Upea 3/2 condo kylässä Gruene Condominiums upeat näkymät Guadalupe joen ja suora pääsy joelle. Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä historiallisesta Gruene-salista! Tässä yksikössä on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta, jotka nukkuvat 6 hengelle. Rio Hacienda sijaitsee ylimmässä kerroksessa ja tarjoaa parvekkeen, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Guadalupe-joelle, Texas Hill Country -alueelle ja kauniille auringonlaskuille. Huoneistossa on tyylikäs länsimainen sisustus, joka täydentää rikkaita värejä. Makuuhuoneessa on suuri parisänky, kaapeli-TV, parveke ja oma kylpyhuone. Kaksi ylimääräistä huonetta jakavat toisen kylpyhuoneen, joka sijaitsee kätevästi salissa. Molemmat kylpyhuoneet on varustettu hotellikokoisilla mukavuuksilla, pyyhkeillä ja kahdella rullalla vessapaperia. Ensimmäisessä vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode kaapelitelevision kanssa, ja toisessa vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Korkeatasoiset vuodevaatteet tarjotaan kaikille vuoteille ja kylpyille. Laitteessa on myös pesukone ja kuivaaja. Viihtyisä olohuone ja keittiö saavat sinut tuntemaan olosi kotoisaksi!

Monimutkainen on hissejä, joilla pääset helposti yksikköönsi sekä yhteisön allas nauttia. Sementti kävelytie alas joelle odottaa sinua puuhiilellä ja piknik-pöydillä. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! Extremely clean and very nicely decorated. Location was perfect - Gruene activities are within walking distance. Here’s the problem - the other guests at the condo complex were terrible. Parties started at 1:30 am and went on to 5:00 am. Someone took our assigned parking place and the security guard did nothing. Guests left beer cans and floats blocking the stairwell. Other than the security guard, there is no other way to get assistance around these issues.

Fabulous Place - but Noisy!

Great location, great view, clean, excellent amenities, very comfortable beds, had everything we needed. Check in was smooth and the mgmt. Company was friendly and efficient. Tubing location right down the road. But there was a loud party going on at the pool until almost 1 am the first night. (well after quiet hours) And the second night there was a loud fight on the patio near us at 10 pm, then another party going on in the patio below us at 4:30 am. Maybe we just selected the one weekend when people got drunk, loud, and stupid but this place needs a security guard or condo host to be tamping down on that. But we would probably stay here again and hope that was an anomaly.

Villages at Gruene condo review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is located within walking distance to all the attractions the historic town of Gruene has to offer. It is on the Guadalupe River, but the part of the river it is on is not a good spot for swimming. It is very hard to get down into the river and there is not an easy spot for kids to get in and out of the river. The building itself looks dilapidated. The paint is peeling off all of the railings, and there are multiple spots where trim is literally hanging off the building. The pool area had trash (beer cans) lying around, and the pool furniture was dirty and old. The coping of the pool was crumbling in places. I definitely feel this property does not deserve the label of “upscale”. It seems run down.I gave 3 stars for cleanliness because there was mold on the shower curtain, ants in the kitchen, sticky, unknown stains on a bedspread, and a bug in my child’s bed (apparently not bed bugs according to the pest control company hired by the management company).Overall, I would not choose to stay at this property again.

Don't be alarmed by the exterior of the property when you pull up that it is dated because the unit itself has been upgraded and it's in great condition. It's in a perfect location and you can walk to everything

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is dirty on the exterior and needs general repair and maintenance. The wood exterior is broken, the paint is chipped. The ceilings are covered in cobwebs, dirtdobber nests, broken walking paths. The poool area has shards of broken stone which cut the heel open of a child. The interior of our room was dated and basic kitchen staples such as coffee filters, salt and pepper etc were not provided. We reached out to the host with no response to our concerns. GOur parking spot was occupied by another vehicle. The security officer that was on the property Friday said he was not able to have the vehicle towed but made contact with the host. The guests next door played loud music and smiled marjuana on the balcony every night of our stay. This was our third year to stay at this property (not the same room) and our worst experience. The room was dirty. The decorative pillows on the bed were trimmed in fake leather which flaked off all over the comforter. The bathroom light fixtures were covered in thick dust. The floors had hair all over and we walked in socks because the floors were filthy.

The location gave us access to a cute, historic community with dining and shopping within walking distance.

Reviewer Comments: There were six of us staying because of the Texas Clay Festival, so we didn't spend a great deal of time in the condo, but it was very comfortable and everyone enjoyed it. Our one problem was the parking. We had 3 cars and there was another event happening that made it impossible to park elsewhere. We called the emergency number to ask if they could just park in the lot over night (there were places there) and they were told that was not an emergency and were hung up on.

Wonderful Location

My friend and I stayed in this condo for the weekend we attended a music event at Gruene Hall. Wonderful location! We parked the car on Friday and didn’t get back in until Sunday. Everything was so comfortable! My only suggestion would be to update/improve a few things in bathrooms…shower heads, mats in tubs, and shower curtains…to give it a clean feel like the rest of condo! Overall, a wonderful experience!

Small town Texas delight!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property was an easy walk to enjoy Gruene Dance Hall and surrounding shops. We like to park and enjoy the weekend worry-free. The unit was tastefully decorated with Texas decor. We came with another couple and the divided bedrooms/baths was a huge plus. Then there's the amazing view from the patio. The rockers and table set were perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee, chatting and bird or sunset watching. The only negative we experience was a chain-smoker on the balcony below us that made sitting outside unpleasant, but that is unrelated to the unit itself or the mgt company. Would definitely stay here again.
