and came very quickly to our “rescue.” We would definitely stay again

Reviewer Comments: There were 15 of us ages 8 to 72 and we all loved it The house was roomy and comfortable with plenty of space to gather together or places to have a little quiet time we had two people who had to work and they were able to easily do that the pool was great and we had everything we needed. The internet in the whole area sent out and royal destinations brought a hot spot so our crew could keep working. Their response was helpful and timely. We have stayed with royal Destinations for years now but this was our first time at this house. As always we were quite pleased and had a fabulous time

Love the area

This house is a great size and location for our large group. We would use this house again. A few minor things need to be addressed but would not keep us from staying there again due to these needs. Our suggestions are to have trash cans in every room and larger ones, we had to empty every day due to our large group size. Also, the grounds keeping in the pool area needs to be addressed, many weeds in this are that are unsightly. These issues are small and would not hinder our decision to use this property again.

We had enough room to spread out and everyone had their privacy. The rooms had their own bathrooms which is a HUGE plus, you know how important this is with a HUGE group. Loved how close this was to the beach...HUGE plusWe had a very minor issue with our fridge not cooling. I wasn't going to mention it, but the company reached out to check on us, I casually mentioned it and they were over there in a spiff ❤️

We felt there was plenty of space for everyone and still had a homey feel. Location is great, easy access to beach, next best would be beach front. The few minute delay check-in was a bit annoying but not an issue. Other than that the check-in and check-out was seamless. I think we would have purchased of the concierge services if they were maybe described more than just a menu of items? The only other suggestion is the grill seemed it needed a bit of TLC and was small for the size of the house. Otherwise, i would definitely recommend this property and management company.

Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated Cierra's concierge services and friendliness, but did have some potentially significant issues: groceries delivered to wrong house, oven broken/non-functioning and unable to repair during our stay, and dirty, messy garage. Bikes that came with the house in various states of rideability. Addtl rental bikes non-functional and had to be replaced. On the plus side - the house beautifully accommodated our group of 15, large pool, easy walk to the beach and kitchen/dining/den on third floor a great gathering place. Photographer and eclat chefs for 2 nights (arranged by Cierra) - all wonderful.

Needs Some Tender Loving Care!

Don't get me wrong, our group was not too pretentious or snobbish to be able to handle it, but this property is overdue for a one week break from vacationers for a punch-list style run thru to update/fix little items here and there (fridge, oven, elevator, door sensors to pool area, one of the dryer's, wine fridge, etc...). The rental company was on top of all of the issues we found upon arrival that needed repaired mid-week, most notably the garage doors, both of which needed to be repaired and would not open/close properly. A positive, the AC units work very well (although we were there in early spring so outside temps did not reach 80). The pool heater worked exceptionally well too. Overall, our group enjoyed the property and would return at a slightly lower price if not updated, or would probably pay more if updated. The location is prime as it is less than a block away from one of the most popular public beach entry points we have found and a short walk/bike ride to all the shopping and food you need.

Family Vacation

The house or the property was not clean, we had to wait to get checked in they were supposedly cleaning, the house desperately needs a deep cleaning, the mattress we slept on was disgusting had stains all over it, the pool lights did not work so the kids couldn't swim at night. We rent a house 2-3 times a year for family vacation this house was very disappointing! Royal Destination did all they could and was very helpful. I would rent from the organization again but I would not rent this house.

Buena Vista stay for wedding

Very nice, but in need of some maintenance. Outside and out by the pool was pretty dirty. Lots of old stuff scattered around. I cleaned cigarette butts, dog poop, bottle caps, and trash out of the bushes when we got there.

Great location, plenty of space

The house had plenty of space for our group of 17 and was a super easy walk to the beach. The rental agency was very communicative and addressed issues quickly, but we were disappointed with the number of details that hadn’t been attended to in the house. We found dirty bed covers upon arrival, pool lights that had burned out which made swimming in the evening difficult, kitchen lights that didn’t work, an outdoor shower that was a challenge to use because of a broken cord, a kitchen sink that wasn’t fixed all week, and no drying rack or dish towels. For the expense of this house, we felt that more attention should be paid to having everything in good working order. There was no warning given about the pool alarm or instructions on how to operate it. It would be very helpful to have a physical manual for the home because the app doesn’t include all the pertinent info.

Good Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Buena Vista property. Everything was great except the beds. The bed frames for both king beds in the master suites were broken and we had to sleep in other bed rooms. When I looked under one bed there was no support as the frame was broken and when I looked under the other bed there were no supports but the bed was sitting on concrete blocks. For what we paid we should have had nice beds. The legs on one of the beds in the double queen room were bent out and did not support well. Other than the beds and a few stains on the furniture it was a nice house.

Family reunion for 20 at Buena Vista

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time in Seagrove. This particular property, Buena Vista, was perfectly suited for our family of 20. Just the right number of beds. Some of the beds advertised are trundle‘s and not fully beds, but it still sleeps a lot of people. It was blind luck, but the fact that it was right next to a beach access makes this property very appealing. It’s a huge beach, but there are very few beach access points. From this house, You could be on the beach within two or three minutes walking. There is a pool at the home, although it could have been cleaner. The temperature was perfect. We would definitely stay at this home again.
