Tervetuloa Amarulaan täydellinen loma perhejuhlia, pieniä kohdehääjä ja konferensseja sekä joogaretriittejä varten.
Amarula Estates sijaitsee 11 hehtaarin kiinteistöllä rauhallisessa ympäristössä Tomoka-joella, mutta silti Daytona Beach -alueen sydämessä. Vain 15 minuuttia rannalta ja noin tunti Disney Worldiin.

Maatila tarjoaa täysin varustetun baarin, porealtaan ja saunan, lämmitetyn uima-altaan ja majoituksen jopa 22 vieraalle. Gourmet-keittiö antaa tilaa useille kokkeille jakaa kulinaarisia kykyjään, kun taas vieraat rentoutuvat tilavissa avoimissa olohuoneissa ja ruokasalissa.

Viidessä kahdeksasta makuuhuoneesta on oma kylpyhuone ja lopuissa kahdessa makuuhuoneessa erilliset kylpyhuoneet.

Suuressa takapihassa on paljon istumapaikkoja ja se on ihanteellinen grillaamaan nautinnollisia aterioita suurelle ryhmälle. Ulkovalaistus tarjoaa rentouttavan ilmapiirin iltaisin.

500 metrin kävelytie vie sinut kahteen tilavaan joen laituriin ja ponttoniveneeseen, joka on vieraiden käytettävissä lisämaksusta.
Pääsy rannikkojen väliseen vesiväylään veneellä. 15 minuuttia rannalta, 4 min kauppoihin, 12 min moottoritieltä. Rajoittamaton pysäköinti autoille, polkupyörille ja perävaunuille Haluamme, että nautit lomastasi.
Marula-puusta nimetyistä Amarulan kartanoista on tullut pyhä ja monimutkainen osa muinaista afrikkalaista kulttuuria. Paikalliset ovat kunnioittaneet näitä puita vuosisatojen ajan ja viittaavat heihin hellästi eri nimillä.
Koska elefantit matkustavat mailia maistellakseen luonnonvaraisia hedelmiä, paikalliset kutsuvat sitä ”Elefanttipuuksi”. Afrikkalainen kansanperinne viittaa siihen myös ”avioliittopuuna”. Sen lisäksi, että se tekee kauniisti luonnollisen hääkatossa, sillä sanotaan myös olevan afrodisiaksisia ominaisuuksia ja piirteitä heimojen hedelmällisyysriittoissa. Marula-hedelmän kypsyminen kesällä tapahtuu samoin kuin suuret juhlat monissa Etelä-Afrikan osissa. Esimerkiksi Swazimaassa vuosittaista Marula-juhlaa vietetään kuninkaan kuninkaallisessa asuinpaikassa pitäen yllä uskoaan, että Marula-hedelmä sopii kuninkaisiin ja kuningattareihin.

Relaxing vacation

Opulent property in a secluded place but very convenient to shopping and the beach. Enjoyed the hot tub and the pontoon boat ride down the Tomoka river with Rob, the property manager/captain narrating the interesting lores of the are.

We rented this place and the adjoining property for 21 people and it was perfect! Past guests leave supplies on top of what they provide so it’s very well stocked. It’s absolutely gorgeous!

We had the best stay at this property. The home and outdoor area surrounding it is truly beautiful. The home is fully stocked with everything we needed. Rob, the property manager, gave us a tour upon arrival and was available whenever we needed him. We cant wait to come back!!!

Everything was exactly as the pictures showed. Property manager was a great help. Kids had a blast in the pool. Wish we had booked it for longer. Just enough room for all 7 of our kids and their kids. They had a play pin for the baby and a high chair. Will definitely be back.

This large home is perfect for a big group. The inside offers plenty of beds and bathrooms, a large gathering area between the kitchen, living area and dining room, but the best part is the covered outside and pool area. Much time was spent in this private resort like space.

Anniversary celebration

Vacation wonderland!

Amarula is THE place to be if you want an unforgettable vacation. Sure made our anniversary memorable. It's a spacious, clean, beautiful haven of happiness. Sure felt like a private resort. With high kitchen countertops and showerheads, the tall folks might feel like giants while we shorties go on ladder quests, but that's just part of the fun! Greg was super friendly and helpful. 50th Wedding Renewal

This gathering of family and friends, to celebrate was PERFECT!! Great way for us to bring our kids and grandkids together to celebrate and stay for three nights. Great Family Gathering place

We really enjoyed Amarula estates. It had all we needed and more to spend quality time with family and friends. Ian was there to resolve any issues and to remind us to turn things off. The only thing that was listed that we didn't find or ask about was make up wipes that were listed on brochure but we made due with some we brought so we didn't use wash rags. Other than that it was amazing and we seen deer out the windows many times. It was so close to beach and everything great Mexican food walking distance. If we have another large family event we will come back for sure

Here's a polished version of your review: We chose this property for a small family wedding, with most of our guests staying on-site for the entire weekend. Our wedding was scheduled for the weekend right after Hurricane Milton hit Florida, and both the owner and property manager were fantastic in keeping us informed about the condition of the property. Fortunately, there was minimal damage—just some fallen branches and a flooded dock. During our stay, we reached out to the owner and manager about a few minor issues, like a wasp nest, a tripped breaker in the hot tub, and the status of the dock. They responded quickly and took care of everything right away. Honestly, the photos don’t fully capture how beautiful this property is. It was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding, and the ideal place for our family to gather and celebrate. I would absolutely stay here again!

An Oasis

Yes, it is everything as advertised! I scheduled a 5-day retreat for 11 of us to celebrate two milestone birthdays. My friends did not know one another before they arrived. To a person, I was told what a gift I gave them to be surrounded by beauty but also an opportunity to renew. Because I wanted each person to have a private room, I also booked the 4-bedroom cottage on the property. We took advantage of EVERYTHING. On a daily basis, we used the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. We headed to St. Augustine for the Christmas light show. Given we were minutes away from the ocean, we made two trips. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a special dinner for the birthday celebrations. On Sunday, the onsite manager Rob took us on a pontoon ride that I highly recommend. And friends also kayaked on the river. Rob was great and even interrupted his evening to take pictures of everyone after the birthday celebration. I’d highly recommend a stay at Amarula Estates. We wanted to stay longer.

Absolutely amazing property. Highly recommended

This house & the surrounding property are both amazing. The house is very spacious and well equipped with everything you will need. They have shampoo, bodywash, q-tips, lots of towels. The kitchen had tons of spices, tin foil, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. The laundry room was well equipped. The pool was so beautiful and had a wonderful view. The bbq was great. The spa house (which holds the sauna, hot tub, darts, a bar area) is so fun and relaxing. Everything was clean and comfortable. The grounds are so pretty. The wooden bridge pathway to the river is great and leads to a dock with a covered swing. You can sit and watch for manatees to float by or try your hand at fishing. Most of of group did go out in the kayaks as well to get a better look around the area. We go on a big family vacation every year and this was our favorite place. It is so nice. You will love it!

Once in a lifetime vacation

Last year I invited all of my family and a few of our closest friends to a big family reunion style vacation. We had the most incredible time. The house fit all of us very comfortably. It was absolutely beautiful. Between the pool, the dock on the river, the house, the hot tub and sauna there was so much to do! During our trip we spent a day at DisneyWorld and several afternoons at the beach only about 15 minutes away. But every single one of us agreed that we could have spent the entire time at Amarula and had just as much fun. The hosts are such friendly welcoming people. They were quick to respond to any of our questions leading up to and during our trip. To this day, my family still tells me that this was the best vacation they have ever had- and I have Amarula Estate and our hosts to thank! I can't recommend staying here enough <3

Great Spot for Family Vacation

I would go on and on about how welcoming we were and how extraordinary this property is. It was such a great experience and to be able to make memories with family, friends and all the kids for spring break; words do not describe it. Our group consisted of 13 adults and 8 kids (ages 2-13). There was plenty of space, and each family had their own room and beds. The house had great charm and a relaxing feeling while outside was amazing. We spent most of our time outside at the pool and the river. We couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool, they swam from the time we arrived to the night that we had to leave. You feel so secluded when you’re at the house but only 3 lights away there is a Walmart and not too far away is Daytona (with a lot of people we had to make a lot of grocery trips). Mr. Greg was fantastic! He made sure that our needs were met which he went above and beyond. I could go on and on about this place and how welcome we were. It is such a great vacation spot with multiple couples/families. We are hoping to plan another vacation in this home.

THE DESIGN OF THE HOME
At a local school fete, the owner of Amarula estates won a lunch with his congressman in Washington DC. While he was in the area, he visited Monticello the home of Thomas Jefferson in Charlottesville, Virginia. Inspired by the Roman neoclassical architecture featuring large columns in the back and front of the house, he returned to Florida and designed and built this home on the banks of the Tomoka River.
