Tämä kaunis ja tilava kahden makuuhuoneen rivitalo sijaitsee ihanteellisella Friscon paikalla, josta on näkym��t Dillonin järvelle. Tämä kaupunkiasunto tarjoaa kaiken mitä tarvitset loma-asunnolle. Asetusta ei voi voittaa, koska se sijaitsee rauhallisella Friscon alueella, ja se tukee kauniita niittyjä, joilla on esteettömät näkymät Dillonin järvelle ja Continental Divide -alueelle. Olohuoneessa on suuri HD-TV, kaasutakka ja upeat näkymät. Lisämukavuutta varten on kuningatar murphy-vuode. On myös suuri oma terassi aivan olohuoneessa, jossa voit myös nauttia tämän upean ympäristön ja BBQ: n milloin tahansa vuodesta. Täydellinen keittiö on hiljattain päivitetty ja siinä on aamiaisbaari. On ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu 6.

Koti on myös täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu, ilmainen wi-fi ja tilava autotalli. Kesäisin voit nauttia tenniskenttiä ... on lähellä toimintaa joka kausi! Ilman tarvetta päästä autoon, voit kävellä aivan ulos ovesta ja nauttia lukuisista poluista lähistöllä. Keskeisellä paikalla Summitin läänin sydämessä, josta pääsee helposti kaikkiin paikallisiin hiihtokeskuksiin ... et voi voittaa tätä paikkaa!

Amazing view

The condo was clean and had a great layout. The view from the patio was amazing. The sun rises right off the back over the lake. Also had a moose walk through the area. Location is perfect. Easy access to the paved trail and all the amenities Frisco has to offer.

Great place

This was the perfect place for our family. Great views from the deck and great location. Very clean and well appointed. We needed a fan for our stay and it was there for us right away. Easy communication. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Very nice place

We enjoyed this property. It was in great shape and very comfortable. It was very easy to prepare and eat meals at. The humidifiers in the bedrooms were a great addition for us coming from a more humid area. Overall we were very happy with this property and would recommend it to others.

Long Skiing Weekend

This condo is so comfortable and perfectly located for skiing at Copper Mountain or Breckenridge. The view and access to the meadow and bike/walking path make it so beautiful and a wonderful morning stroll. The condo itself has all the amenities and was very spacious for 5 people. I highly recommend it!

Amazing property

Perfect location and property for family ski getaway. This place was super clean and updated. It had everything you could need and more. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable here. We skied at Vail, Breck, and Beaver Creek and this location worked well for us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future!

Perfect Stay and Location

This property was fantastic and was as advertised. The location is great as it backs up to the lake and has a nice view of the mountains. Upon arrival the cabin was very clean and we had no issues. All the accommodations were suited to our needs. The kitchen was very well stocked and we appreciated the quality of the kitchenware. Overall we would not hesitate to book this property again.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

The apartment itself is beautiful and very clean/neat. Great kitchen which we enjoyed for breakfasts. The views from the back of the house are gorgeous. Very convenient location a few blocks from Frisco's Main Street and a short drive to Copper Mountain. Vail and Beavercreek are also nearby.

Great Location, Great Condo

We loved this place - right in Frisco and 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and ski supply shops, it was very convenient, and yet the condo was removed enough from town to provide a quiet retreat. The view of the mountains from the living area was not only beautiful, but also a good way to judge the day's coming ski conditions. We based from here to try out several ski areas and found it to be very convenient with Copper just 15 minutes away, Breckenridge about 20 and Vail about 30. After a long day of skiing it was nice to return to a spacious and clean condo, cook up a meal and watch a movie or sit by the fire and relax. Even better was taking a little time in the hot tub and pool to soothe the muscles. Overall a great place and a great town. Would love to return sometime.

Great place for mountain getaway!

Fantastic place that is centrally located to several ski resorts. There were 7 people in our party and there was more than enough room for all. The kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms were well thought out and stocked. The main floor is nice and bright with great views. The kids loved the bunked beds and having their own TV. Having laundry machines in the unit is so convenient! We actually have a STR in Silverthorne but couldn’t use it because we forgot to reserve the dates. Staying at your place brought to our attention some of our short comings and improvements we will make to our place. Overall A+ and highly recommend!

Wonderful family condo

We stayed at this location during a family ski vacation. We have stayed in several condos in the area and this one is by far the favorite. Great location, great views, very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Ideally located properly that buffers open space with a great view of the mountains. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for Covid times when cooking at home is preferable. We would visit again without question.

This place had everything you could possibly need. Very close to skiing, shopping. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of space, everything for cooking, bbq, and very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Frisco Vacation

Renting this property was extremely satisfying. The owners went to great lengths to make sure everything was in the condo that could possibly be needed. From a large number of coffee cups, plates, silverware, and any other cooking utensils needed including a crockpot, large bowls, and upgraded appliances. The owners also made sure there were games in the game cabinet for the children to play with. I would highly recommend this property. It is conveniently located next to three ski rental places and a Walmart. It’s all close to the Frisco Summit station. Easy access in and out.

Beautiful Place!

Enjoyed a great 3-day getaway. The property is very well finished and has everything you need. Beautiful views of the mountains and easy walk to the lake. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Great Escape

This was a great condo with a perfect view for a welcome summer vacation. We kayaked, biked, and walked and never got into the car. The condo was fantastic- spacious, clean, and everything you could need. Having a garage was great for boat and bike storage. Summer in Frisco was fantastic and we hope to come again. Thanks!

Wonderful Stay

During this time of Covd we decided to try a short vacation at a town home instead of a hotel. We chose this listing as they said they were taking extra care with cleaning. The town home was beautiful and was spotless when we arrived. The property is spacious and we felt right at home. The property management company was quick to respond to questions, helpful and very friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need and the location was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property..

I’ll start by saying I am super picky and rarely impressed by VRBO properties. I really loved this apartment...very clean, well stocked, simple check in process. Love the key coded door. Perfect home base for hiking and adventures in the mountains.Hope to visit again soon

Views!!

We had a lovely and comfortable stay in this condo. The views and deck overlooking open space, Lake Dillon, and the surrounding mountains are terrific. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit was clean. Seating and beds were quite comfortable. The queen-size murphy bed was a nice extra that we took advantage of. Great location in Frisco, close to everything. And Frisco itself is a great location with easy access to ski mountains and hiking trails.

Great Condo! Great Location!

One of the best condo's we've rented in Frisco (and we've stayed in many)! The location is fantastic - just a quick drive across the main street to Walmart, Safeway and our ski shop of choice. Quick access to the highway and downtown too. The condo itself is fantastic. Having a garage to leave your ski boots and gear in overnight was great. Even though the temperatures outside were below zero the garage still remained 55+ degrees. All the rooms in this unit are spacious. Plenty of room for our two families to spread out without feeling like we were on top of each other. Kitchen is very well furnished. Lots of high end finishes throughout as well as high end appliances too. Great view out the back window. The management company communications were excellent. They do a lot of it by text which is really convenient. One note: the thermostat runs hot and might need re-calibrated. Set at 62 degrees the inside was perfectly comfortable. Before we figured that out, we set it to 70 when we first arrived and we all woke up in a sweat a few hours later.
