Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time in GA. We love the area and it was close to many places we wanted to visit (Tallulah Gorge, Helen, Clayton to name a few). The cabin was very nice, enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit.

Beautiful cabin and extremely clean.

I brought my mom to this property for an early Christmas present. We loved our stay and highly recommend this cabin. It’s beautiful!!! We also enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Great place for kids too.

Waking up in the tree tops

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waking up in the loft bedroom and looking out the windows was like being in a tree house. Beautiful wooded surroundings! The beds are good for those who like firm mattresses. The dirt/rock private drive is tricky to navigate, but we made it!There was a little hiccup with the charges at the beginning of the process, but the management company made it right and honored the original price.

Wonderful Cabin!

We enjoyed our long weekend in the mountains. The cabin was beautiful and spacious. Everything was super clean. My son loved the hot tub and fire pit.

Really great

This is a gorgeous cabin on a beautiful spot. Property managers are very helpful and attentive. The house exceeded expectations in size and comfort. There are 2 things that were not as smooth as they could have been. 1. The hot tub broke on day 1 of 5. This was a bummer because the hot tub was a big part of why we booked this one. 2. The drive up to the place is more challenging than we expected. Tricky even if you have a 4 wheel drive.

Girls weekend

Super cozy, fun place for our girls weekend. Close to activities and restaurants in Tiger and Clayton. It rained a few times so the gravel road was a little washed out, but the Subaru made it up and down without any issues.

26th wedding anniversary trip

Very clean / just need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get there. No dishwasher but not a huge issue for us with only 2 people. Enjoyed the hot tub. Cabin very nice & open floor plan.

Great short stay

Only real complaint was that the grill did not work. Gas canister valve was rusted shut and couldn’t turn it. Other than that our stay was exactly what we were looking for.

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The open concept and glass windows were perfect for a rainy weekend board games and just hanging out. Our only concern with the property was the water quality. Maybe consider installing a water filtration system to help with the taste and smell. Definitely a trip that we enjoyed and we appreciate you sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great spot, old furnish needs redo

Great check in process, friendly staff and answered all questions. Great deck. Nice master bedroom that is in open floor just FYI . However overall out dated furniture- a few pieces were pending repair (couch, drawer set). The coffee pot was damaged and they replaced this immediately. If you plan on cooking it’s with old appliances/dishware and no dish rack.

Nice time, kitchen needs supplies

Only complaint was the kitchen- not enough dishes for the 5 of us. Can opener did not work. Very limited pots and pans, bare minimum really.

The kitchen was well equipped with except for the pans. There needs to be one or two more. The hot tub was wonderful and we really enjoyed the neighborhood dog that came visiting in the mornings.

Main complaint is that kitchen was poorly stocked(no potholders, one small frying pan, chipped coffee mugs). I would also recommend the owners supply a flashlight and some candles as the power went out for a couple of hours and it was pitch dark out there in the woods!

Cozy Mountain Getaway

Lots of space for 5 adults; loved the open floor plan, skylights and windows in the living area. The hot tub was great. We did miss having a dishwasher; the downstairs bedroom could use an overhead light; it was dark and hard to see, especially at night. Also the water pressure in the shower could be stronger. Apart from that we loved the place.

The a/c works great and the hot tub was hot upon arrival. Did everything go perfect no but mostly everything was a 10! Please be careful as the neighbors dog is lonely and hangs out on the street eager for company. He will dart in front of car. He is friendly.

Very clean, spacious, secluded, it had everything we needed for our long stay. The only thing that I would tell any other guest is to be careful with the roads leading up to the cabin because they can be scary. I would definitely recommend this to someone else and of course we will be coming back in the future.

Secluded Cabin

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was clean and the property management was very accomodating. The cabin is surrounded by woods so there wasn't much of a view in July. There is very little water pressure and the drive to get to the cabin is gravel and badly washed out. I would recommend arriving in an SUV or truck to access the drive to the cabin. The location is very convenient to Clayton, Dillard and other area attractions. Great cabin if you are looking for something secluded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a party of 5 adults and we stayed for 2 nights / 3 days. The place is great, the cabin is very private and well equipped. It has everything you would expect. The decor is very nice. We also got to meet the friendliest German Shepard that just wants to play fetch. The only issue at all is you will need an suv or truck to get here if it is wet outside. I drove a 2 wheel drive Yukon and had zero issues, but I do not believe a car would do so well. The hot tub is huge and very relaxing. We look forward to staying here again.

Fantastic cabin stay in the mountains

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The cabin has a great layout, all of the amenities you need and was very well kept and clean. We loved being able to enjoy the cool nights while lounging in the hot tub. The cabin is tucked away into the side of mountain so you get that secluded feeling but you're still able to see some neighbors so you're not completely alone. I do want to note that the road leading to the cabin is a bit rough and would be difficult to navigate if there was any ice or snow and you're vehicle doesn't have 4WD/AWD. My truck only had 2WD but since the weather was nice there were no issues. I highly recommend if you're looking for a nice mountain retreat but still want to be within minutes of trails and downtown Clayton which is where the stores and restaurants are located. Helen, GA is 45 min away and both Highlands, NC and Franklin, NC are about 35 minutes away. Again, we loved our stay and would love to visit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location. Event with no curtains its ok because its on a hill. Dogs will come visit you thoughout the night, but they are good dogs, the kids liked them alot. Hard to find at first but after you actually go down the road which you would think is not the road, you find it. The road is in really bad shape, dont take a car unless you dont need your oil pan. Overall a descent cabin, not many channels on the TV but its more to do outside and hiking so you dont need to watch much TV anyway. If this location had a inside hot tub or a larg tub in the bathroom it would be better for us.
