Tämä laite sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla 14. kerroksessa, jossa sinulla on samassa kerroksessa pääsy saunaan, kylpytynnyriin ja yksi portaita portaiden kuntokeskukseen.

Ole ensimm��inen rentoutua ja nauttimaan lomastasi kauniisti sisustetussa, ammattimaisesti sisustetussa kolmen makuuhuoneen, neljän kylpy-huoneistoon. Mitään kustannusta ei ollut sparred koristellessaan tämä huoneisto, 55 "HD TV olohuoneessa, 50" master, 48 "toisessa makuuhuoneessa ja 48" plat paneeli seinälle tv kolmas makuuhuone.

Tultaessasi et voi auttaa, mutta anna huokaus ja anna huolesi mennä kuin rentoudut tämän 2000 m² huoneisto. Rantaan päin oleva olohuone on lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat ja henkeäsalpaavat näkymät. Ruostumaton teräs laitteet ja graniittiset työtasot keittiössä. Märkäpalkki ja jääpalakone parantavat kaikkia osapuolia. Suuri parveke on uskomattomat näkymät aaltojen ja rannalle.

Huoneiston makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, toinen makuuhuone on kaksi kuningattaria, ja kolmas makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode. Myös sohva nukkuja elävät tarjoavat makuupaikkoja 10.

Sinun ja perheesi / ystävien ei tarvitse pysyä avainten mukana loman aikana!

Nauti uimasta suuressa laiska-joessa, kun taas lapset viettävät tunteja nauttimassa vesiliukumäestä. Lämmitetty uima-allas on täydellinen niille viileämmille päiville. Lähellä sisäuima-allas löytyy suuri nykytaiteen kuntosali. Sinulla on autotalli autotallissa.

Great stay!

The room was very clean and communication was great. Only thing that wasn’t great which they have no control over they shut down the bar and grill for 3 days for construction in the middle of the week. They knew all the people staying that week. It put a damper we couldn’t get any food or drinks while there.

Wonderful experience

The condo was wonderful for our trip. We had 2 families that consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids under 6 years old. The grounds were very clean and offered great amenities. The condo was very spacious and fit our group well. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. This is for sure a place I would return to, or even purchase in the building.

Great customer service

My son broke his leg and we had to change our dates to avoid going with a casted child. They were great about it. Then our dates changed again becuase of Sally but they were great about clear communication and providing alternatives. You cannot beat the beach front property with pools.

A few things...

Overall was a great stay, but there are a few things that I think you would like to know. - When we arrived, the kitchen area was subpar and not clean - we had to clean the coffee pot before it could be used - In the midst of the washing machine the washing there is a very loud noise / machine is not balanced and needs repair the interior of your home is wonderful and we did enjoy our stay, but I wanted you to be aware of the above, in case you weren't aware

Amazing Everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was just outstanding. The Phoenix properties are clearly built with the ease and enjoyment of guests first and for most. Unit 1404 is just perfection. The best layout, function, beauty, decor, etc. etc. beach toys and supplies in the room too! We added to the community collection with new water wings, swimming noodle, and beach chair. This was our first time to the area and we already booked next year. Thanks to the owners and our agent Julia. First class all the way.

A home away from home

Perfect Family place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there in may just after Memorial Day. This was perfect for our family of 8. Having 4 full baths was wonderful. The couch had room for everyone to just hang out. The best thing about this building was we never had to leave for the kid’s entertainment. The water slide, splash pad and lazy river were all there. Pickle ball courts too. Would highly recommend staying here. Parking is available for extra cars if they have space.

We were given a heads up on needing extra paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper as well as soaps and cleaning supplies so that helped. There was a slight odor when we arrived. I suspect it was cleaned with vinegar products that caused a pungent smell, but it was tolerable and seemed clean. The amenities of the building were great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing time! Was just my husband & I with our 2 young children & we had more than enough room in this place. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Next time I think we will pack less because the laundry in the suite made all the difference! My kids loved the water slide and being close enough to be able to hoo from pool to beach to room when needed was a major plus. The food trucks on site were a nice convenience! If there was maybe just one more food truck option would be even better! We miss this property already & can’t wait to come back!

Overall a great place to stay

The only complaints I would have to voice is the wait for the elevators is crazy , checked in and had to find a cart to take out things up to the condo spent 25/30 minutes getting a cart , then an additional 30 minutes waiting for an elevator… Having everyone check in at the same time might not be the right thing to do also was not a fan of the chairs and umbrellas being set up right in the middle of the beach daily , takes room away form families being able to have space on beach 🏖 .. BUT overall the tripe was awesome!

Perfect condo for my family

Very clean and well kept! The only downside was how long the elevators took each day, especially on check in.

I have rented from Phoenix properties many times in the past and am usually well pleased. We love P2W! I have stayed there 4 times now. Location is close to gulf shores and many fabulous restaurants to choose from. I had 2 disappointments from this specific condo. First disappointment was check in time at 4:30. This is way late in the day if you ask me considering they want you out by 10 am. Second disappointment was the couch and loveseat. All I can say is they are WELL USED! I understand it must be hard to maintain furnishings in these condos but this was a little too much sag for me. Otherwise, well decorated and love the view.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very well cleaned. The amenities were nice, all the staff we encountered were friendly. There were no flaws in our trip other than it having to end!

Excellent property!

Loved our stay! The property was clean and comfortable with a great location, close to the saunas and gym. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
