Huomaa, että osa tästä kodista voidaan sulkea tekemällä "äiti-in-law" -sviitistä, jossa on 2 - 3 makuuhuonetta, keittiö ja oleskelutila erotettuna muusta talosta. Jos tätä aluetta ei ole suljettu, kaksi makuuhuonetta siirretään ensimmäisen kerroksen olohuoneen / keittiön alueelle.

'Tween Waters nukkuu korkeintaan 15 vierasta: 14 vuoteessa ja yksi (tai kaksi) vuodesohvalla. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja jokaisessa oleskelutilassa on itsenäinen satelliitti-tv-palvelu. WiFi on käytettävissä kaikkialla kotona.

Lukuisat ulkouima-alueet tarjoavat sekä aurinkoa että varjostettuja alueita loputtomiin rentoutumiseen ja nautintoihin. Äskettäin rakennettu yksityinen puinen rantatie, joka tarjoaa helpon pääsyn rannalle talosta ja pääsee talon kaikilta tasoilta. Rantakadulla on ulkosuihku.

Kävele lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Lagunan avaimesta ja sen mukavuuksista. Olitpa sitten uima-altaassa, pelaamassa tennistä, ampumalla joitakin "vanneita", kalastamalla Little Lagoonissa tai rakennettaessa linnoja hiekkaan, tämä talo, jossa on yhteisön mukavuuksia, on jokaiselle jotakin!

Family Vacation

Great place to stay. Had 9 adults with 4 children and had lots of room. Private and peaceful, don’t have to fight for your own view of the ocean because it has its own beach. The beach and home were beautiful. The pool was great and just a 1 minute walk. Owners were easy to work with and very responsive.

Perfect family vacation home

Our family of 15 spent the week here and we loved it. We go to the Gulf as a group every other year, and are always looking for a place to meet our needs/wants. The bedrooms accommodated us all, though the odd layout does take getting used to. The beds are comfortable. We loved all the outdoor seating options. We really enjoyed the quiet location and private beach. This is the first time that we’ve rented a house without a private pool, and the community pool worked out well. It’s just a minute walk away, and the kids are old enough now to be okay without close supervision. A bonus that we didn’t expect is that the neighborhood has a nature walk with a boardwalk and pier into the lagoon. We enjoyed fishing here. Andrea communicated very well and was helpful with any questions I had. I would love to stay here again.

Glorious Beach Time

We were amazed as we walked into the property. It is truly as gorgeous as the pictures show and description was exactly what we experienced. We were able to eat most all meals around the big dining room and loved the convenience of walking right out to the beach The garage was loaded with beach toys and games. So many great family memories made.

The home is as lovely as the pictures show. Great layout for large families. There's plenty of covered and uncovered deck space. Andrea responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home with excellent beach access. Beach was perfect with that beautiful white sand. Like that beach chairs, beach towels, and water floats were all there for our use. Also the pool was great for the kids. The house had everything we needed and more.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Tween Waters. It is difficult to match expectation with reality when booking a house for a family trip. Many times, we as customers walk away from a rental at the end of a trip feeling like the accommodations could have been better. Everything lived up to the internet representation of the property. The beach was wonderful and the view from the deck was beautiful. We would rent the home, again.

Great Stay

The property was well appointed and very clean. Great location, as the beach was private, and we virtually had the beach to ourselves. If you are looking for a terrific place that is away from all the tourism this is it. You have to drive 5-20 min for restaurants, but its a very easy drive. There are beach chairs provided which was nice as well. Oh, and the pool was a great change of pace for the grandkids.. Andrea was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again!

Fabulous stay along the gulf coast

Everything about our week long stay was absolutely amazing. A beautiful spacious home with our own stretch of beach in a private gated subdivision. The home had everything we needed including an array of beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas (which meant we didn’t have to worry about bringing any of these extras). Not only was Andrea easy to reach, very kind, and always accessible, but she made us feel so welcome in her home. We are absolutely looking forward to a trip back to this little stretch of paradise and can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Thank you again for your kindness and sharing your home with us.

Fantastic Property

Our stay was amazing! We had a family reunion with ages ranging from 4-80 years old and everyone had a wonderful time. The views were fantastic and it felt like we had our own beach the entire week. This is an ideal spot for a large family vacation or a family reunion where you want to enjoy each other's company and stay away from the crowds and traffic. Owner was great to work with and when we had a slight issue with an exterior door not opening, we alerted the owner and a handyman showed up within a couple hours to fix it. I can't recommend this property enough and the owner was so easy to work with. You definitely won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Tween Waters May 2022 beach vacation

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for 22 years. This was one of the cleanest and best stocked (dishes, linens, etc.) houses in which we have ever stayed. The views are great from the living areas and the porches well designed. The only odd bit was having to walk through two of the bedrooms to get to the downstairs living room and bunk bedroom (or going around from outside). This did not affect us much, as we were mostly a family group, and there are two bedrooms downstairs that are separate and private. The owner was very responsive, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a 5 star home, and we'd go back again.

Beautiful home with private beach and a community pool.

Our family enjoyed this vacation home along with the location on a private beach. There was plenty of room to spread out with lots of deck space and deck chairs as well. The king bed was just ok. May need an upgrade. There are a lot of stairs and although they had a couple baby gates, they couldn’t be used for the top of the stairs as they are tension gates. This is not ideal if you have little ones you don’t want on or near the stairs. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and alerted us of pending weather and steps to take should it affect us.

Views views views!

My family, 6 adults and 3 kids, rented this house for a week. The views are beautiful from every floor and the beach is right out the back door. This made it so easy to get the kids in for meals and nap time. The first floor layout is a bit interesting as you have to walk through bedrooms to get to other bedrooms but we made it work. The only complaint we had is the kitchen refrigerator does not work well. It barely kept drinks cold and we had a lot of food go bad very quickly. The house definitely gets used and there is some slight wear and tear, especially the kitchen cabinets. However, between the beach and the pool, we were rarely inside. Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family and Friend Private Beachfront Home

We stayed at the home for a week in October. The weather was great and the walks on the beach were so nice. The home is located at the end of the gulf shores strip in a private gated community. We practically had the beach to ourselves. There were only a few others out and about. The beach was beautiful, plenty of room to walk, play, and there were lots of shells to pick up if we wanted too. Beach access is easy. We loved spending time on the decks. We saw dolphins, fish jumping, lots of different birds (even a bald eagle). The guys caught a bunch of fish one afternoon out in the surf. Other days they went to the nearby pier (it goes out 1/4 mile) to fish. There were so many eating places to choose from. Easy access to a couple of nice grocery stores. The community has a nice pool and access to the Little Lagoon. You can see both the beach and the lagoon from the home. If you would rather walk in the neighborhood, it is a good and easy walk. The Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is right next door. Also, Fort Morgan. There is plenty to do! We did not have kids with us but there are plenty of things in the area for kids. The home is well furnished (towels were so nice), two kitchens, two laundry areas, upper and lower decks - plus a third deck on the top (accessible via spiral staircase in living room) - the view from up there was just incredible. We had a wonderful stay!

Vacation 2025

Nice location nice neighborhood overall nice house. I think it just needed a deep clean. The kitchen drawers were kind of dirty and disorganized and a couple of the kitchen cabinet doors look like they were gonna fall off. Overall, everyone had a good day thank you for sharing your property with us.

Amazing House

This property is beautiful. The beach is steps away and you have it all to yourself. Several rooms and a great second living room that our teens enjoyed having their own space. Each floor has its own large balacony. Several places for outdoor eating and dolphin watching. The night sky is spectacular. We saw shooting stars every night.

The perfect beach house!

Tween Waters is a lovely house in the best neighborhood and location to enjoy the Gulf beachfront. Any questions we had the owner was responsive and helpful. Our family had the best beach trip!

From the moment we saw this house, the location, the amenities of the quiet gated community, we fell in love with it. We decided that this home would be our "retire to" home in the future. As we aren't quite ready to retire, we decided that we would open this home up for others to share and enjoy the beauty, the comfort, the peacefulness that 'Tween Waters offers.

The private-gated community offers security and solitude. No busy beach here - it's a very quiet area. Take a beach stroll west, just past a few houses, and you enter the coastal region of Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge... a popular area for Loggerhead, Green and Kemp's Ridley sea turtles to nest.
