Mediterranean Lakeside Villa Renovated 2021-22

Stunning lake-view home fully renovated & expanded in 2021-22 in quiet area, only 20 minutes drive to some of the best beaches in Florida.

Open plan sevens seat island living sectional sofa, with long lake views. Inside dining area with seating for up to ten guests. Walk through designer kitchen with large central marble island area, with seating for eight makes for a great social meeting place. Long lake views from the kitchen through the family room / HDTV entertainment area seven seater.

Master bedroom, Island Living King suite, walk in wardrobe and private en-suite cabana bathroom, access direct to heated pool, with full cable, Netflix and HDTV.

Master guest suite, queen suite with walk in powder room / wardrobe and private en-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, Netflix & cable TV.

Full size queen bedroom, with extra fold out bed, connecting with second queen bedroom with option for another queen bed. A his and hers bathroom en-suite between these two rooms allows for sleeping set up options of upto seven guests in the two bedrooms.

Office with ensuite bathroom can be set up with a queen bed for guests with prior notice for a fifth bedroom. This room has its own bathroom and closet meaning that three of the bedrooms in the house have a private en-suite bathroom.

The house sleeps up to 13 guests, the office and Jack & Jill bedroom set ups are adjusted based on the guests preference.

Heated swimming pool, outdoor dining for 12 diners, fire pit, Adirondack teak chairs, Weber gas grill, and ample space for entertaining in 3,800 sq ft. 5 bedroom / 4.5 bath + 2,000 sq ft travertine entertaining patio with meditation fountain, exceptional home with Italian tiling, white marble topped high end cabinetry throughout. Large two car garage, quiet. Large screen HDTV, Kids DVD's, X-Box, cable-tv, Netflix, ultra fast wifi and fully equipped office. Grill equipment, fully equipped kitchen, with second fridge in garage.

Home has beach chairs, wheeled cooler & beach charcoal fire starter. Five minutes drive you will find great restaurants & bars at Uptown and surrounding plazas. Movie theaters, Boca Raton Town Center mall and Delray Marketplace are a 15 minute drive. Atlantic Ave Delray Beach is 30 minutes, Boca Raton’s beautiful Red Reef beach and golf is 20 minutes. Osprey Golf is five minutes.

Family reunion

The property was great, neighbors aren’t too friendly, but as long as you move the noise to the inside of the house at 10pm there shouldn’t be any issues... Ben was great and understanding and had it not been for him this trip wouldn’t have happened...

She was doing well but had some problems with the bathrooms

Everything was very good, I would have given 5 stars, if it were because I had a bad stay because the main room, the shower does not have hot water, and it was very uncomfortable having to use the bathrooms of other rooms to bathe.

Perfect for a large family

We LOVED this house. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 9. The rooms were a great setup for everyone and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kids loved having a pool at the house and bikes to ride. The whole family enjoyed taking walks around the beautiful neighborhood. There really is everything you need to make this your home away from home. Ben was very responsive to anything we asked. Highly recommend this property to anyone considering.

Amazing Place

The house is better than I thought by the pictures. It is really big, the rooms are nice, with good beds and bathrooms are good. The pool temperature is very good for kids, and lake view is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and calm, excellent for families. Good and easy access for the stores, groceries and all needs. It is near everything, but no traffic or noise at neighbor, so if want to rest and no rush, that's the place. There is a nice park just behind the condo, and it is fantastic for kids. Ben, the owner of the house is fantastic, everything you need from him, just few minutes you get the answer. We need some info from details of the house and he was there in less than one hour. There is a lot of toys and games for kids, and some bikes to use around the place. Fantastic place to stay with your family, for sure we recommend and will stay again in the future. Ricardo Leme Brazil Dec/19 A casa é muito melhor do que se vê nas fotos, bem grande com excelentes dormitórios e camas. Cabem tranquilamente 12 pessoas, sendo 2 pessoas na suite master com cama king, 2 no escritório (suíte com colchão queen inflável), 2 pessoas na suíte superior com cama de casal queen, 3 pessoas no quarto de crianças azul (1 beliche e 1 cama montável) e mais 3 pessoas no quarto verde ( 1 cama de casal queen e 1 cama montável). O quarto azul e o verde dividem um banheiro. Existem ainda 3 grandes salas, uma de jantar, uma de estar e uma de TV que integra com a cozinha e tem uma excelente ilha onde acomodam 6 pessoas. O andar de baixo é servido por um lavabo. A piscina é quente e boa para crianças. apenas um pouco funda em um dos lados, para crianças menores de 8 anos. A casa dispõe de muitos brinquedos e jogos, incluindo um videogame e muitos DVDs.. Tem muitas bicicletas para todas as idades (menos as menores com rodinhas) alem de patinetes e um triciclo. Muitas toalhas e roupa de cama, maquina de lavar e secar funcionam perfeitamente. 2 geladeiras, fogão, maquina de cafe, torradeira, etc, tudo que vc precisa para se sentir na sua própria casa. A vizinhança é calma, segura e sem barulhos com uma vista excelente. Próximo a lojas, mercados e restaurante e a 20 minutos da praia. Atrás do condomínio existe um parque sensacional, bom para as crianças, bike, ou usar um dos inúmeros campo ou quadras O Ben é muito atencioso e esta a disposição sempre que necessário. Ficamos na casa e fomos muito bem atendidos. Indico sem dúvidas. Ricardo Leme dezembro/19

We had a fantastic stay!

We enjoyed our trip and the homeowner kindly allowed us to book at the last moment. The house is big and clean. The house did have a few quirks. The homeowner responded in a very quick timely manner with some complications we had with the refrigerator, hot water, and the hot water heater. The refrigerator needs to be shut and you need to double check to make sure the left side door seals accurately or the refrigerator won’t stay cold and will need to be reset. The homeowner fixed the pressure relief valve super quick on the hot water heater. The light switches are tricky and the hot/cold water valves are backwards in the master bathroom and kitchen sink. Otherwise the house is comfortable and perfect for a family with children. If you have a toy breed dog, the side fence does have wider slats. Won’t be a problem if your dog is 10 lbs and over. It is really close to a water park and a few beaches and is in a very nice community with friendly neighbors. Overall I am very pleased with our stay, the home, and the homeowner’s responsiveness!

Fabulous house and stay!

We loved this place! Perfect for a big family get together and has everything you need. The kitchen was big and really easy to use including all the little extras that make a vacation feel like a home away from home. The pool was also really warm, clean and felt like a mini spa. Booking and arranging was also quick and any questions we had were always answered quickly. The neighborhood is also quiet and friendly, as well as close to any stores that you might need to go to. We will be back!

Property is ok

The house could use some TLC. We noticed some wood rot inside downstairs rooms and a lot of ants outside home by pool, likely attracted to the wood rot. We also saw 2 large cockroaches in kitchen. Owner did not send email with welcome instructions, wifi PW, etc. upon arrival. I had to text him and ask for the info which he then later emailed me. Prior to arrival, I emailed owner to ask if there was a coffee maker, to which he replied yes. However, it was actually a very complicated French Press coffee maker which I had no idea how to use. Again, had to contact owner to ask about it. Not easy to use for several people who wanted to just brew a pot of coffee. Thank goodness Starbucks was close by.

Poor customer service

Not an ideal stay: AC broke, refrigerator broke, and we found bugs & ants in the home. Owner not responsive. No property manager with a key, so we had to be there let in maintenance. When upstairs temp rise to 82 degrees, owner invited us to open the windows. We left 1/2 way through our reservation; no compensation from owner.
