Lorvis Lair on yli 1300 neliömetriÀ ja siinÀ on 1 makuuhuone alakerrassa ja parvi ylÀkerrassa. Makuuhuone alakerrassa mahtuu kaksi king size-vuode ja on kytketty pÀivitetty kylpyhuone. Beautiful condo!

Great location, across the street form the beach and a few minutes to Pier Park. The loft area is great for the kids. Recently renovated, the upgrades are really nice!

We really enjoyed our stay the only thing that we had a problem with is that it wasn't stated that there isn't an elevator. I know it's a smaller complex but my husband is disabled and struggled with getting up and down the stairs. Thankfully he isn't in a wheelchair or we would've really been in trouble. The condo was beautiful and it's so nice to be close to the beach and a grocery store right there. The only issue was not knowing there wasn't an elevator.

Perfect Location!

This is our 2nd stay at Emerald Shores! It is on the quiet end of the beach yet still close to Pier Park. Love that the whole beach in front of this is not built on and easily accessible, just a walk across the street. Enjoyed coffee on the 3rd floor balcony with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Lots of room in this condo and all was very clean. King size bed was ultra comfortable and downstairs bathroom/ shower is wonderful! Our grown kids enjoyed the loft upstairs and the sofa was also great for slumber! The kitchen has a beautiful, large island perfect for cooking and eating. Also great not to bring everything with us, as the Carousel grocery store is right next door! Highly recommend. Only down side is climbing the three flights of stairs but that just means I can eat more on vacation! Paradise Properties is wonderful to work with and will do their best to accommodate your needs of any problems arise. Look forward to our next visit to Lorvis Lair!

Wonderful place!

It was beautiful! Quite, next door to local grocery store, very short walk to Thomas Donuts! I had never stayed across the road from the beach before, it was a good experience, will definitely stay here again. It is away from all the hustle and bustle! Loved this end of the beach!

Felt right at home!

Laguna lookout was even prettier in person than it was in the photos! The 3rd floor location gave us beautiful views of the gulf, and I loved that you could enjoy the views from the comfort of the living room on the chilly mornings. The condo had everything we needed and more, and the location next to the Carousel was so convenient. It was quiet in the building and a perfect location for us, in the less hectic part of PCB. Management was very communicative and responsive, and gave us a courtesy call on the second day to make sure things were all good. We hope to come back again, and would definitely choose the same unit, it felt like home but better. **DUPLICATE

Loved Laguna Lookout!

I would strongly recommend Laguna Lookout! The accommodations were updated and nice. Great layout for family or two couples. Perfect access to beach by simply walking across street. View from balcony was prestige beach view. Beds were updated, firm but comfortable. Bonus - the local grocery store and shop next door! I never had to fight the crowds or traffic at the large Publix or Walmart (although not far). We will be back!!

Perfect view, perfect weather

Nicely furnished. The master is perfect with a great view. The kitchen however could use some work, pans really need replaced if you going to cook and the rest of the equipment is a little tired

The inside of our condo was nice, but there are definitely areas that need a little love. When we arrived to our condo it looked like black mold was growing all over the front door. I can't say that's the best welcoming to have when arriving for a week long vacay. Thankfully once it was addressed, someone came to clean it. We stayed on the third floor, and I can't say we loved climbing three flights of stairs with luggage for four people. All of the doors to the air conditioning units as you walked up each flight of stairs looked like the air conditioner man got mad and kicked them all in, and an animal chewed off the bottom parts of the doors. Once we got inside our place, it seemed clean, and had a great view. All of the inside doors could be replaced. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom needs to be shorter, and cleaned? It was constantly in the drain, and you had to stand on it. I can't say standing on a dirty shower curtain is my idea of feeling "clean." Also, the toilet seat was hanging on by one bolt so if you moved at all it would slide off. The walk to the beach was great, and it was nice having the carousel grocery store next to us. We had a great beach trip, weather was great, but we won't stay here again. I highly recommend that the complex take a little more pride in the appearance of their building.

Great getaway

Had a great time on our annual girls trip!! Clean and nicely decorated. Maintenance service was pleasant and responded efficiently. Will stay there again in the future. Love Emerald Shores.

Ants, leaky floorboards in the upstairs bathroom... Which makes me want to throw up just thinking about it, and no wifi. It is right across from the beach though.

Location was good! 3rd floor was a bit too much! Too many trips up and down! Beach access was a trek! Up and down the dunes! 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening.
