Majestic Beach 1309 Tower II

Tämä merkittävä 3 makuuhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee Majestic Beach Resortin 13. kerroksessa. Sisustus on sisustettu kauniisti tyylikkäillä appelsiineilla ja turkoosi bluesilla, joissa on huippuluokan kalusteet ja tyylikkäät korostukset. Avoimen konseptin pohjapiirroksessa on runsaasti asuintilaa, jossa on lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat ja kaunis lattia. Olohuoneesi lupaa mukavan kodin poissa, josta pääsee suoraan massiiviselle kalustetulle parvekkeelle, jolta on näkymät lahdelle. Keittiössä on kaikki tarvittavat keittiövälineet kotona. Jokainen makuuhuone on sisustettu mielikuvituksellisella sisustuksella, joka on koordinoitu asunnon hyväpalkkaiselle rannikkoteemalle. Suuri oma parveke pääsee olohuoneen tai makuuhuoneen kautta. This was our first time staying at Majestic and we had such a great time! The condo was spacious and was beautiful! Check in was super easy and we were surprised to see extra chairs and floats!! The condo was equipped with pretty much anything you might need! We had such a wonderful time! We had no issues so we thankfully did not have to contact the host. We will definitely be back!!

The condo is spacious, kitchen is abundantly stocked with supplies to cook and dine with, the unit is tastefully decorated with coastal accents. The balcony is amazing.

This place was beautiful! Only complaint was the AC in the back bedroom was not great. That room stayed very warm. The did replace the ac unit (left a mess for us the clean) thought the air would be better in that room however it was not. Luckily they did have box fans and all the bedrooms so we just put two in there. Otherwise, this place is gorgeous, clean and good location.

The property is beautiful however the air conditioner was frozen over with a large block of ice. This had to accumulate over a few weeks time. This caused the air not to cool. Theyncoukd not have been doing proper maintenance. It was really hot in the room my elderly mother was staying in. I had to request to be moved while they worked on the air. Family vacation

The property was beautiful & very clean. The only thing we had issues with is the staff working at the parking garage & where you sign the carts out were very rude. When we were checking our cart out one of the girls working just quit right there on the spot & walked out. This morning when we checked out the guy was so rude & was throwing things around because he mad about something. Just very rude & odd behavior. Everyone else was very nice & our condo was beautiful. It would not stop me from coming back . We had a wonderful time.

Girls trip 2023

No one greeted me when i got to the main office to get our rist band. It took 20 minutes of me clearing my throat and then opening and closing the door before somene greeted me. I was thankful that we could get our rist bands so we could get in the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. The naster toilet clogged the first time it was used and the air conditioner went out the first night. No one came to fix this until the following afternoon. That 1st night was terrible. There were box fans in each room wich helped a little but it was a miserably hot night.After the toilet and ac were fixed our second night was way more comfortable. We obly stayed 2 nights. It was our annual girls trip. The view of the beach from the balcony was gorgeous and the location is great. The parking garage is across the street. We did not realize this until after we booked. Also, you are not allower to hold a drink in your hand when in the pool. The food in the 1st floor restaurant is pricey but amazingly delicious, especially their breakfast food. Everyone that I spoke with was very polite.

Fall Getaway

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. Unfortunately it rained for 4 of our 7 days, but the days we could be on the beach we enjoyed and enjoyed the pools too. I would recommend this property for anyone interested in staying in this area.

The kitchen sink and counters and floors were a little bit dirty when we arrived, but nothing major. With a quick wipe down, we were good to go! Everything worked well, nice and spacious. There were some umbrellas and beach chairs in the closet that were nice to be able to use since we flew and couldn’t bring our own.

Best stay ever

This was the best VRBO we have stayed at. Location was amazing. The condo itself was perfect. So clean. Lots of chairs and umbrella’s for the beach. Box fans in all the closets. Vacuum to clean up all the sand. Ice maker was amazing. Beds very comfortable. Washer and dryer worked great. Pots and pans in kitchen were very nice quality. We did not have a parking pass in our unit and I called the number and they said I could come pick one up about 10 minutes away. I told them it was hard for us to travel and get it they told me they would see what they could do. About 15 minutes later they were at my door with the pass! Very good and friendly service. Balcony is huge with comfy furniture! Couches and rocking chair very comfortable. The room with the queen bed and twin bunks was very nice bonus to fit all the family! All the bedrooms were large. The beaches were kept so clean. So many pools, all well taken care of. Plenty of hoses to rinse off. On-site movie theater playing movies twice a week included in stay. AC works perfect. H20 restaurant at pool was good.

Perfect condo for the beach and baseball tournament!

We really enjoyed this condo. We were in town for a travel baseball tournament/beach time. The condo location was great for both. An added bonus we all loved was the ice machine in the bar area. I recommend this condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Plenty of room, wonderful beach views, and super clean! Had a little delay with check-in but property management was super communicative through the whole process and got us in in a reasonable amount of time. We will definitely rent here again when we come back to PCB!

PC Perfection

Property was excellent! Plenty of room, very clean, beach location was ideal and close to restaurants, aquarium, golfing and more. Pools and hot tub are well cared for. We joined our friends who travel a lot and we all agree this rental is one of the best we have experienced.

Spectacular Condo!

We have stayed at the Majestic several times in the past. The location and building amenities are not to be beat in PCB. This was our first time in this particular condo. It was absolutely perfect. I can't think of anything that would have made it better. Booking and Check in Process - Awesome! Very clear instructions and communication with the property manager. No surprises. Also, at each step when you might be thinking, hmmm what comes next, there was a communication. For example the day before we went home, they sent a reminder of the departure procedures so that I didn't have to search back in my emails. Condo Itself - WOW! Great decor! Everything was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The kitchen was really well stocked. There was even a crock pot! The condo has an ice maker, which we used a ton. We liked the overall layout as well. Each bedroom effectively has their own bathroom (the 3rd bedroom opens on to the hall, but you can close that hall off to make it an en suite. The balcony was great and we loved that it had a dining table as well as the loungers. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels/linens. Oh and there were several box fans, which was a big hit for some of our group at night (they like the noise and breeze). The building/location - I can't imagine staying anywhere but the Majestic in the future. 5 pools. 3 hot tubs. Snack/Sandwich/Convenience Store. Bar/Restaurant. The beach is great here and never felt super packed. Security/staff are very friendly. We watched security have to talk to a few different people on different days and they were very positive in their approach. Oh and the most fun thing! I don't know if this goes on every Friday night, but there was a DJ by one of the pools on Friday night. They played mostly pop-ish music and it was appropriate for the kiddos (at least we thought so). Overall, this is the best condo at a great location! I would not hesitate to book with them over and over.

Great Property

We stayed here for five nights. There were five of us and the condo could not be laid out any better! Everything was well stocked, clean and inviting. Best place I've ever stayed! We were there when kids were in school so the elevators were never a problem. I would definitely book again!

Clean/air worked well/very nice Elevators are a big issue. They need more. Also we got stuck on parking garage elevator. Which I think it got stuck a few times. But condo was perfect. Loved the ice maker

Loved this condo.

Exactly as described AND they had box fans in the closet! My daughters enjoyed each having their own bathroom and my oldest especially liked that she had a balcony.
