Tässä ranskalaistyylisessä huvilassa on trooppinen asunto, joka tarjoaa laajat merinäkymät kaikista huoneista ja vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Dawn Beachistä. Se sijaitsee aidatussa yhteisössä, jossa on 24 tunnin vartioitu sisäänkäynti. Taloudenhoitajamme, Catherine, palvelee kaikkia tarpeitasi mukaan lukien mieleenpainuvan karibialaisen aterian keittäminen talossa. Kysy 2 makuuhuoneen hinnasta ryhmille, joissa on 4 tai vähemmän.
Rentoudu katetulla terassillamme (800 neliöjalkaa) viihtyisissä Adirondack-tyylisissä tuoleissa tai nauti auringossa uima-altaan reunalla sijaitsevilla kiesitiloilla (700 neliöjalkaa), ottaen samalla huomioon upeat merinäkymät. Valhalla muuttuu maagiseksi illalla pehmeällä valaistuksella ruokailutilan ja uima-altaan ympärillä. Talo on kokonaan uusittu hurrikaanin Irma-ajan jälkeen uusilla kannella, liukulasiovilla ja kaikilla uusilla huonekaluilla. Viileät valtameren tuulet tekevät ulkoilusta mukavan. Iso olo / ruokailuhuone, tuomiokirkon katto ja merinäköala 3 suuntaan. Taskuun liukuvat lasiovet, jotka katoavat seinään, luovat ulkona asumisen tunteen, jolloin merituulet voivat lakaista talon läpi siirryttäessä talon sisäpuolelta yksityiselle kannelle ja uima-altaan alueelle. Hyvin varustetussa keittiössä on 4-paikkainen baari, taskut-ovet, jotka avautuvat terassille, uima-altaalle ja kauniille merinäköalalla. Altaan sisällä on myös pöytätila (vain muoviset lasit, kiitos !!) Näkymät aurinko-alueelta ovat upeita, ja sisältävät näkymät dawn-rannalle, tintamarrelle, st. sängyt ja saba (225%). Suuri nurmikko tarjoaa lisää aurinkoa ja virkistysaluetta. Dawn Beach on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.

Kolme suurta makuuhuoneen sviittiä, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone, tupla-altaat ja king-size-vuoteet. Jokaisessa näissä huoneissa on myös tallelokero arvoesineille. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on myös vyöryvä sänky lapsille. Makuuhuoneet avautuvat merinäköalalla, uima-altaan reunalla ja nurmikolla. Neljäs makuuhuone avautuu myös näkymille ja nurmikolle.

Aterioita / välipaloja voi nauttia viidestä alueesta. Talon sisällä 8 hengen ruokapöydän ääressä, keittiön baarissa (paikkaa 4), ulkopuolella varjostetulla terassilla (pöytäpaikkoja 10) ja viimeisenä mutta ei vähäisimpänä uima-altaan pöydässä - kaikista merinäköala.

Talo on uskomattoman mukava perheelle / ryhmälle 6-10 henkilöä. Näkemykset ovat upeat, ja uima-allas on riittävän suuri ja riittävän syvä sukellusta ja uimapiirejä varten.

Villa sijaitsee Dawn Beach Estatesissa, 24h vartioidussa yhteisössä, josta on näkymät Dawn Beachille. Ranta on lyhyen 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

Best Friends Annual Getaway

Villa Valhalla leaves nothing to be desired! From breathtaking Ocean and Mountain views in every direction, to the perfect ocean breeze all day! This home was truly to die for! The house as very clean and well maintained. Amazing shower water pressure! And the small pay it forward basket was nice! If you happen to forget something, check the basket, if you use something, just put one back by the end of your trip for the next vacationers!! The ocean was just steps away, and the island offers so much to do, we wish we booked a longer vacation! The owner Daphne was a pleasure to book with, answering any and all questions we had before our trip. Once on the island, the property manager Catherine was a saint!! Easily one of the nicest people we have ever met! And that was one of the best parts of the island, every person you meet is extremely nice! Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful villa with amazing view

Beautiful property, the view is amazing. Communication was very good and everyone took great care of the property while we were there. Host left us a wonderful welcome basket full of goodies, Cleaning service excellent, pool service and Pierre was delightful to converse with.We had just a little difficulty finding the address the first time because the GPS says the house number is 33 but in the villa, the number has 45. But that was minor and we had a wonderful time!!!!We were a group of 4 adults ( 1 couple and 2 singles)

Family Adventure

Perfect Villa for our family of 6 adults and one 4 year old. Housekeeper Catherine does a great job maintaining the Villa and is also a wonderful chef. She prepared and served a four course Thanksgiving dinner that we all loved. A few problems with air conditioning and the hot tub were handled by the property manager Pierre as well as could be expected. Villa needs to upgrade beach chairs but otherwise is very well equipped. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing

Ok, first and foremost, Mr. Pierre is the man. He is the property manager and he did not disappoint. Ms. Daphne is an excellent communicator. Ms. Catherine is sweet and informative. Location… YOU WILL NEED A CAR AND SOMEONE WHO IS NOT AFRAID TO DRIVE. The roads are steep, curvy and some are not in the best condition. But the house will make it worth the drive.

Family getaway

Great property, very comfortable and clean. Pool was perfect! Short hike to Dawn beach. Roads are a bit challenging to drive but a car is a must. Host is awesome and very easy to communicate with and is very accommodating. Pool service every day and housekeeping 2xs a week. Will definitely be back.

Incredible views and great location

We had an amazing stay at Villa Valhalla! Daphne, the property manager answered all of our questions and created a helpful information package that helped us make the most of our visit. The house and its location are absolutely breathtaking. Our group of 10 people (3 families) couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though our flight was delayed, meaning we didn’t arrive until around 8:30 PM, Catherine, the lovely housekeeper, was there waiting at the community security gate to guide us to the house and give us a tour. When we opened the doors and saw the ocean shimmering in the moonlight before us, we were completely in awe. Catherine had thoughtfully prepared a generous welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of wine, which was such a nice touch. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and it felt so comfortable, like home. We ended up cooking most of our dinners at the house so we could enjoy the incredible views, pool, and hot tub. Homere, the pool and garden manager, was friendly, quiet, and very respectful. Pierre, the house manager, stopped by the day after we arrived to check in and make sure everything was going well. We went on a Kayak tour to Pinel Island one day and when we returned, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the house and our rooms had been refreshed with clean towels. What a thoughtful touch! The walk to Dawn Beach is a short stroll downhill, and we were on the beach within minutes. We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Valhalla

This is a great villa. Everything about it was superb. It has spectacular view. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Great pool. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very accommodating of our needs. Would book again.

The perfect vacation spot

Our family needed a location for rest and relaxation, with the ability to walk to the beach an easy access to the rest of the island for exploration. Villa Valhalla exceeded these expectations is all ways, with the sole exception of there not being a supermarket within walking distance - or a 5 minute drive. But nevertheless, all had a gratifying and relaxing week.

This VRBO was everything!!! Exactly how it was pictured on the site. We absolutely loved everything about this home and will be booking again upon our next visit to St. Maarten. The island itself is nothing short of AMAZING. I can’t wait to go back!!!

This villa was beautiful everything about this villa beat my expectations. The villa was even better than pictures . My family of 7 stayed here 11 days and we felt like we was at home the whole trip. Beautiful Island Home

We loved staying on this property! The views are absolutely gorgeous. We were highly impressed that the kitchen had been updated from the pictures listed and was great for entertaining our large family. The back patio and pool were our favorite place to start and end the day, the breeze and view of the ocean were so relaxing. The beach you can walk to from the house was a nice beach with a little bar you can sit at. You could just hang at this beach for the week or if you like to explore, I recommend renting a car like we did and check out a different beach each day.

We just spent Christmas week at this fabulous home. Loved the pool and the views. Home was spotless, up to date and perfect for our family with adult children. Easy spaces to hang out in and just relax. Daphne was helpful before we arrived and Ken and Catherine answered any questions we had while there. We ventured to beautiful beaches on a few days but were content to stay at the house as well. Did lots of meal cooking at home with our group of 7 and it worked our quite well. Highly recommend this vacation home!

Dream Family Vacation

This estate is everything as described and even more than you can imagine. Pulling into Dawn Beach Estates and driving down to view the ocean is breathtaking. The views from every back window of the house are like a dream. We loved the entire house. Every guest was happy with their room and amenities. We used the pool and hot tub every day. The kitchen supplied us with anything we could have needed. Our quick trip over the back road to the bakery was exciting. The house is located central to everything on the island. Dawn Beach is beautiful and quiet and the walk is easy enough for the entire family. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. 7 days isn’t enough! Highly recommend this house for anyone looking to relax and explore St Martin!

Beautiful home in Paradise

This house is fantastic! Just spent a week there with my parents, my brother and my 2 adult children. We kept pinching ourselves as the views were amazing! Fabulous sunrises each morning and a gorgeous view throughout the day. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located halfway between Phillipsburg and the French side. Dapne was wonderful to work with, and the crew in St. Martin were great - the house is kept immaculate and they come and clean the pool every other day. Couldn't ask for anything more. A great way to celebrate my parent's 60th wedding anniversary.

My husband and I recently retired and now plan to spend more time at our wonderful villa home. We love our vacation home which we built in 2004 - our kids have spent many memory filled spring breaks at this wonderful villa. We are happy to share our special place with other families.

To us, our house is Viking Heaven - hence the name. We still are amazed by the incredible views and our French architect did some wonderful things with the lighting and design to make this house warm, relaxing and very comfortable.
