Sijaitsee St. nurkassa Martin Circle, tÀmÀ saaristokoru tarjoaa 4 king-makuuhuonetta ja kerrossÀnky, joka nukkuu 11. Tilava lÀnsi-intialainen tyyli, 3,455 neliömetriÀ. Ft. antaa kaikille "hajautetussa" ympÀristössÀ tÀydellisen mukavuuden ja ylellisyyden.
Kotiin saapuessa löytyy muhkeat mukavat sohvat, joissa on syviÀ punaisia, vesi- ja kultavÀrisiÀ sÀvyjÀ. Linnut levittivÀt vÀrinsÀ ympÀri asuintilaa ja ruokailutilaa. Kokoustilaa on runsaasti ja ruokailutila isÀnnöi 10 henkilöÀ pöydÀssÀ, 5 baarituolia ja lisÀistuinjÀrjestely oleskelutilassa vielÀ 4: lle. We had a very nice week in Paradise! Our host was very communicative and I appreciated that they could be contacted at anytime for anything during our stay. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and ocean view. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals during the week and has two refrigerators, so we used one just for beverages, and the pool was so nice to have on some of the hot days and returning from the beach. It is a large home, with superior mattresses, and being only a family of four staying in the home, everyone had their own space to relax.

This house is perfect for a large group! We have two families with grown children, and slept all 12 of us very comfortably. The kitchen has all of the necessities and Jeffry was very helpful with the extra things we needed. There are chairs and a wagon for the beach, which was also very helpful! This was our second stay at The Bird and we will be back!

We had a great stay with our group of 13! The house was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. We especially appreciated the private room on the first floor—it was perfect for the grandparents and made things so much easier for them.The neighborhood felt very safe and was peaceful, and the short walk to the beach was a huge plus—we were there in just a few minutes. Both the private pool at the house and the clubhouse pool were fantastic and enjoyed by all.The owner was wonderful—very friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. A couple of small things to note: the beach chairs and wagons were rusted and not usable, and the appliances could use a bit of updating. But overall, the home had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing beach getaway.

Best No Worry Stay Ever

The Bird was the best no worry vacay our famiy has ever had. The host, Jeffry, was also very kind and quick to respond to any question I had. The property was extensively stocked and even had pickle ball paddles for play, something my teens were super excited over. We will definitely consider this property for future family vacays.

We had a wonderful time. The property was big enough for us to all spread out lots of space in and outside the house. The beach was a short walk and the boys really enjoyed the community basketball court and pool.

Great location & amenities

We had a very nice stay at Birds of Paradise. The property is as advertised with a few things we found to be not in functioning order (although the owner was willing to promptly address). You can’t beat having your own pool and the very close walk to the beautiful beach. The main issue we had was proactive communication regarding items not provided at the house. Two days before our arrival, the owner sent us the property rules/info which included that beach towels are not provided and the bath towels are not allowed outside. When I reached out clarifying this and recommending they mention this in the description (as it’s a big deal to bring beach towels for 11 people when flying) they said that beach towels were not listed under the amenities. Towels are listed under essentials and does not specify which type are provided. The owner did end up providing these for us but added unnecessary stress if they would have just communicated this upfront. Additionally, there were expectations for us to leave the home with dishes washed and trash removed, however only 2 dishwasher pods and 2 kitchen trash bags were provided for 11 people staying 5 days. We also only were given 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom with no facial tissues. We ran out of all these things by the second day. The owner brought additional supplies begrudgingly stating it’s listed there is no maid service. I don’t consider providing us essential items that we clean ourselves as maid service.

We stayed at Bird of Paradise with 3 other families. The house was perfect for a group, the kitchen is fully stocked for easy meals and the beach and pickle ball were perfect ;)

This was our family's third visit to the Bird and it did not disappoint once again. Beautiful house, spacious and well maintained, and super close to the beach. This is a great place to stay for all ages!

Perfect House for our Vacation

First of all, we ended up having to book this house last minute as the original house we booked (through another vacation rental website) had some problems leaving us to find an alternative place to stay. From the last minute booking, communication from the owner, his work to accommodate us last minute made our trip that started out rough perfect. The house was the perfect size for our family of 15 (ages 8-77). We have the perfect amount of space. Enough where we could gather and not be on top of each other. The house was absolutely beautiful and we will definitely book again if we ever go to Miramar Beach!

Taylor Family Vacation

This place has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. We had 7 kids and 7 adults and had plenty of room. House is located 3 minutes to the beach, I don’t like walking a distance to the beach but this one was a nice short walk. Pool was nice when you come back from the beach to relax in. House has things for the beach like chairs, 3 coolers, etc. Kitchen has all your needs for cooking. Trust me you want be disappointed by renting for your vacation. Home owner is on top of anything that you ask of her, Thank you Jeffery for having us, we will be back most definitely.

Walton Family Vacation

The Bird of Paradise is a beautiful house. The house was very accommodating to my family of 10, 7 adults and 3 children, as well was Ms Jeffry. It’s walking distance to your private beach and some great restaurants. If you decide to leave the beach early or not go at all, you can relax around the pool in the backyard. I would recommend The Bird of Paradise to anyone that has group headed to Destin/Miramar, FL. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Ms Jeffry! The Walton’s

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful vacation with our family of 14. The Bird of Paradise was beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. I have chemical sensitivities and Jeffry cleaned her home with all of the fragrance free cleaning products that I provided and it was perfect! No chemical odors! The heated pool was a hit for everyone and the beach was just across the street. There were beach chairs, floaties, wagons to pull the children and to transport beach supplies and a cooler. Family reunion

All 5 rooms were spacious to accommodate the 14 guests. Down stairs with the open concept of the living room dining and kitchen, made it easy to cook and dine at the same time listening to the conversations of everyone. Having a private pool was a plus to swim in the late afternoon. We plan on coming down again in the future. Perfect location to the beach.

Family Beach Vacation

Great value for all the amenities and space. Nice touch to have beach and pool necessities available for use. The kitchen had everything we needed so we could make a few meals. The host was so accommodating and responsive to all messages. Would definitely stay again!!

Great home

Great communication with the homeowner. The pool was good and heated and the 2 refrigerators in the kitchen were a great help. The home is close to the beach and to restaurants and stores.

We are a 'divided' household with one from 'Ole Miss' and one from 'Mississippi State'. Both of us started coming to Destin for vacations when we were just kids and NOW in our next 'kid' life, we spend about 50% of our time either fishing or 'beaching' in Destin.

Location! Location! Location! That describes Bird of Paradise perfectly. Bird of Paradise is right in the middle of the activity of Miramar Beach in South Walton County....It is close to Great Shopping , Restaurants and Entertainment at Destin Commons. We also bought into Bird of Paradise because of the quality of construction and the size of the Home (nearly 3500 Sq Ft,. Since our family likes to cook, we thought that the size of the kitchen allowed for family gathering in planning and executing the preparation of meals. Also, in the evening after 'beaching' all day, it is nice to jump in Bird's private pool and relax. The kids can be enjoying the pool, while the guys grill out by the pool, or Mom is inside getting dinner ready, just a few steps away. Something for everyone at Bird of Paradise.

Maravilla is a community that keeps it''s property up to exacting Standards, with up to date amenities including 2 community pools, one heated , a modern fitness center, tennis courts, basket ball goal and shuffleboard. All of this not to mention the use of approximately 6 acres of beach less than a 3 minute walk from the front door. However, the Board of Directors at Maravilla do NOT allow golf carts to be rented in this community.
